    These apartments are well maintained. Landscapers and painters were always maintaining the property. Maintenance answers requests same day or the next day. Office ladies are always really nice, welcoming, & helpful. Only small downside is hearing your neighbors through the walls and not enough parking spaces (although if you live by the front then the front office offers more parking which is convenient). But the apartment felt comfortable and cozy. i love having a washer/dryer in unit. The dark hardwood floors are beautiful & the closet is a great size. The neighbors are nice & mind their business. The pool & gym area is always clean. The Alarm app to open the gate is a nice & convenient touch. I feel safe in this complex. Plus you are able to put your trash outside your door on certain days to be collected. I definitely recommend these apartment homes. A little expensive but it’s worth it knowing you are going to live in a great neighborhood. Thank you Trinity Bell Gardens!

    This place is GREAT!! From the leasing agent Jamie, Manager Leo and the AWESOME Maintenance Staff, Adam...cant say enough great things! I need to give a special shout out to Adam, who came and fixed a couple small issues less than 15 minutes after I put in request!! (We just moved in) He made sure the apartment was all in working order and up to the highest standards. Very professional!!! The processes and websites/apps they use can use some work as the leasing process was close to a nightmare, but still rating it 5 stars because the people ROCK and its people that make the world great!! Price was reasonable and relatively close to everything I need and across the street from Bell Helicopter!

    Such a wonderful place to live! Ive been here just over a year, its been a great experience. The units are beautiful, the spacious property is well maintained and secured, staff is professional, friendly and communicative. Maintenance will come by the next day to fix any issues you may have (sometimes even the same day!). I absolutely love the big pool and the events the leasing office hosts for residents. The only reason Im ending my lease is to get an apartment closer to downtown Fort Worth. If you dont mind the location, this is truly a charming place to call home!

    My fiancé and I have lived here since November 2021 and have enjoyed it! The front office puts on events almost monthly which are always great, the pool is kept clean, maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner, and the neighborhood as a whole is quiet and feels safe. The renovated dog park has been a great addition too! No apartment complex is perfect, but this complex is by far one of our favorites that we have lived in.

    I recently visited from out of town and assisted my boyfriend in setting up his rental. He went to several other complexes prior to visiting this one and the experience prior was trying. We arrived here to be greeted by Jackie who make the job of getting an apartment seamless and easy. Her inviting personality and knowledge of the apartment make it fun. The apartment that he choose was updated, beautiful and clean. The exterior is inviting and well kept as well as secure. Overall a wonderful experience.

    Lived here for the past 3 years and absolutely loved it! The property is well maintained, people are friendly and staff is professional. The apartment is spacious, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, it’s all the things you look for in a home. Would definitely recommend!

    Ive lived here for about 3 years, both before and after the management changed. The apartment itself was great from the beginning - big gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, lots of nice touches, and very safe. Some of the construction is a bit cheap, but its an apartment, not a luxury condo. Noise has always been a big problem, but thats more because many of the other residents are extremely inconsiderate - the person just below me has a large dog that they leave alone for hours every day and it barks constantly, other residents play very loud music, etc. A white noise generator has worked wonders, though. The complex was built without enough parking, but the new management has taken some good steps to address it. The towing policy is great - I noticed several bad reviews below are from people who violated the policy and got towed. As a resident, I really appreciate towing being enforced so that residents have access to the parking we pay for (and yes, Ive had visitors have to park in the office parking because the visitor spots were all full - thats just the way it goes! Follow the rules and you wont get towed!). The rent prices are a little high, but reasonable for the area and the apartment quality. Perhaps my best recommendation is that I just signed an 18-month lease renewal - Im confident that its worth staying here!

    TBG is the BEST apartment complex that I have ever lived in! I was stranded outside my apartment because my garage door opener wasnt working (needs new battery and reset) so I called the maintenance line and within 15 minutes management came and opened my garage door. My poor pup was inside all day long and I was worried. All of this was done on Thanksgiving day. I was truly amazed by the promptness and thoughtfulness of management. Thank you so MUCH Jackie!

