Great place to live, I really enjoy its proximity to many different things. Can easily walk DT, a trail nearby. Maintenance is fast and got my issues resolved quickly, Only gripe is parking can be impossible at times at night aside from holidays and weekends. The location is right next to train tracks, however it might not be an issue depending on which side you are on within the property.

Not enough words to tell you how great this place is. Leasing team is top notch and the maintenance with Irving is by far the fastest in request orders being completed compared to other properties. He’s always willing to help with anything and everything. Keep that guy!! Highly recommend if you can move in, do it 👌

This is a top notch community. During my process I had the pleasure of working with both Nathan and Aaliyah. They are pleasant to work with and are very inviting. I’ve lived at 4 properties in downtown over recent years and the Trinity is the first place where I truly felt the residents experience was at the forefront. Not only is it the most secure complex which has pros and cons (don’t forget your keys). But it is highly maintained. I’ve had 2 service requests so far and both were answered and resolved within less than 30 minutes. Irving knew what to do immediately, no one blew me off or left me in limbo. I can’t say enough good things about the Trinity and the team they’ve assembled. I look forward to being a long term resident.

The management and maintenance team are the best. Nathan is always so pleasant and helpful. Irving and Jose always respond to my maintenance requests and go above and beyond. I’d recommend living here.

Best new place in ft worth! The leasing team here is amazing (Shout out Aliyahand Nathan) Super communicative, friendly and quick to respond. The property is beautiful inside as well! If you need a new place in a great location this is the BEST bet. You will be taken care of here no doubt.
