Awesome management staff. They are an absolute delight to work with. Friendly, approachable, and ready to assist whenever needed. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels safe and welcome!! I Hardly have any maintenance requests but when I do, they are always prompt and perfect.

I have lived here over a year now and its a peaceful place with friendly neighbors. Since the complex came under new management with Wendy it has been an entire new experience. Everything that was broken was fixed in a timely manner. Service requests are responded to quickly, and resolved just as fast. When the pool grill was out of propane, Wendy personally went to get a new bottle for us! We were grilling within 30 minutes! The office and maintenance (Richard) are professionals at running this place.

I am absolutely impressed with this area in New Braunfels, Texas and with Torrey Place Apartments! I have been residing here 6 months, and the location is ample too Gruene, Schlitterbahn, Comal River, Hinmand Island Park, Landa Park, Recreation Center, Wuerstfest, Downtown Square, and much more! With residing here 6 months Im learning the area, and really enjoying the authenticy and German heritage of NB! Management and Leadership have been on point and very welcoming here! Wendy the manager has been very applicable and welcoming when I first came here! Any question I have had she been very on point and happy to help resolve for me! Im happy to send out referrals of calling this home. Thank you Torrey Place and Management!

My first month at Torrey Place has been very pleasant due to Hope Sanchez who tolerated multiple visits from me as I tried to get an apartment here. Hope called me when one opened up on the side I wanted to be, and I took it sight unseen because of her professionalism and the vision she has for Torrey Place as it undergoes renovation. She is a manager who cares about people. I have not been disappointed. My apartment is absolutely charming; maintenance issues have been handled in a courteous, concerned, and conscientious manner by a couple of really nice men; and Hopes assistant, Leslie is as helpful as can be. All my interactions with other residents have been friendly. I love living at Torrey Place...hoping to be here a long while.

Hope and Leslie are AWESOME! They go above and beyond to make the residents feel at home and safe. I put one work order in and the maintenance man came out next day! They are 100% attentive and informative for the residents. You know when you can tell if someone genuinely enjoys there job and position. These two ladies are AMAZING! The property is going under renovations currently and I’m beyond excited to see the outcome I know it’s going to be A1!Thank you to everyone at Torrey Place Apartments!

Been here a few months now and its been a pretty good experience. Its nice being a couple minutes or less away from both the Comal River and Guadalupe River. Zero issues with my apartment. The 2 employees that I have met were really helpful and very kind. So far, so good!

There are some things that are being taking care of. But theres new OWNERS and management The new manager is awesome! Very kind. Has a good heart! Mrs.Hope is taking care of things!!!😁 I believe we are going to see a big difference!The review stated by another person...is completely not true! Every issue she stated has not happened to me! Yes there is repairs needed but these are very old apartments!Im told when water will be off and how long! Ive never been told I can not receive packages! And I live upstairs too! Never had a problem! And I actually received a call earlier today bc I had a package!!!People just need to have some patience for the new Manager. Shes by herself and doing her best to make a difference!

Torrey place Apartments has been my home for a long time. With that being said I have never seen this much care and effort go into an Apartment complex. They truly care about their tenants and are trying to make this place as nice as they can. Keep up the wonderful work and I can not wait to see what the future holds for not only my home but the home of many others!

I dont know how his apartment complex has such a low rating. The management here is amazing. The staff are all sweet and always get stuff done in a timely manner. They are understanding and kind. Something that is rare to find. The apartments themselves are older but we have had a blast living in ours. Its cute and we have fires in our fireplace when its cold and go swimming frequently. I highly recommend this to anyone. Especially when looking for an affordable option. Thank you for all you do Torrey Place staff and for providing a safe and pretty place to live.

Im puzzles by some of the reviews because I didnt experience any of the problems stated. Moved here with my Dad in April. His apartment was completely redone...was clean and everything in order. We are starting to see some wear and tear that was painted over but....its an apartment not a house.Our building has not been renovated yet and thats the only downfall.Every maintenance called...answered timely and any problems with staff or maintenance....handled appropriately....we live in the back so its quiet.....love the gym, pool and business office!Office staff ALWAYS treated me with respect....and thats a 2 way street....Love the washer and dryer that comes with the unit! That was the seller for my dad.Gorgeous floor plan and nice size rooms.People are quicker to leave a negative comment than a positive one...so I give it a true to heart....4 stars!

Moved into Torrey Place Apartments back in April of this year. Had a family emergency and I needed to transfer to a smaller apartment. Leasing office went above and beyond to make the transfer happen. I am forever grateful for their support and service. Torrey Place Apartments is a nice place to live!!

I loved this place. The office staff was always so nice. The replaced the washer and dryer as soon as I had problems. I am relocating back to New Braunfels and I am going back. I love this place! I hope there is a vacancy. Cheers!
