I have been here at Towne crossing for 6 years coming up. I love this new management and the people that work in the office. They are very helpful, nice, and take care of all my needs for me. It is so good to have the maintenance team who are very nice that always take care of my needs. I would highly recommend Towne crossing apartments.

My brother and his wife are moving there today 10/5. Since they are from Cuba, and they don’t speak English I was the one helping them with the process. Beautiful place, and Jessica from the leasing office was so helpful. She was so kind and patience with all our questions, changes , and requests. She made this process moves so smoothly. I love living here. There was a little bit of a hiccup from the original apartment I was going to rent (some more extensive damage from previous occupant), however, Jessica more than made up for it. She gave me the option to get all my deposit back if I couldn’t get that apartment in time (as I had to have all my furniture and property out by March 31st at my previous apartment). I told her I had loved the apartment when I toured and really wanted to move in here, so the team found me another apartment that was perfect. Then when I decided to upgrade to covered parking, the staff found open spots near my building and told me what was available near by so I could look and pick a spot from 5 options. Then I just had to get the sticker for my car and was on my way. The apartment is well in the budget I needed and any problems / maintenance issues have been timely. I love it here and hope to stay here for more years to come!!

Very safe and quiet community, also conveniently located near every store you need like Target, Home Depot, Ross, and many more. The reason for a missing star would be the dumpster tends to overflow quite often.

My experience has been nothing short of great, from the cleanliness of the property to the friendliness of the staff/Jessica. I couldnt have chosen a better place to stay. Maintenance always stays on top of the property and any requests get completed so quickly and not to mention how kind they are. The location, price, look of the property and kindness of the staff definitely make this my favorite place I have ever rented. I would highly recommend!

Honestly, I really enjoyed living here. I recently had to move for personal reasons. I lived here for about 2.5 years. I loved walking my dog by the fountains in the back of the property. If I had a maintenance issue it was quickly resolved by wonderful staff and Hong. Emily and Jessica are welcoming and courteous even after I moved out and have needed to return for my mail. Thank you!

From the moment I came on to the property I felt the peace. When I stepped into the building Jessica greeted me with a warm smile and pleasantly took me through the process. The process was basic and easy to follow and describe my needs. Jessica listened and delivered exactly what I was looking for and I am hopeful that I will be the next future resident.

This process with Towne Crossing was super easy and pain free! The hardest part we had was getting the remotes to work for the gate. That was solved in less than an hour thanks to the sweet ladies in the office. They really are amazing and super friendly! I can also tell you that you will ALWAYS get someone to answer or return a call promptly. I have not had that experience anywhere else. It is very refreshing. The complex has a nice relaxed feel to it - almost like going on vacation. I am so glad my daughter found the place for her new home!

I have lived at Towne Crossing Apartments for 15 months and I just now renewed my lease. I have had nothing but a good experience living here. The office staff are friendly and whenever I have a problem and need something fixed, it’s done right away. If you are looking for somewhere to live I would definitely recommend Towne Crossing.

I stopped by today on the chance I could get a tour of the complex and an apartment without an appointment.Jessica was more than cordially accomadating;she took me on a complete tour, showed me a potentially vacant apt that would suit my needs. Loved the entire place, especially how quiet the complex was on a Saturday afternoon.She couldn’t have been more gracious in seeking out an apt that would work for me in a number of ways. I really like the Smart Security system.I would highly recommend Towne Crossing Apartments to anyone interested in finding a new home in that general area of Mansfield or thereabouts.Well worth looking into!

I have lived here since February 2017. I havent had any major issues and anything that has come up has been dealt with immediately. The maintenance team is phenomenal. And the office staff is always kind and helpful. Its quiet and safe. Even though i live in one of few units not updated (because Ive lived here so long).... Ive been happy here. Will likely be here another couple of years.

