They’re constantly doing things to keep the community upbeat and fun! The faces in the front office are so bright and welcoming. These are my people 😊

I have lived here since July 2020. I love the location. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The property has wonderful amenities including a resort style pool. My unit is perfect and high end with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and granite countertops. Management is great especially Stephanie the property manager. She schedules food trucks to come to the property and once a month a free breakfast buffet. She is so attentive to the needs of her tenants. Anytime we need something she is so helpful. I havent had many maintenance requests but when I do, they are quick to resolve any issues. They go above and beyond when we have winter storm, they are laying salt and shoveling so we are all safe. I will be spending at least another two years here. If you are looking for a place with kind and respectful neighbors, this is the place.

Drove by and saw the apartments had backyards and figured we’d drop in before committing to the others on our short list. We ended up absolutely loving it and leased our new apartment with a yard immediately. Ashley was incredibly helpful and took her time showing us the awesome property. She made all the difference from other properties and really made it feel like this would be a home instead of temp. living. I’m stoked to use the 2 story gym and my wife and kid can’t wait for the pool in summer. We felt the buildings and apartment felt clean and safe and loved how many of the residents had doormats and signs on their door making it feel more like homes than temporary living. We can’t wait to start our lease!

I’ve lived here four years and it is close to everything including the schools, entertainment, and grocery stores. The dog park is a plus and the two story gym. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance team is on point. Elevators are the key if you don’t want to climb stairs especially in the hot summer months.

Honestly this place is beautiful. So anyways me and my girlfriend just moved to area living at our friends house. We were apartment searching and we was looking to call our apartment home. Honestly we looked at a couple before this complex. Anyways I always did my runs by this apartment complex but forgot about it. Anyways I was searching and boom I remember and I came exactly at 9am for a tour. Ashley was so sweet and nice . She showed us everything and made sure ourquestions was answered So my girlfriend and I applied for a apartment a beautiful 2 bedroom. My girlfriend credit score and mine wasnt best cause I never rented a apartment. Ashley went all the way and spoke to manager and she approved my application. This apartment cares and understands situations . So if you guys want to call a place home I recommend this apartment complex .

Hello review reader, I have lived at this apartment complex since march of 2020. I have also lived in two different floor types, with dogs, a garage and a backyard and just a patio. I have no complaints on this complex, its cleanliness or its staff, in fact I have only the highest praise for its upkeep and management. I’ve lived in previous complexes that were just terrible and this one is not that, it’s the best I’ve resided at thus far! As any complex goes with change of staff, the changes here are low to rare. All main office staff Stephanie, Alexa, Ashley, Jesse, Miseal are all wonderful and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Complex upkeep and maintenance, Misael’s team is outstanding! THey clean the interior halls every week, exterior areas presentable and common areas at a luxury standard! Pests control, is the best I’ve ever experienced, and I have not experienced any pest issues in my home or outside. Dog park is a great place for all dog owners, I rarely use it due to having a yard but the yard maintenance is weekly serviced. I’ve been asked by friends, “what makes this place so special” and the answer is that it’s because it’s a community. Most places you don’t see your neighbors or interact with them as often but here we have a brunch every month and various activities that are held that allow us to interact with other community members. If your looking for a place to call home with a peace of mind, this is it! Take it from me when I say that moving here is a good choice and the location and surrounding areas like restaurants and stores have increased and make it that much better. The staff is super nice and friendly. They literally go out of their way sometimes to fix an issue. They are very responsive to emails and calls. I was just telling my brother, that this maintenance staff is definitely the best that I have seen at any apartment complex. They are super responsive and they don’t just do bandaid fixes, they really fix things or replace it. Also, the gym has a peloton bike!! Like what?!?! The gym is definitely one of the better gyms I’ve seen. Love the staff, events they have, the food trucks, the amenities. and the location.

WE LOVE OUR HOME! I have waited to make a post about Three77 Park and after living here for almost 2 years I have to say this is the BEST home we have ever had! The ladies in the office Ashley, Abby and Stephanie have always gone above and beyond with every question, request, issue or emergency we have ever had. The events that they host are so fun and incredible too. They make living here such a joy, we love them so very, very much. Everytime we call or stop in they are always so happy. I love their enthusiasm and energy! The maintenance crew are always working so hard for us as well.We cant imagine being anywhere else so now were looking to upgrade to a larger unit, so we can stay even longer! We love Three77 Park!

I have lived on this property for a few years now. I am beyond impressed with how the management team relates to the tenants as a community. They make us feel like family. From the corporate visitors, to the property manager, to my leasing agent Lana Kerstein (who is the absolute sweetest, most thorough, and professional), to the maintenance team, they are all incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful. The whole team looks for ways to improve our experience daily. Going above and beyond the call of duty is their habit and natural way of doing business. Its the only time an apartment complex has truly felt like a home to me. Thank you Lana and team for creating such an incredible environment!

