    The apartment complex has been through a few management companies which they haven’t done anything significantly to improve the complex,until five to six months ago when everything starting to get better, our front entrance gate got fixed, after almost a year of being broken wish give you a little of peace of mind safety wise. everything is and looks cleaner The front office staff is very nice and professional and there are very quick to address your concerns and problems you may have with the apartment. they definitely deserve five stars for everything They have done this past few months.

    I really love the neighborhood. The office staff are really nice and always there when you need help. Unlike most apartments in Texas they really stay on top of things . Very clean & Very Friendly . Great Staff .

    My name in Joseph Sharsheer … I have lived here since 2018, and I’m not going anywhere, five stars for cleanness, five star for fixing things fast, five start for quietness, five stars for not one dog barking in the patio at night, five stars for cleanness of the apartment, five stars for the kind of office staff, five stars for how much parking , at anytime there are always plenty of parking , five stars for trash removal, my bathroom is like Five star hotel … what can I say more, it’s heaven on earth!

    The NEW MANAGEMENT here is very nice and the property manager ( Pam) is a very nice and sweet lady and her team Mrs. Lorraine is a nice and sweet lady. Mr. Reggie is a nice gentleman. Things seems to be IMPROVING here from previous management. I know its going to take time for improvements here but, Pam seems to be going in the right direction getting things done here to improve this complex.👍🏾👍🏾

    Ive been here on and off since 2013 when it was Coffee Creek. Cheyenne has GOT to be the best proper manager this place has EVER had! Things dont always go perfectly, because not everything is their control BUT theyre very communicative with us and always on top of getting issues resolved quickly! Cheyenne and Olivia definitely make this the best apartment complex Ive ever been a part of.

From the moment I first reached out to inquire about availability to my ongoing stay, Cheyenne has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my needs are met and that I feel valued as a resident.

    Horrible place to Stay!! I have been dealing with this apartment complex with my son who is a single father for over 4 months. I have helped him send email over 10 get hot water in his apartment, in the summer, the air went out and now we are dealing with pest issues. He has went into the office several times and reported the issue and this morning, he woke up to water on the floor due to a major link from the dish washer and was told he would have to wait 2 weeks for it to be replaced. This is so horrible and I hate he has about 7 months left on his lease. I called this morning to get the corporate office email and the lady who answered the phone would not give me that info. HORRIBLE

    I moved in about 4 months ago and have had nothing but nice neighbors and a nice apartment. I moved because the previous place I was staying was no longer safe. The staff at Coffee Creek were very nice and friendly. My application was processed quickly and I was able to move in fast. Any repairs that needed to be done were done fast. The property is quite and well kept. Most people who have pets pick up after them but everyone will not follow the rules. They do have resident parking stickers and guest parking but residents do park in them and I told the office and it is being handled. Nice place to live.

    Fast and hassle free move in and the greatest service I’ve experienced in a long time. I was shown the model apartment and it was amazing. Kallye and Cheyenne made it wonderful to move in and my apartment was ready for move in with everything promised. They are the best management I have ever dealt with and they have taken care of me beyond belief. If I could give 10 stars I would. I love coffee creek apartments as my home and feel so safe here. I will be staying here for a long time because of them.

    Living at Tides on Hulen is like living in pure bliss. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Cheyenne, in particular, is an absolute rockstar! She always manages to pull off the impossible in order to assist and does it all with a genuine smile. The property is always sparkling clean, and you always receive a prompt response to all your needs. Choosing Tides on Hulen was the best decision ever!

    I would like to say I live at the tides on Hulen. I’ve been a residence at the tides on Hulen ever since 2004 when I moved in it was coffee Creek Apartment it was on the Devonshire and I’ve been here on the Tipton group. Now we’re under new management. I have never had a problem I’ve been I’ve I’ve reside in the same apartment when I moved in in 2004 loved environment things have changed over the years management changed over the years but I can say I’ve always had a good experience with the tides on Hulen. They’ve always seem to understand when I’m having a problem with anything for his rent is concerned they have worked with me in the past and I’m pretty sure they will work with anybody else. I’m just saying I’ve lived there and never had a problem. It is a wonderful place to stay of course they’re gonna be problems with anywhere that you stay so I’m just saying I’ve.

    This place is pretty amazing. I have lived here for almost two years and havent had any issues. Cheyenne, Kallye, Loraine and Amy go out of their way to make you feel at home, and this is definitely a community, not just another apartment complex. And Jose. What can I say about this man? When we as community members arent quite living up to the standards, he goes out every day to improve the aesthetic, with a pep in his step, and without complaint.

    My rating is specifically for my experience with my leasing agent, Maiya. She has been absolutely fantastic from the beginning of my search to moving in. She has truly gone above & beyond to get me exactly what I needed. I am incredibly thankful for all of her hard work & answering every single question asked with patience & kindness.My positive experiences have continued on with the office staff. They have all be kind, welcoming, & the maintenance staff follows suit. All of the items needing to be fixed have be attended to immediately & the maintenance staff has been kind & courteous.

