    Vanessa is so freaking awesome!! She has helped me so much with looking and applying for an apartment. She made the process so gracious and honestly one of the best leasing agents Ive ever spoken to and met. Even when she was super busy, she took the time to tour a space with me and answer any and every question I had. Protect her at all cost!! She deserves a raise because she goes above and beyond!     Vanessa was extremely helpful! She was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of the questions I had and took the time to understand what I was looking for. The manager, Chiquita, was also extremely nice and came over and introduced herself and welcomed me. Overall a great experience.

    Such a great property! The new management is so kind and really thinks about the residents, from the new office team to the new maintenance team. Treymore is a great place to live and the new staff takes care of their residents.

    I had a couple of problems with my apartment, but Ms. Sophelia Adams got me all the way together. She made sure I didnt leave out the office unsatisfied. Even gave me the biggest most warming hug and didnt know I had a break down hours before coming in.. shes such a sweet heart 💜..!! Thank you 😊 Ms Sophie..!!!

    I recently stopped by the leasing office to look at for plans because I plan on leasing by the end of this month and I must say I was actually impressed. I loved the office staff they made me feel very welcome I can’t wait to call this place home .     This property has been the nicest one Ive stayed at. The area is always free of trash, the apartments are cozy, and the office staff are really friendly and helpful. I feel safe walking around by myself. I havent had any maintenance issues, but when I do see the maintenance men working around, they seem nice and helpful too! Overall, Im very pleased living here.

    I have been here since November. Although a few months isnt a long time, but it has been a pleasant experience. Yes, the office staff changes but each one is very helpful and polite. Also, I heard the changes were due to new management. I have no complaints. I feel the new management is working diligently to improve the quality of Treymore, which in my book is perfect as is. I had a maintenance issue and they sent someone immediately to rectify the situation. I absolutely love living here.

    Roxanna is so nice and so helpful she is helping me get moved in there as soon as possible after dealing with some really bad apartments I can not wait to get moved in and I am so thankful for Roxanna she is amazing and I really hope she never leaves there…thank you so much Roxanna!!!

    Hi my name is Carolyn Wilson Im in apartment 604 I will tell you one thing this lady Roxanna is so great and she helped me to do so much for me and I love her to death and I dont want to call her death but she is a wonderful person I know that very very understanding I want to say she wonderful hey my favorite favorite lady Miss r o x u n n a people you work for is sabotaging you I went up there today to see if my rent and do you know it been shut off that means she trying to tell me my rent might go up so I doubt that but I have a funny feeling thats what the one going to try to do but I know one thing I got a picture of my rent and I hope they dont do that it supposed to be like it is for a year I want you to know please stay on dont leave I know its hard dealing with all them different peoples in the office you got two people know that they like you more people liking you very soon we do not want you to leave stay strong you need more people on your side I hope they will be on your side soon you helped us a lot keep doing that my thumb is up on you I love you please stay on the job hopefully youll find out who wants to advertise you I hope they dont and they are trying to Im giving you heads up I just went to the office today didnt feel right when that person was talking to me and I sure dont want to give her my money we dont want to lose you hereSubway the owner need to understand something he got the other wrong people in the office the wrong peoples in office we need to keep you please please please stay on so many people know its hard you need some more back up in your office that going to be with you Im just saying that because you do the owner need get more of you in the office really really help you hope I come to see you tomorrow hope you be there the holidays I know Im not going to see you all my love to you like I said youre a wonderful wonderful lady the owner got to see that take care of business very well

    Came into the property to apply for a 3 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, they didnt have availability. The manager Zina was very nice and asked for my information and said she would call me if anything became available. I loved her customer service. Everyone in the office was very helpful. They helped me fill out the application and put me on the waiting list.

    My wife and I have lived here for 9 1/2 months. The complex was constantly changing hands as well as management, office staff, and all maintenance employees.In the beginning we couldn’t get any of our work orders addressed and resolved. Now that they have filled all positions permanently, they have a wonderful office and maintenance staff.We had 4 open work orders that we’d been waiting to get resolved and all of a sudden maintenance came and fixed EVERYTHING and fixed right.We are so happy and we are looking forward to signing a new lease.It’s difficult to find a complex that takes good care of they’re tenants, but we’ve gotten lucky to have Lyric, the new manager, and she and all staff are on the same page.Welcome to all future residents. You will be taken good care of here. 😋

    I just want to say every since Ms.Lyric been in the apartments things have improved. Ive been here a little over a year and nothing has been right, Ms.Lyric came and breathe life back into these apartments. I was thinking about moving until God sent this angel ❤️ thank you Ms.Lyric for coming to the Treymores and putting everything back on track. I can come to the office and shes there I can call and shell pick up never before her could this happen. She came in and cleaned this place all the way up!!! Best Manager yet I truly hope she stays. I wouldnt have ever given this place a review if it wasnt for her. She is kind,caring and attentive and thats exactly what a lot of apartments are lacking in their management team.

    I love my new home. The grounds are awesome my townhome is amazing. The staff are so courteous and friendly always greeted me with a smile and will always go the extra mile to help you. Lyric was totally amazing during the whole process.

    I love my apartment but Im very concerned about the loose dogs out early in the morning especially knowing one of the dogs bit someone in the face this past weekend. Please please keep your dogs on the leash

    If you need someone who will be openly honest and helpful than LYRIC is who you will want to speak with. I have never felt and experience a warming personality like I did with her. I honestly look forward to moving here. Lyric energy is amazing and her smile when she greets you will make your frustration go away. I have been trying to apply since the beginning of January and she stared 4 days ago and has done so much for me in that little of a time. Ive very appreciated of this young lady .     Lived here for one year. This was my first apartment so I had no other experience. Overall I enjoyed my time here. Parking was always available. Apartments are a good size and love that its all on the bottom floor.

    I just want to start off by saying the manager here, Lyric Parker is the bomb. Ive been trying to get in contact with the staff at White Rock Hills Townhomes since Lyric left. I live all the way I Oklahoma and I have yet to speak to someone still to this day. My voucher expired April 15th and even though Ms. Lyric is at TREYMORE EASTFIELD she was still able to assist me in getting my paperwork turned in, in a timely manner before my voucher expired.

    Thanks to the maintenance guy for completing the job. I am still not Happy with the living conditions here at Treymore Eastfiel. I have been here since 2015 and this is the worst I have ever seen. I have to move! This is not what I pay rent for to live like this. Very disappointment tenant😡

    First time to this Property. Moved here two years ago from California. I’m in Property Management so I always look at Properties I visit through the eyes of a Property Manager. SMH lol not that I try but it’s just natural after 20 yrs of being a Manager. This Property has Great curb appeal as you enter. The only thing I would change about this Property is the back patios. Too many non patio items and bbq pits, brings the value of Property down. There was trash around the back of Property but that’s normal on the weekends with no staff . All in All, looks like there is a Strong Manager over this Property. It can easily become hood like any Property but I can tell the Manager has a handle on this place. It’s so hard trying to keep a Property in Order and keep the Bad Seeds out. Good Job Management!