We stopped in, kind of late Saturday. Almost 4:45-4:50p. Ashley was PHENOMENAL. Originally, our ideal areas for our apartment search was Bedford area. Yet, this apartment isn’t too far away from where we need it to be. The perks of the apartment, the actual apartment we saw, and the environment sounds perfect! The reviews are also matching the vibes, and out of all the apartments we’ve seen so far this is our favorite. I cannot wait until we get closer to April, I’m hoping this is where we land. 💜

I never make google reviews but honestly this places deserves one. I’ve lived here for 5 months so far and not a single complaint to have. Neighbors are all friendly, community is safe and easy to access. The community is well run and kept and just gorgeous. they have an overwhelming amount of events they provide to get everyone connected! The staff is absolutely wonderful and attentive. Abbe and Mary were my leasing agents and they’re the reason I leased here I didn’t need to look anywhere else after their tour. To this day they’re still just as happy to see us come through the door to get coffee as they did the day we came in to tour. Stephanie the property manager Is also wonderful too I’ve only met her one time because my dryer stopped working and she offered to pay personally for me to go get them dried at the local laundry mat while they did everything they could to get it fixed that day (wasn’t even an emergency and she made me feel like a priority) the kindness they all three show is honestly something you don’t find at any other property. Maintenance is great too I’ve never waited longer than a day for something and they’re always friendly when I leave for work in the mornings. This place does something different when it comes to their residents and it really shows! Love love love this place!

Where do I even begin? The staff at Three77 park have been nothing short of extraordinary from the property manager Stephanie to the Leasing staff, to the maintenance workers and even the cleaning ladies! They are all so amazing and work very diligently in ensuring this stays an A+ community. From the very beginning the environment has always been uplifting, positive and overall fun. The former leasing agent Torri was awesome when getting us in and keeping us informed every step of the way. She took it a step further by staying in touch and always being welcoming of us when we came by the office. Lana has always been a true gem at Three77 the attention, love, and care she puts into her work here at this community is second to none. I notice her heading to work early and staying later and even spending time talking to residents when I’m sure she’s ready to get home! She goes above and beyond and is always there to provide a laugh and a smile. Stephanie is ON TOP OF IT! Stephanie is very communicative with any questions I may have. She has been understanding, patient and informative about many things! When I come down to the office she always takes the time to talk to me. Stephanie works hard at maintaining an amazing community! The maintenance workers are awesome!! They are on time and handle requests really fast! Like really really fast! Anytime they see me around they ask me how I am and make it a point to check on us. They are efficient and knowledgeable about our apartment and even educates us on ways to prevent certain hazards. Another thing I really like about Three77 Park is their ability to hire exceptional staff members! Mary the assistant manager that took over after Vince is amazing! She is very social and welcoming, I never feel like a burden when I’m down in the office in fact I still feel right at home LOL she takes the time to hold conversations with me and check in on our satisfaction with our stay at Three77, she is very engaging with other residents and overall is always a welcoming smiling face to count on in the office. The new leasing agent Abbe is very kind and social as well. She is good about getting certain information over to us in a timely fashion. Overall the staff at Three77 Park all work with the spirit of excellence and are very upbeat, fun and present for all of us residents (current and future) they are knowledge driven, outgoing, excellence upholding assets to this community! My time here at Three77 has been exceptional! I would rate my experience a 10/10 and would highly recommend making Three77 Park your next home!

Application process: I applied to this apartment and worked with Lana through the application process. Lana was always very helpful and gave me reminders via email/phone call for things that would slip my mind. She ensured ahead of time that I was fully prepared for the moving process. Honestly, the whole staff there was super helpful no matter how many questions I had. (I had many) Customer service was 10/10.First day: Walking into the apartment for the first time I was blown away, it was BEAUTIFUL. They even gave me a welcome gift basket full of goodies on the counter waiting for me and it had lots of great stuff inside. The apartments I had been to before would show a nice model but then the actual apartment wasnt up to standard. It looked just like the model apartment and they insured it was very clean/move-in ready.After moving in: Any questions/concerns I had were answered VERY quickly. If I would send an email or call in, the team would be swift to give me actual solutions with no excuses. Again, great customer service which is a priority to me.Overall: The shared spaces (lobby, pool, etc) are always presentable. Any time my family comes to visit they are blown away with the upgrades/cleanliness. I would highly recommend considering staying here. Lana is a great person to work with, and honestly the whole staff is a joy to work with.