With that being said Cheyanne was very professional and willing to work with me. She took her time and explained everything to me. She was very knowledgeable and courteous to me.     These are very quiet, reasonable and amazing apartments to live in. Gated, and maintained by the efficient maintenance crew. Cheyenne was the one i talked to get moved in and she was very honest and professional, loraine answered my questions if she was the only one available, very sweet lady. Jennifer, whom i spoke to, was very informative and patient. Under the leadership of Amy, who is very kind and knowledgeable, these ladies make this apartment complex a wonderful place to live and raise kids. Thank you Coffee creek!!!

    Ive lived here for 3 years now and Ive never had any major issues with the front office, maintenance or living conditions of the property. If there were they were fixed within 24 hours. Definitely would recommend these apartments for anyone looking to move, plus the two front office ladies are the sweetest girls youll ever meet!

    I noticed previous reviews and thought I’d share my own experience. The majority of them have nothing to do with the apartment. They have to do with other people, neighbors, so to speak. You can’t always control other people. I know I can’t. But I also know when you live in an apartment complex you deal with a certain amount of noise. That’s everywhere. I don’t think that the apartments should be bashed because of inconsiderate people. I enjoy walking into an office and being able to have a good conversation with management. I enjoy having maintenance that is awesome and will take care of me when I need it. Sure, this is temporary living. Living is always temporary to some sort of extent. I want to be able to communicate with management more then anything. I can do that here and I’m grateful for a staff that cares. Amy and Cheyenne keep it up.

    When I first moved in I believe it was under a different management. Shortly afterward it seems like they switched management. And they are amazing! Great customer service! The apartments themselves are pretty old but maintenance got things fixed usually the same day I requested. There is a train by the apartments, which I was not informed of when checking this place out, but you definitely get accustomed to it. Other than the train, its a quiet area next to a lot of essential stores like Costco, Walmart, restaurants, and the toll road. This is the fifth apartment Ive lived in throughout the US and the management here is by far the best. The only reason Im leaving was because it was too far of a drive (with toll) to campus.

    I was referred by a friend who lives here. I had the greatest experience ever the leasing staff was really business help other people and the manager just jumped right in as if she was a leasing person to help me. This is my 2 apartment Ive live in the Texas area and I didnt have a good experience with the first property I live on but this makes up for it. I went in looking to lease for 6mos and ended up signing a 1 year lease I hope this stays forever. I found out later that she was the manager thumbs up

    My name is Sarah and I have lived here going on 3 years now Cheyanne came alone not to long after I moved in and she has been such an excellent help she’s has literally fixed every need I was going to move out and she convinced me to stay another year with this beautiful upgraded apartment. Even prior to my apartment her and the maintenance man Fred have always been on there A-game. Fred is 5 star hands down the best maintenance man he fixes everything prompt and correct .Cheyanne she made my move in so simple quick and easy I’ll be here another few years!

    I have been living at coffee creek going on 3 years now! Best decision I made! I have had no issues at all the staff is incredible especially during the PANDEMIC 😰It was hard and they where there every step of the way to walk with me and help me throughCheyenne has been an angel she goes above and beyond literally 😇 and lorrane holds the front office down and is such a sweet heart ❤️There isn’t a time I’ve called they have hesitated to fix any issues at hand!I was living in the back and now I’m up front and I LOVE IT I’m in a brand new unit!Last but not least Amy 🙏🏾 She’s the reason I’m still there today she’s always kind always pleasant and always ready to lend a helping hand and listening ear it’s evident they love their residents and we love them tooooo I know I do and I thank GOD FOR THEM ALL 🙏🏾❤️

    I love Coffee Creek! The Office Staff is so sweet and helpful. Maiya and Christine are extremely helpful they make me feel so comfortable and at home. I have been here about 6 months and plan on renewing my lease for a year this time. Dont listen to the bad reviews below they just seem bitter. lol Thanks Coffee Creek for all your hard work!

    Management is awesome I live in apartment number xxxx and before the new manager came on board I would complain of load music every Friday and Saturday night . My lease was up and I was going to move thats when I vented to the new manager about the noise. Every since that day its been no noise at all and I still have the same neighbors she didnt kick them out but she has made it a comfortable environment so that we both can live here. wow she should go to work for the government lol

    They were ok. The pricing is reasonable (you get what you pay for) .. the staff members are always nice and helpful (Cheyanne and so on). I don’t like that I can hear my neighbors through the walls but these are apartments lol I am moving because my rent will go up and my apartment has old appliances (not a upgraded unit) and because I want a one bedroom with tile and a restroom and sink that’s not IN my room ( that grosses me out)... overall they did ok.. would recommend to others who aren’t weird about all the details like me lol

    Its a solid apartment complex. Ive lived in a few complexes around ftw and these are the most peaceful ones Ive ever lived in. can be somewhat annoying dealing with the eviction threats about patio furniture but for the most part worth staying
