I’ve been here right at a year now. I love the property and the people that works in the office. Taliza is the sweetest and most honest person that you’d run across. She will help you anyway possible. Make sure you ask for her when coming to apply.

Talia did an amazing job helping me look into getting a place there. It is February 1st and shes the only one in the office. It was super busy but she handled everyone with a smile and got everyone situated. Even stayed late to finish up. Thank you for your help!!!!

Positives: The staff are genuinely sweet people. I adore the ladies in the office. Taliza and Bibiana were very quick to jump on things and address any concerns and questions I had. Whenever I did stop in, I have always been welcomed and asked how things are going. The same could be said for the maintenance team. The complex is very peaceful, and while the conditions of my place when I moved in were not necessarily up to par, they made efforts to get those issues righted fairly quickly.Cons: Rent and Basic utilities are managed by 3rd parties that force you to pay convenience fees despite there not being any other options. While not huge, those fees do add up. Additionally, this 3rd party doesnt seem to have an effective line of communication between their properties/clients. It boils down to clerical errors and inaccurate billing reports. I dont trust their app as its failed to report an accurate bill 3 months in a row. The other issue that Ive run into was the chaos of parking. There are three different parking arrangements (1st come 1st serve reserve, general, and guest). If you park in the wrong one, youll be towed. I will say they are working to get it under control, but for the moment its a little wild west.Ive only been here a couple of months, but these are pretty straightforward observations.RECAP: Quiet, peaceful living with very friendly staff. Reasonable rent for spacious apartments with a stack of fees and poor logistics.THOUGHTS: I moved here from California. Ill admit that Im new to Texas, but Im warming up to the place. Tides on Avril is certainly a complex to check out. While it does have issues, I think the potential of the space, and the willingness to address concerns make it a viable place to live. Youre best bet is to check it out for yourself. If you see a resident, talk to them. Take the time to ask questions, take photos, and keep records.

What can I say when I first moved into this apartment complex last May. It was ran by management who is no longer there. And unfortunately my first day my car got towed because they forgot to put a sticker on it. They have since then got rid of them and got a new management team theyve had and theyve been nothing but great and respectful. They even worked with me on my move out and didnt put any pressure on me to hurry up and renew or vacate. Apartments are pretty nice inside as well and a fantastic price if you are looking to live in a quieter area. West fort Worth is where its at

Alisia was so kind and helpful through the whole process! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and fully informed every step of the way. I ended up going with a different complex due to personal reasons but the lofts were really beautiful and super unique but the cabinets could use some renovations. The areas a little rough but they do a good job making the complex feel safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this complex!

I can’t say enough great things about this place! Stephanie in the office has been extremely helpful and attentive. I had problems with the previous management but Stephanie has been amazing. Any issues I have had were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance gentleman that has fixed things for me was extremely nice and professional. I have truly enjoyed living here!

I have been living in this complex for 3 years in a one bedroom Apartment. Everytime I had an issue in my apartment it was immediately addressed and fixed. I recently got engaged the beginning of the year and needed to upgrade my apartment to a 2 Bedroom. Ms Irma made sure I got the the best rent pricing as well as accommodating which floor I preferred, which I really appreciate it ☺️. I would Definitely recommend My friends and family to stay here. Thank you guys for being very Attentive to my needs ☺️

I really like these apartments. My friend has lived here for over 2 years and I like her layout. I went into the office and Arijana helped me with my questions. She was easy to talk and very nice. She gave me a good understanding of the property and definitely made me want to cone back and apply when I am ready to make the move.

Nice first apartment for me, my son and boyfriend. The one bedroom town homes are very roomy and high ceiling which brings it to feeling a little bigger than it really is. Water runs nice and hot, no eletric issues either! New carpet and hard wood floors! To say the least we are very pleased and thankful for this home and the office ladies are amazing! Stephanie helped me out so much by getting us a home over night, and we moved in the same day. She also got me a really good price on it as well! The apartment complex itself could use some TLC, and some people seem a little too loud but other than that Id recommend these apartments to anyone!

