Timbers of Cranbrook...What can I say!? ❤❤❤ AWESOME!I moved here 8/25/19. They have made made me feel welcome since before I (Aryana) even moved in, especially Maria, who has been very sympathetic about my disabilities since I moved in (Thank you tremendously for that). I had heard some negative things (people that didnt pay their rent on time I found out later), but I found out that regardless of the reason, theyve changed managers. I spoke to a couple of tenants that have lived here more than a year that stated they are VERY happy here, and I must say with all sincerity, I agree 150%. Everything that needed tweaking or repairing (expected) upon move-in was repaired quickly, efficiently and with such a positive attitude. They have been so sweet to me.If thats not enough, if I pay my rent online on time, I get $20 off next month! At least for the time being.Its very quiet, without drama and foolishness (at least in my building). The grounds are beautiful and well kept up...I mean very well kept up. I really adore my cute little apartment and really appreciate everything. Thanks Timbers!

Stayed there after catrena, cant speek for down stairs but up staires was cool. Roaches are gonna be where ever the last trash people was, so I sprayed even if I didnt have a problem. The only thing at that time was that,I didnt have a washer and dryer and most of the waher had a problem.But,other than that the management,did what they could do with the time alowed.Maintenace people were customer service helpful. I plan on one day,returning . The office people was helpful and compare to many very corual.

Since I moved here, August 1st. Can only say that, the new manager Maria, And staff have been working hard to keep me a very satisfied tenant..have had a few issues.. but they and owners. Ahmed.. step up to the plate.. thank you Ahmed and staff.. As I know you will take care of the electric issue I have left.. because I love my apartment.. my model..

I have been a Timbers resident for The last 12 years and I have to be honest, I love this Home. I have considered relocating before but Im so comfortable and safe in my environment that I have no reason to leave. Elizabeth is a awesome manager, I enjoy speaking with her as she always gets the job done. Krystal is outstanding when something is broken she is sure to get it fixed, I admire how she respectfully calls every resident be their name. I have referred several family and friends to live here and I will continue to do so. I give Timbers 5 Stars for being Excellent!

The office manager derrick is a well respectful guy he greets you in a kindly way he make sure everything is going ok Ms Linda is also a nice lady they stays on top of things if something is wrong with your apartment their both quick to jump to it the maintenance mens are quick and on time with repairs when needed. 😘

The apartments are good in general but the only thing I dislike is the washaterias they have taken my money alot of times and it does not work and maintenance knows and does nothing about it ,no dont want a refund just want them fixed so I dont have to squeeze the water out of all my clothes at 1 in the morning

The NEW MANAGER JESSICA M. AND LUZ ARE GREAT!!!VERY HELPFUL AND CARING.I couldnt ask for better management.Im Thankful to have these two in the office.
