I have lived at this property for three years & have seen numerous management. Our newest manager has been the best so far! Yesenia has been patient, understanding & has been very attentive to my needs. In the past it’s been difficult to even get the managers to just answer the phone. It feels like Yesenia actually cares about her job and the people at the property. With the new upgrades and new management I have seen a major change for the better.

I worked with Ana getting my apartment and it was a very quick and easy process. She kept me updated and informed the whole way! She was very attentive to my needs and i really appreciated that! Any minor issues I have had with apartment has gotten fixed right away with no issues. Loving it here so far! 😊

Ive lived here for almost a year come march and Ive watched the new management come through and completely renew this place. DESPITE the PAST management and maintenance lack of everything the ladies in the office now are very professional and they get anything you need taken care of in a timely manner and they check to make sure youre ok after. Because of this I just resigned my lease for another year. I love living in this area its peaceful quite and pretty and speaking on facts not opinion these are now one of the best apartments in woodhaven....Ps ...peoples review down below or so extra only time the city gets a lil roudy is holidays and new years just past 🙄..and for anyone to write a bad review in the last month off for the CURRENT bella via about the old name verona is really ignorant period. They have came in and worked hard and accomplished what they came for lets not try demolish what they did . Because they did a great job as long as you pay your bills and stay in communication they got you. Periodtt

Here’s a update there is a new property manager. And I like her, she handling business. And making changes so that 1star turned into ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.. Thank u for bringing in some one that (cares) . Make our house feel like a home .. keep up the good work and thank you for hearing the residents out, we know your busy .. thank you 😊🌟I wouldn’t recommend u moving here ,First in foremost there’s NO WAY a resident should have to fight for a parking spot especially if visitors don’t stay here .. it’s ridiculous. And don’t get me starting on maintenance it’s only 1 and I do mean 1 that is actually been good . I had to put in several request for a leak above my refrigerator.. Get it together!Towing should be enforcedVisitors are visitors And DONT deserve a parking spot .. if so lower the cost of rent

Have not moved in yet but ana and Priscilla really worked with me and got me approved fast. I as well appreciate it how understanding Anna was and very patient with me. And maintenance fix any problem right away..
