Really great experience so far. The units are beautiful, the location is excellent, and the amenities are very nice. What really impressed me & convinced me to commit to the property was Gavin.Gavin was so welcoming from the moment we walked in to inquire about rents to the signing of the lease to our move in. I recently moved into the building and have enjoyed my time here since then. The building altogether is a great community and atmosphere to live in. Especially one of the office managers Gavin Castllo. Gavin was a great help during the move in process. He was super friendly and very professional. Gavin has been so welcoming since before I was a resident and even now whenever I come into the building. I am very grateful for great customer service and hospitality.

I took a tour of the complex and was very impressed. Everyone that I came in contact with during the tour was extremely professional, answered all my questions and even the property manager Mackenzie walked out to greet me. That was a high point for me. Mackenzie wanted to make sure to let me know she was available should I have any more questions. The grounds are well maintained. All the amenities are top of the line. These apartments have everything I am looking for.

Upon moving to a new place it’s always a very meticulous process. You never know how difficult things may be or if things could be backed up.. but that wasn’t the case here. Gavin, made sure we had everything we needed and even offered to be or great service if we needed anything else to make our moving process as easy as possible. Honestly can’t thank him enough about how welcoming and easy to communicate he was with. Truly an impeccable worker that greatly reflects the management team who works at this building.

Recently moved in and was offered a fair rate and a month rent free as a move-in special. I was promised by Cher that I would pay prorated first month rent and the next month’s rent would reflect the discount. I checked with my portal today and saw that I will be required to pay full rent instead of the promised free month of rent. If they adjust this I will post an update.Update: they updated the error and posted the correct month’s rent in my portal. Cher and her team’s customer service is amazing and they take any tenant issues very seriously. Quick fixes that needed done were completed almost same-day.

Well, here is the update: I was right. My $1685 1bedroom, 1 bath 1000 square feet apartment went up to $200/month. Add in all the required monthly fees and Im out. I did not renew. Not the management companys fault the rental rates are set by the ownership. They say its market value, I simply call it bs price gauging. Nonetheless, the staff and everyone there is still great, Zachary is no longer there either. However, Im sure the views are still amazing without me and I miss them.Moved in on the Friday before Freezemagedon in February. The place was only 20% occupied then. Now, its 100% occupied. Its still very quiet, residents are super nice and respectful. No major issues here. Any apartments that you go to will have minor issues but nothing isnt addressed in a timely manner. Zack is the best leasing agent, but the entire office, maintenance, and facility staff are awesome! My only fear is that I wont be able to afford it anymore when my lease is up for renewal. The 4th floor views on the North side are absolutely incredible!

Tower Bay is the best complex in DFW. The views are unmatchable, the residence are absolutely amazing. If you go to the pool, by yourself, you are leaving with new friends. I moved here back in December 2020, and from the beginning, the management has been the best you can get. They understand that LIFE HAPPENS, and are accepting, even if you have been late a couple times in your past. And the people with dogs, this place is DOG HEAVEN!! They have the most amazing trails, and the dogs, LOVE chasing all the different birds on the lake. The dogs have so much fun, and are SAFE!!! This complex has everything. The amazing rooftop pool, the main pool, the workout room is INSANE, the views up there will blow your mind!! You can see all the way to FRISCO!! July 4th, you can see the fireworks from Highland Village, Lake Dallas, Lewisville, Carrolton, Frisco, Corinth, and more!! Additionally, you have a secure parking garage in case there are storms, your car is safe from the elements. I have been so blessed to live here and call this place home... Feel free to contact me if you want any additional information!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! THIS PLACE IS LIKE LIVING IN A RESORT IN DFW!!!

I may not have signed yet but due to the modern ambience & friendly staff this complex is definitely one of my top choices. I am here to compliment one of your staff members Gavin, who I got the pleasure of touring with. The way he greeted me at the front desk & his bubbly personality made me feel welcomed and at home. He was also able to answer all of my inquires, which I was grateful for. This deserves a call out as this is a rare find nowadays. I love living here. It very quiet, even facing the freeway. I am not a fan of the parking garage because most guests drive way too fast, but thats not the fault of the apartments. Zach in the office is the best. He is always pleasant and I love dealing with him. However, the star of this complex is Tim in maintenance. He is the absolute best!
