The only thing that makes these apartments look bad is the residence. They like to leave trash outside, it’s ridiculous that some people can act like animals. Every morning I see the trash being picked up outside the apartments and in the parking lot,by maintenance when I come home . It gets worse on the weekends but it’s sad that people can’t pick up their trash. The worst thing that happens is your neighbors. Don’t know how to listen. Valet trash run Sunday night through Thursday night. So my neighbors and upstairs leave the trash out from Friday night all way up until Sunday night and that makes flies and gnats come in your apartment. It’s frustrating because if I know when valet trash runs than you know., you been here longer.. As far as maintenance they’re on time with getting any repairs that need done. The office staff love them. The pest control comes out on ur request.But some residents make it look bad out here. If they would charge fees for people leaving trash out when they’re not supposed to, that would probably stop people making it a sore site. Personally, I don’t really use valet trash. I’m right across a dumpster so I just walk over there but I get it that $25 is included in the rent, and I guess some people want to get the $25 worth .but you really need to not be leaving your trash out during the days it’s not pick up days.

I have been looking for a friendly, affordable and clean environment and I finally found it! I spoke to Carina and she was very friendly, she made sure she explained the whole process, and was very thorough with telling me exactly what I should expect from application to move in process. I am looking forward to become a future a resident .

Living here has been great, have not had any complaints. Maintenance always come by to get the service request done promptly. Office girls are very helpful every time I come in. Have lived here for 15 years. It has been peaceful for me.

My stay here was good.. I had 3 issues though. [[ 1. It took nearly 2 weeks to get my dryer fixed. 2. My AC stopped working and it took a few days to get that fixed. 3. I had cockroaches! ]] I bombed my apt ( on my own ) then I had pest control to come out … none of that worked! I believe it was because of the trees that was in front of my place. I didn’t have the little roaches just the big ones. So I feel they or myself couldn’t fix that ( it’s normal ) I could be wrong , idk… but if it wasn’t for them bugs, I’d definitely try to move back over there.

I moved in Dec 2015, the staff was very welcoming & still is. I received a discount due to working for the airport which was very helpful. This complex is very diverse & eclectic. I dont have any trash around my building, I dont have any pest problems, I dont have any noise complaints, & I dont have any issues with my surrounding neighbors. If entry is needed into my apartment, I am ALWAYS notified prior to(very rare occasions for entry). I have never had a flooding issues but the sprinkler system can catch you off guard at times & block my buildings path way. They stress making your permit for parking in the complex visible & signs are VERY visible. As a resident I do not see an excuse & you are responsible for making sure your guest oblige by the signage.The only negative aspects about this complex are the parking spaces & sewage smells. I wish there were more visitor parking spaces with better designation signs specifically for them to be visible at night. I do smell sewage on occasions but thats beyond the control of the complex.

We have been living here since September 2015 and we really like it here! The neighbors are very nice and respectful, we love the green areas, it is very peaceful and secure! The young ladies in the office Kierra and Jazmin have been very helpful with anything we need, I really appreciate you all being so nice and attentive! The people from maintenance very respectful and very efficient. They are always working and cleaning the area. And we have NEVER had problems with parking.

I just received my keys and I am excited to move here. The property is very clean and everyone seems so friendly. The pool is pretty and I love that they have a fitness center. My apartment has granite counter tops and new appliances, its so pretty.

Hi my name is Odalis, im going on my first month and so far these apartments have been wonderful! Tristen, the manager, was VERY much helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The management team were very polite. Really grateful that we came here. The complex is very peaceful. Havent had any trouble with parking and we have great neighbors. At the time they had a special, first 2 weeks free and the application and admin once payed and approved went towards your first months rent. That really helped us! I definitely recommend these apartments, I have no complaints. Not to mention these apartments are near town center where they have a Super Target, Wal-Mart, Ross, TJ Maxx, Aldi, Khols, and many more retail stores and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive. I absolutely LOVE IT! Once again, thank you Tristen for helping us. My family and I really appreciate your assistance.

Ms.Erica and 2 other ladies were(didnt quite get their names) very kind and answered any questions or concerns about the apartments. I look forward to hopefully becoming apart of this friendly environment. Their smiles brightened up my day after a long day of working with my students . Awesome!

The only reason Im giving 4 stars is for jazmín she has the best customer service, any of the other people working there Ill fire then immediately! 0 people skills 0 customer service racist! The most rude people in the world for this line of business Im surprised their management doesnt take time to hire capable people! WE Have notice several times they treat white people with more privilege, if someone of color or Hispanic or other ethnicity is there she will leave them for last and treat them like scum! Horrible Im not going to renew contract cuz of this people! Mel or whatever her name is needs to get fired alone with the other employee. The only one capable and respectful is jazmín WAY TO GO JAZMÍN YOURE THE BEST!!

Quick breakdown of property and staff:EXCELLENT:Staff (I couldnt be happier with the folks in the office, maintenance team and housekeeping)Pool (Recently had a facelift and I cant wait for the Summer)Value (I am paying $.67 per square foot. Holy cow, thats awesome.)Storage (I dont know if its just my layout - 2BR / 2BA - but I am very satisfied with the storage in my home)GOOD:Grounds (adequately kept up, trash emptied, parking lot free of debris)FAIR:Noise (you can hear vehicles in the parking lot and your neighbors with doors and windows closed)POOR:Parking for Visitors (Want to have people over? Finding adequate parking that is non-permit is a chore. Be wary, they WILL be towed for parking in a permit spot.)All in all, I enjoy the location and value of these apartments.

I start by highlighting the good attention and disposition of Helena along with her office colleague, in general they are a very good team, I have felt comfortable with the attention, I have made some requests such as checking the air conditioning of the apartment and it was very fast, thank you to Helena, I am sure that the other girls had done it too, they helped me with the documents that I should present to the school for the route of one of my children, the other only has to walk 1 block and is already at his school and just for I feel very grateful for that, it is a central place because we have many things close by as well as being away from the stress of the city. I really appreciate your help to the Timberlakes team.