I’ve been living here for about three years now and I must say the current ladies in the office are outstanding from the pervious one’s!!! Especially Alicia, I can count on her to get stuff done! She’s always ready to assist and she is very professional plus stays on top of it all. It’s a relief knowing I have someone in the office who will be ready to hear me out on what Issue I have that’s how it should always be! It’s also a great quite community from the three years I’ve been here I’ve never had any issues living here, thank you for all that you do ladies keep up the great work. :)

I am very excited to become a part of this community. I will be moving in some time next week. The grounds are always so clean and the residents here seem very friendly, welcoming, and quiet. The staff is awesome. The ladies in the office will do everything in their power to make you feel a part of. I highly recommend this place

Love this place! Stayed for my year lease and planned on releasing to a two bedroom until I found a cheaper rental in the area I really wanted. This was my first apt and it was great for an 18 yr old girl. Out of towners think its a rough part of town but really I NEVER had one problem in the neighborhood. I accidentally fell asleep with my car or front door unlocked several times and nothing ever happened (not that I am telling you to do that). Teresa is the best office lady you guys could ever wish for. She was always on the ball about everything and somehow can remember every single residents name and apartment number. There was several times the boiler room need maintenance so we didnt have hot water but they did a good job of making sure the residents knew. Maintenance guys always came when you needed them too and did the job right. I only have two complaints... I wish the laundry card reload machine was INSIDE the LAUNDRY room, not the office. There was times I had to run to the laundry-mat down the road because I was never home when the office was open to load my card. Also there were about 3 or 4 different secretaries under Teresa in the year I was there which caused a HUGE CONFUSION in loss of paperwork so lone behold I know have a broken lease on my credit. Thanks for that guys. If they can keep one office lady I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! :) I would even move back if I didnt have them on my credit.

These fantastic woman that run this office (Alicia & Arijana), are miles above the standards set. They have helped me through not only apartment affairs, but life decisions. Anytime I have a question I am directed on the right path. These ladies have made my living experience at Westridge easy and enjoyable.

I lived in these apartments since Oct. 2018 and the turnover is crazy. Ive seen 3 different managers but Irma seems nice (current manager) they are making changes for an example, there was about 7 visitor parking all located by the front office and there so many units. My friend got their car tow $300 because they basically had to park in the street and walk very far to park. They refused to refund my friend. I will say management (David) is awesome, very fast and typically never call about the same problem. Rebecca works at the front desk, also new to the company she is way nicer than anyone there. Overall not a bad place to live.

My daughter and I relocated from Maryland to Texas over a year ago. I called and had several conversations with Amy during the applications process and she couldnt have been more helpful. Her and Stephanie both made that part of my relocation so easy, since I was doing everything via email or phone calls. They also helped me by pointing in me the right direction to get my utilities connect prior to moving. We are really enjoy our little place... Thank you Stephanie and Amy for all your help over the past year, you guys are the BEST!

But that didt stop Irma and Alicia from leading me on the right direction. They were very informative and went above and beyond foe me. In fact I might go ahead and apply for a 1 Bedroom!!!! Talisa and Stephanie are the greatest love this complex they really take care of you its a really nice place to live Gate stays shut when its supposed to be nice wash room with your own personal key to get in good price to wash convient to a lot of amenities and a fire station right across the street and a corner store close its a nice quiet community

I have lived here on two seperate occasions and Ican honestly say that I really enjoyed living here. The property is kept clean, and the staff is awesome. The community is nice and quiet. I had a few maitnance related issues that were promptly taken care of. My over all experience was great. The only negitive thing that i have say is that the internet is awful. AT&T has a monopoly over this complex and the internet they provide is horrendous. The highest speed they can give you is 5mbps download and trust me when I say, you will not even get that high. It constantly goes out and there is nothing they can do to fix it. In my time living there (about 2 years in total) i had 15 techs out to resolve the issue and it was never fixed.You will also on a daily basis see AT&T techs on the property pretending to repair others internet as well. So if you are a gamer, stream tv, work from home, basically do anything that requires a good, stable, reliable internet connection. This may not be the place for you.
