    Great community to live in, office staff and maintenance are always going above and beyond to fix any issue that may arise. Its peaceful and safe, exactly what i was looking for in a new place to call home. i love being able to grab a cup of coffee in the mornings with the girls and just chit chat a little

    I have been living here for almost 4 months. The property manager and workers in the office are great and very helpful. Any concerns I have they respond to them in a timely manner and are very professional. I havent had to deal much with them because I normally I will do everything from my online portal. I love my apartment it is pest free and a very clean and safe place live if u ask me. I am enjoying living here.

    I moved in 2 months ago and my experience here has been very pleasant. Maintenance is very prompt to any concerns I have and always get the job done well. Jesusa is amazing, she made the whole leasing process very easy for me and she is always very welcoming and helpful with any questions I have. Its a nice family friendly apartment complex.

    I am happy to have chosen Tierra Bella for my new home. The office managers are attentive. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The complex has a dog park and trash pick up service that makes living here convenient.

    The ladies here are so nice and helpful and so are the maintenance people! They helped me move in quick and answered my maintenance requests the day of or the next day depending on the time of request. They use an app for paying rent and messaging the office and for any maintenance requests it’s really easy! I feel very safe and welcomed here. My apartment is spacious and nice. Couldn’t be happier with my apartment choice. Highly recommended.

    Ive been here long enough to know that the office and maintenance/management are consistently attending to tenants needs and communication is their top priority Jessica and Kimberly really do go above and beyond.

    I moved here December 28, 2019, and it has been a great experience. I like the community and the staff. Maintenance has addressed every request for assistance I had while getting settled here and I am so totally great full for choosing Tierra Bella as my New home.Sincerely, Steve Sanders

    Even though these apartments date back to 1969 with a renovation in 1999 or so, the apts are spacious. The office staff and workers work very hard. A worker quickly fixed a bathroom sink faucet problem. I have nice wall tile in my kitchen and black kitchen appliances. The closet in my master bedroom is very large. The floors are all tile which I like. This complex does need more visitors parking spaces.

    So Ive been here about 5 months now. Life has been really difficult for me. Its like I was doing great and then bammmm bad luck. What I like about these apartments is they work well with the community. Im really big on my reviews before moving here I read the reviews and wasnt sure well I decided to give them a try and was definitely the right move for me. I havent had any issues at all loving it most of all I like all the holiday spirit. Its wonderful. Hopefully I can get back to where I need to be.

    Office staff is great helpful, always try their best. Aida help me every time, manager is also helpful. Property is clean, secure and clam. I been live here 2 years, no issue at all

    I just recently moved in. I can already tell this is a quite small community and everyone knows everyone each other the office staff is completely awesome Jessica help me move in. Her customer service is off the charts her personality makes wanna come in and rent! I really like it here and i would tell anyone if you looking for people to care about u then come here ...(ASK FOR JESSICA) lol . i havent really had to deal with anyone in the office beside jessica but i know when you walk in they also make you special and cared about i love it here and i love the office staff! My apartments go above and beyond for their tenants if im wrong oh well i can only speak from my experience and what u saw! Thank you Tierra Bella Apts!😘

    I would love to thank the new manager for having them put new shrock in my restroom above the shower it looks just the same when i moved in 5 years ago a job well done thanks to the new manager. She is awesome god bless her heart.

    APT 21 - UPDATEI live in Apt 21 @ Tierra Bella and I needed to come on here and let everyone know there was a big communication problem. I was complaining about my a/c but since I work so much Jesusa the new Apt Manager had the a/c technician come in and replace the entire unit, so Im so sorry but no one had told me, and they were even kind enough to NOT charge me late fees because of the situation with the ac. I am very happy with the outcome, they handled it very professionally and im a very satisfied tenantThank you sincerelyApt. #21------------------------------------------------------------------------I just moved in and ac hasnt worked all month, I have had to leave 3xs in the middle of the night, I put in a maintenance request almost everyday and they get cleared that they are fixed and it still isnt. I would like to speak to someone besides staff because I would like to get some type of credit for the days ac didnt work and I havent paid rent till someone helps me get this straight. Or let me out of the contract and ill go find another place somewhere else. This is bad and Im being asked to leave because I havent paid rent when I dont have a problem paying but NOT TILL YOU FIX MY AC AND CREDIT ME FOR THE DAYS I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF THIS. I NEED SOME ANSWERS OR GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK AND I CAN LEAVE.APT 21

All of them have provided every need we have had in our program as well as educational material, supplies, games, snacks, and a place to do it! My husband and I are very grateful because at the same time my son has been able to participate and enjoy the program along with the other children. Likewise, the parents of this community have been so grateful for the help that is being offered to their children with their homework and providing additional material for their better performance in school. Again, many thanks to the ENTIRE Tierra Bella Apartments team for your willingness to offer your help and better serve and support our children.
