Found cooperation for truck moving loaded as easy to manage, gate access was easy manage, was lucky rain was not a problem. Had to go back over finish clean out, of course it took all day, glad good being how to neighbors helped, now to get organized in my new place, quite happy to enjoy new foot steps and hope to be good asset to carry forth my lifes path be learned to of course be inspired thru others , Dottie.

I have been living in these apartments for years and I can say that I have no complaints, on the contrary I think they are the best apartments in the area. Now they look better, cleaner, more organized and more secure.The office staff are friendly, especially Oscar.Experienced maintenance staff.They are always there when I report something.Thank you Town Park Apartments.

Awful!!!! I have been waiting since December 24 for maintenance to arrive and as of this date they havent fixed anything, its just changing a simple light bar!!!

Personally, my experience has been pleasant at Town Park, I consider that the prices are very competitive because I was checking in several places and Town Park ended up convincing me that I have a private parking lot and I follow the rules to the letter, therefore I have never had any problem with management. The maintenance problems that I have had, which have been very few, have been resolved in a cordial and, above all, very professional manner. Before moving to this property I took the time to read the comments left here but I also took the time to get to know the property and go to their office and disabuse myself of what was said here. The only thing I can say is that I am happy with my family and we are sure that moving to this community was the best option.
