I had a really easy and smooth transition from my old apartments to the Trails on Treadway. Candice in the front office is very helpful and willing to give great advice. She is way easy to talk to and one of the nicest people I have ever met. When ever I have a problem she gets them handled in a timely matter. My apartment is perfect and very homey to me. It’s not loud and the on ground maintenance man is very sweet and he gets things done in a timely matter.

I am a new tenant and I can say that Mary the new property manager here has been phenomenal in every aspect for me. She got me in fast, made sure my apartment was beautifully remodeled and clean, customer service was excellent. She made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. I am so excited to move in and become a resident here!

I’ve been here since hurricane Harvey and Candice has been the best landlord EVER. Haven’t had any issues that’s wasn’t fixable. She makes her business to know her tenants personally and treats them like family. As far as the apartment goes very nice and affordable and close to all restraunts, grocery stores and shopping and pretty ducked off and quiet.

My lease is almost up and Ive decided to renew for another 12mos! I love the property and location. Cant find anything this good with these prices. The staff is really great and Candice in the leasing office gets it DONE! She is so helpful and real. I never feel reluctant to call the office if i need anything.

I stumbled upon Trails on Treadway as a result of my apartment being flooded during Hurricane Harvey. I saw that they were leasing units so I jumped at the chance, as I was currently sleeping in my car (Not fun, it was hot, muggy and I barely managed to sleep) Was greeted by Ms. Candace at the front fesk, who was very kind and helpful, with deposit in hand. She walked me through the whole process, which was a relief as this was only my 2nd time moving. By the time I had left, I had an apartment set aside for me to move into by the end of the week. Life here was pleasant, Never had any issues and if I did they were quickly addressed. The price is fair in my opinion, as its in a popular area of Beaumont, is in a secluded and quiet area and for what the apartments look like on the inside and outside, I was more than satisfied with my stay. I usually only went to the office to put money onto my laundry card, but found myself staying for at least an hour chatting with Ms. Candace. She really cares about her tenants and I can honestly say shes one of the best in her profession Ive dealt with. Im very thankful for her. I did end up moving, but thats just so I can be closer to work. Also, during my move, they pointed me toward some apartments, and though those didnt have any vacancys I really appreciated it. So, give them a try.

I stayed there for about 3 years which was my first apartment transitioning from a home. I can honestly say Ive never had any problems at this apartment.If something would malfunction, I would give Candace who is now the new property manager a call. She would put a work order in and the issue would get corrected in a timely manner. This place gives you a real home feel and is a very quiet place to stay! Honestly I give these apartments a 5 Star Rating! Candace is very friendly and truely care about her residents! I recomend The Trails on Treadway to any one who wants a place thats reasonable to afford, nice and wonderful place to raise a family!!!

Living in Trails on treadway way apartments was a great experience! Mrs.Amber was nothing short of amazing! No matter the smallest issue we may have had, it was tended to immediately.I love the way Mrs.Amber continuously walks the premises and she’s not afraid to correct an error! She has made the apartments a better place to live and raise kids. She’s also very active and concerned for the well being of her tenants. She actually cares. She’s offered jobs around the apartment complex as an aid to rent cost due to covid! She’s very thoughtful and loves what she does! My overall experience with Trails on Treadway apartments is rated at 100% satisfactory! The neighborhood is kid friendly. These no load music and did I mention Mrs.Amber is on call 24/7. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to live Trails on Treadway apartments should be your first stop! Mrs.Amber will try everything in her power to place you and your family in the safeness of Trails on Treadway apartments residence!

I recently moved here in September, couldve been sooner but the assistant (Candice ) was out sick, and my paperwork sat there until she returned back to work. No fault by her. I did experience some hiccups along the way, but ever time I put in a work order it was taken care of immediately (Thanks to Candice).! Candice is the Assistant but she would be a great property manager for sure.

I have nothing but great things to say about living at this complex. The manager Candace is AMAZING. She is very honest and does her best to make sure you are accommodated. Martin the maintenance man is always getting the job done on time & is so nice!

Been apartment hunting this week. Stopped by on Thursday and the manager Mrs. Mary was attentive and helpful. The apartment I viewed was spotless and updated. Pool was nice! I can see myself living here. Hope to move in soon!

Mary was very informative and helpful. She took her time giving me a tour of the complex and she has a good sense of humor. She also helped me through the entire application and is still checking on me after I moved in. Its a clean environment, and I will be re-leasing!

Ive been living at the Trails on Treadway 3 years now and have truly enjoyed every bit of my stay. Management goes above and beyond to ensure my needs are met, maintenance is always timely and friendly, the overall complex is quiet, and always neat. If it wasnt for school I would definitely be staying longer. I would definitely recommend the Trails on Treadway to anyone in need of a nice place to call home. I have lived at The Trails on Treadway for over a year. The apartments are nice and the price for rent is really good. I have had very few problems in my apartment but when I do Amy(apartment manager) always sends matience right away and the problem is always resolved the first day. The staff is always very friendly.

I walked inside of Trials on Treadway months ago, and saw Candice I jumped for JOY. I was her resident back at Lancaster Cornwall and was hurt when she left. She is VERY outstanding, and well to work with. Candice is GREAT, and if your looking for the best apartment, PLUS a good person that’s helping. That’s a win.GO Candice!Go Candice!

Nice peaceful place too live. Gotta do something about the dog poop everywhere!! Smells absolutely horrible, sad that dog owners/walkers doesnt dispose or clean up after pets! Not fair too other tents. Takes away from the living experience. But overall ok place & quite.