    My sister lives at this beautiful community and I love visiting her, she has a three bedroom that feels like a home! You don’t get that anymore, so I decided to lease here too (my sister is not so happy to have me a couple buildings away-lol)! I’ve had a million questions and Jackie and Mary have been AMAZING! Besides the wonderful floor plans, I leased because of their excellent customer service!

    My fiance currently lives here and we stay there a lot. The only bad thing is the lack of visitor parking, as stated by others. My truck got towed a few months ago. The towing can seem inconsistent because we will see someone without a resident sticker parked for a while and be fine, but then other times theyll tow right away.However, they have impressed me with the quick maintenance calls. Once we came home and the A/C unit was out and another time the toilet was clogged. Maintenance arrived within the hour both times on a Sunday.Also, my fiance had a situation with her rent payment service RentTrack (a GREAT service too; you should look into it) and the check for rent got lost in the mail. Management was late to let her know they never received the check, which was frustrating at first, but then they worked with her to wait for a new check and get her account straightened out. They didnt even charge her late fees! Ive never seen a complex be so understanding about a late check (especially more than 1 month late).The gym is great too!4 out of 5 just for the parking and the fact that it is also realllly far from the major highways during rush hour traffic. So if you work far or use the highway a lot, maybe pick something else.

    Ive lived here for almost a year now and have been very happy. It is in a great location. The community is well maintained by the maintenance people and the ladies in the office are very helpful. They respond to any issues that may come up promptly. I will be renewing my lease when it is time. Thanks Trinity for providing me and my family with a great place to call home!

    This place is AMAZING. Please if your apartment complex is bad (or like my last apartment) come to this place! Every time i have any issue its resolved immediately. Leo, one of the awesome employees here knows me by name and apartment number because i ask so many questions and some seem kinda dumb- but theyre always answered with respect and hospitality. The apartments are beautiful and the community is sooo quiet. A day ago my significant other and i wanted to grill some fajitas and upon arrival we noticed the grill was broken. Like any other reasonable resident we decided to report it hoping it would help and ultimately get it fixed. Well we received an email back within a 12 hour period and essentially it was a thank you for the heads up and also hoping we were still able to grill our food. And today my lock just wasnt working so they sent Juan within 10 minutes to troubleshoot and fix it and ultimately he was able to fix it in about 2 minutes which was great! This place has earned my trust and is 101% worth the price. Stays warm in the winter, stays cool in the summer. Paint is perfect in my apartment. The appliances are wonderful. I could ramble on for days but the good seems to be 99.99% vs any bad. The only issue ive ever had is parking(which theyve clearly taken steps to fix) , but i think we could all benefit from a short walk through a splendid apartment complex to de-stress at the end of the day. All-in-all this place is a keeper.

    A friend is currently looking for a place to live. They were explaining how they were selecting locations based off ratings. I decided to see what my complex was rated and saw a 3.8. As a happy resident of 4 yrs I decided to contribute as the location deserves a rating over 4. Staff is great the community is quite and pleasant, maintenance is quick and friendly and great location for middle school children. Oh I dont have a pet but it is a dog friendly location.Hope this helps the next home seeker

    I moved here in Sept 2015. Love my pad, my garage is huge and the apartments have so many windows and so much light. Its a great place. Its under new management and they seem very nice and attentive.

    I LOVE it here! Management REALLY goes above and beyond especially Leo the asst mgr. The apartments are quite and CLEAN, maintenance request are so quick and maintenance lance and luis are great!I love my unit has beautiful appliances and my washer and dryer CAME WITH my unit!The price for what you get is AMAZING! ALSO THEY PICKUP YOUR TRASH FROM YOUR DOOR! THIS PLACE IS JUST PREFECT!

    Since moving here in June last year, its been very quiet and cozy. I love the new staff and their pro activeness. They are doing some new things and attending to the issues that come with more speed than the previous staff. Shirley, the new managr is attentive and the maintenance is way better that last year.

    Best apartment complex hands down management is the best Lauren and Nicole treated me like I was family! And time I had a services request got taken care of asap! Dont listen to the neg. reviews, check them out I guarantee you will live there a long time! Dont forget to ask for Nicole:)