I have lived here for over a year now and everything has been excellent. The leasing staff have been awesome, they are very quick with resolving any matters or issues residents may have. The maintenance team has been great as well, polite, very responsive and quick with any requests or repairs a resident needs. The amenities are extremely nice and well maintained, I was thinking of better options to transfer to a bigger unit, Lana and Stephanie stood up and helped me patiently. Ashley was an Absolute joy to work with, from touring the property, to informing me on all their resident programs, to even contacting me on FB because our convo was so good we forgot to exchange contact info! You can tell that resident appreciation is the ultimate goal here! If it doesnt work out at my new place, I will most certainly look to rent here first!

This apartment complex is absolutely amazing!!! I move here from Ny into a horrible apartment complex that was completely unlivable. I had to get out fast and Lana at Three77 park made sure she had the perfect unit for me. She was so professional and very very helpful. I am really surprised to read some of the bad reviews about employees of 277Park apartments who are just applying the rules and about management teams that are doing their best to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. This community is a true luxury. Nothing in this world is perfect but I can assure you the management in this community is among the top I ever experienced. Carrie the director is a true professional that I never reached to her with a problem and not solved immediately. ABi the manager and Amber who managed before have done a great job keeping the community running flawlessly. The leasing office employees Jake, Lana and Vince are very friendly and helpful. I also want to be fair to mention the former staff Cassie, Kristen, Flor and Haven all have done a great job.The Maintenance team are friendly, professional and honest. Needless to say the community is very safe,. Few days a go I forgot my smart phone on the pool and the maintenance found it and returned it to the office where I found it in good shape.I understand there are some parking issues but that is not the fault of the management but it is because many residents and even outsiders taking advantage of that situation and the management is working to solve this problem.Finally, if the management is offering something complementary and for some reason it breaks, we shouldnt complain but we should be thankful when it is working and be patient when it breaks.It is obvious that people who enforce rules are never liked. It is just the nature of the beast.

We were delayed during our move from California due to COVID and were concerned about losing our apartment. With one phone call the friendly and understanding staff took care of everything. First impressions are everything especially when trying to find a new home. The moment I walked into Three77 Patk Keatora greeted us with a warm welcome. I asked about their current availability and she provided me details with no problem. The tour of the property was everything very clean it looks exactly like the pictures. No (catfish) I promise! After seeing the amazing model and knowing my apartment will have the same finishes/appliances, i felt in love! I wanted to apply immediately. Which I did the next day! The application process was easy because Tora made sure everything that was required I had. I’m happy to say I was approved! I’m so excited to call this place home!

Being a new property, it’s absolutely going to have things to work through. I’m one to know!! All issues were resolved promptly! Office staff remains on top of all issues & resolves quickly. Carrie is the best! I’ve known Carrie since 2014, since residing on your other property in North Richland Hills for over 5 yrs! It was exceptional property also, but unfortunately it sold! So, I moved on from there. As soon as this opened, I very happily signed the very first lease. The office staff has changed some throughout residing here. That’s just a normal thing that happens. It doesn’t take long to get to know the new staff because they are all respectful & friendly & totally go out of their way to help. As for the staff Lana, Vince, Jake & all the ones before it’s been a pleasure. As for Maintenance, can’t say enough! Misael is the best & Felix isGreat too! Still need to get to know the newest maintenance member! I’ve addressed to corporate in regards to Misael that they better hold on to him! He is a exceptional person & does a great job! For all their hard work & exceptional service! I order lunch in for all months back for my appreciation!My only complaints are the ones that trash the complex out by dropping trash, spilling stuff on floors, elevators & stairwells & allowing their pets to urinate in common areas. Destruction of elevators that cause damage & prevent usage. People parking in disabled parking that are clearly not disabled. The ones that allow pet droppings all over the property, can’t seem to follow the rules & be respectful of other tenants that do follow the rules! Biggest complaint is smoking on this property! As for the parking read your lease, it fully disclosed parking & garage fees. Thanks for the cameras that are now in place & the watchful eyes of staff! These ones breaking the rules and violating their leases should have warnings , fines & eviction. All the complaints against the property? Where are all the complaints for the disregard of rules & destruction of property. Understand the good tenants out number the rule breakers!Thanks to Office management, Corporate & Maintenance & tenants for cracking down on the violators! Those people move on. Management really turned things around quickly. It’s a beautiful community and caring company that owns it! So let’s keep up the good work for the ones that care & call it home. The apartments are really nice. Amenities are awesome, but the leasing office staff really sold it for me. Abbe was pleasant to talk to gave an awesome tour and was able to answer any questions quickly. Very friendly staff :)

Moved here a few months ago. Pretty quiet, clean hallways and grounds, office and maintenance staffs are amazing, maintenance is always so prompt and kind when handling maintenance requests, my neighbors are super kind, and I do feel safe here! OHHHH, and the CAR CHARGERS they recently added are AMAZING and sooo convenient!!! They really listen to the input of their residents! I highly recommend three77 to anyone!