I have lived in my apartment over two years and have had excellent service whenever I call the office. Personnel are friendly and efficient. The office personnel have changed hands a few times since Ive been here but one lady has been here the longest and is most helpful. Tiffany goes above and beyond when I call. She makes me feel that my concerns are important and not a bother.My maintenance requests are handled in an efficient and timely manner. I have never had to wait for any maintenance issue.The apartments are clean, quiet and very well located. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

As someone who has lived in many apartments all over the country, my experience here at Towne Crossing Apartments has been superb after living here for nearly 2 years. The staff are excellent, always professional, courteous and friendly. The leasing agents are always quick to reply with answers to any questions I have had and the maintenance staff are both quick and professional on service calls. Although to be honest, I have not needed them often as the apartment itself is top notch and well maintained in between tenants it would seem. The location is quite nice as it is located in a quiet corner pocket within walking distance to Target for groceries and the like as well as with in walking distance to several eating establishments.This is a great apartment complex, with friendly neighbors, well kept grounds and regular upgrades and fixes to the buildings, outdoor lighting etc. when needed to keep everything nice and safe for everyone.I would highly recommend contacting Tiffany Woods! =)

The apartments are nice. I took a tour recently the 2 bed 2 baths are really pretty and updated. The 3 bed are pretty as well just honestly needs to be updated to how the 2 bedroom look. Overall really great front desk team, they’re all really nice and welcoming.

Tiffany Woods and the maintenance team at this complex are awesome! Have lived here for 3 years and have always had my concerns promptly addressed. The sense of community is great. The 24 hour gym is great for those with nontraditional schedules. Our small dog also love the dog park on site were she gets to play with other dogs in our community. I have recommended this complex to several individuals and they love it too.

This is a very nice complex. Everything is really upfront. Any time I am in contact with staff/ managers they are not only nice but really sweet. I get a lot of packages and they are always great. repairs are easy and impressive. I cannot imagine these people being anything but kind. The valet trash is perfect, the dogs in the area are all very well behaved. It has a pond/lake? that is pretty and the community seems to have a homey feel. Even when I get in super late I never have a problem feeling safe. And you can walk to so many stores! Thank you to the apartment employees and management for making me feel at home from the time I stepped foot on property.

We loved our experience at Towne Crossing Apartments. The staff was friendly and professional, maintenance was so fast at responding to service requests (they responded less than 24 hours every time and always fixed it the first time), and the buildings are well maintained. It is quiet, everyone around us was friendly, and the apartment units themselves are very nice. Lots of dogs, but they are all so well behaved and there has never been an issue I have seen. We moved because of a new employment opportunity, but otherwise we would have stayed.

Of the very few maintenance requests I have had, they have all been resolved the same day they are submitted. When I moved to a new apartment within Towne Crossing Tiffany and Bri made the whole process easy and stress free. I absolutely love living here. The apartments are very nice for the price. My neighbors are kind, welcoming, friendly, and best of all quiet. Rarely do you hear any noise. The office staff is amazing. I got off to a bumpy start with them at first, and probably due to my lack of understanding how things work, and they were very patient with me and took the time to list everything out. You probably wont find a better, warm welcoming smile property manager like Missy. Kelly from Austin has made Towne Crossing an awesome place to live and now we have a new lady in the office who is very plesent and courteous. I renewed my lease because I just dont want to leave this community. Cant say enough about this place.

Ive been living here for a while. The maintenance team is awesome so is the front desk. Its always well lit and clean. The grounds are always taken care of and they dont take a very long time to fix anything. Package pickup and Trash valet is also convenient. Great place to live

Ive been living in these apartments for about 2 months and so far I really like it! The area is very quiet and very well kept as far as the property is concerned. Im glad trash pickup is available becuase there is only dumpster on property and its pretty far from where we stay.Any concerns Ive had have been addressed rather quickly for the most part. The best part about the property in my opinion is the pond out back. My son loves to feed the turtles and fish, so its perfect for him.

I love living here! The area is really nice and everything is always clean. They power wash the walk ways and are always willing to help with any issues you may have. Parking is limited but I have always been able to find a spot close to my apartment. You can add a garage to your rent if your floorplan doesnt include one. The valet trash service keeps everything really clean and you never have to deal with stinky dumpsters. The gated community makes me feel very safe and comfortable living in such a busy area. It is also within walking distance of a few restaurants as well as Lowes and Target. I couldnt have asked for a better place to call home.

The app makes almost everything very convenient.More areas for dumping trash and parking would make this complex a bit better. The location is perfect. They implement the parking policy when the complex is very aware that they dont provide enough parking for residents. But yet harbor and turn a blind eye to unlawful and criminal activities in the complex. What is the purpose of a gated community when you have to park outside the gate and walk thru the complex to get home . Cars parked for weeks with out moving, flat tires, expired registration. That is not in the lease agreement!
