    Been living for a very long time and Penny and Bibiana have been the best managers so far. These ladies work extremely hard to make the property looks amazing. The made sure the kids had something to do for the summer and all the kids on property had what they needed for school. You ladies are amazing and blessed.

    I was told to write a good review but I cant the new management rude they never want to help she feels like cant certain minorities because she doesnt live here.I ask about pest control but I never seen them.We getting overcharged for a lot of things thats not in the lease agreement.

    Im a a resident at the hills at 5400, I resided here for a year and a half my time here at the hills has been pleasant , the management team and maintenance have provided my household with everything that I needed, throughout covid and loss of work they were able to commend me and my family for being stable where we rent. Some apartment places all have things in common, he comes and goes wherever you live but at the hills they do their best to get whats needed to be done anytime you matter the key to that is residents just have to have patience and thats one thing that I specialize in being here at the hills at 5400 it is a great place to live, with a good team on hand. Because I enjoy being a resident at the hills at 5400 I plan to extend residency due to the excellent staff they have.

    Management team is awesome I’m not a nasty person but the pest control comes out and spray every two weeks. They come fix things needed to be fixed when asked it’s the tenets that’s messy with there pets....other than that I would recommend these apartments

    UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! The hills apts or tres palms, is a wonderful place to start your rental history off with a great head start !!! This was my first time renting and with the help of the new leasing manager Jessica , she was so personal and really helped find a great fit for me and my family !!! They are a second chance apts and will work with almost any situation!!! Love it !! Very upfront and honest!Update: ive lived here a year and have renewed my lease! Great pricing prime location , major highway and plenty of grocery and fast food! Nice neighbor hood and across the street from the police station and potters house fort worth! Great location!

    2 Thumbs up! Tres Palms is a great place to stay. My family and I have enjoyed living here since 2007. The management and staff are AWSOME!!! I love my unit and so do my guest. Thanks Tres Palms :-)
