    I went in to see a cost for a 2x2 apt, I was immediately seen by the lease woman, I told her I would be back with my husband. I called the next day, they answered quickly and we all our questions and concern, suggested a tour!

    The staff goes out of its way to make you feel welcome. The apartment complex feels safe and clean. Highly recommend. I would say the new Management is making a difference.

    I am very pleased with this property and home living. The managers are very nice and professional. Miri is a very understanding individual but strict at the same time. Ms. Ana is super friendly and patient as well. I recommend this place for anyone.

    Thorntree apartment has made significant improvements with the new management and team! The team are super friendly and open to listening to any concerns that residents may have. Its great to know that they are putting in the effort to keep the community clean and safe. And, the best part is that they are committed to making even more improvements in the future!     Appreciate how great the staff communicates with their residents. From the time I inquired information regarding leasing a unit to the time I moved in, the staff has always been there to assist in any way that was needed. Plan on re signing my lease.

    I must say dealing with the front office was a breeze. The women there were very receptive to my needs and empathetic to my situation. If most people were as professional as these women the world would be that much better.

    Very happy with my apartment community! Staff is excellent and always of top of things! Through this situation going around they have been making sure they are taking the necessary precautions making sure we are keeping our community healthy and strong! We are conveniently located to all essentials as well! My family and I are so thankful for our home especially in a time like this. ... there is definitely no place like home❤️will recommend!!!

    Ive lived here for almost a year and really enjoy the atmosphere,no complaints. The staff is always nice and very attentive. Ceci the assistant manager has always went out of her way to help with any issues with my apartment and is always in good spirits when I call or stop by the office.

    I enjoy & love living here and ❤️Ceci is always walking the property and making sure things get taken care of. I renewed my lease wit them again. I’ve been at Thorntree for 6 years and happy with the property and community. Great staff inside and out. Everything that I need done in my apartment gets taken care of in its timely manner. Highly recommended

    The staff is always willing to help with any issue I have. Never have they been rude or made it seam as if my problems were small. Ceci has always made sure that my request are taken care of in a timely manner. And no matter how busy she may be, she always has time to talk to the residents. The property is kept up and clean and well manicured.

    Great place to live and enjoy a good barbecue night at the playground with your family and kids. Pools are open and clean. Great staff the one that helped me was a women named Cecilia I’m guessing she was the manager and she was very helpful she went all her way out to get me a great spot and cheap when something needs to be fixed I call her all the time and sends me over someone within the day . Great experience all the way

    Everyone’s so nice here and it’s really safe which is nice because I have my son and I constantly worry about his safety but I don’t here. The staff is always attentive and if there’s ever any problems they’re always there to fix it immediately. Definitely recommending this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

    The office staff is amazing. Put in a work order and they completed it within 24hrs. Love it here. Great place to live. I would recommend it to others. They are affordable too. Over all great apt.

    We lived here in 2015 thru 2016 we had minor problems, but as soon as we reported them they were solved. Very peaceful ladies in the Office always help us, we had given a $400.00 deposite and was given to us at the end of our lease. We decided to come back this year.

    Well after a long search into apartments this is the one I chose. The staff especially Ceci was great. It’s afordable spacious and just overall great. The staff has been so helpful with all the things I need. Would definitely recommend to others.

    The staff currently in office are very attentive to their residents needs & concerns. Very friendly ladies. As a returning resident I can say Ms. Ceci went above and beyond to get all my paperwork completed in a timely manner. Also Ms. Ida & Ms. Perla was very helpful.

    I moved here from out of town, was pressed for time and had a bad experience with another Property in the area, But Ceci made the whole process very smooth and easy for me, she was very patient with me and very professional. She helped me handle everything over the phone, and when i got here all i had to do was sign my lease. I am so thankful for her, and i am enjoying my stay here at Thorntree Apartments. If you are looking for affordable housing, with great amenties, and a dedicated team Thorntree is the place for you!! Give Ceci a call!

    Thorntree is more than what I expected, it was excellence from Day 1 . The move in was smooth and easy, the online was seamless and accurate. The staff are great!! The community is quiet and family oriented , I wonder why I waited so long to choose Thorntree but Im glad I did!!

    Recently just moved in. Very happy with this place, really quiet and especially since everything is so close. Ms. Perla and Ms. Ceci are always making sure everything is well with whatever I need, very professional and quick. Definitely plan on staying here for a while and recommended this place to some friends.

    In the month of October of 2020. I was illegal lock out of my apartment complex. Ida put a boot on my door and the worse part about it. I had to unlock the boot off of my doors. I have pictures of the situation. Ms. Ida is a manipulated, she is rude and very unprofessional. She is the only person that I had a problem there. I wouldnt recommend anyone these apartments.

    The staff is amazing they work very well with there tenants....When I moved in 3months ago I was treated so kind by the staff....My only concern is that I had a few slip ups with my payment not that I cant afford to live here its just I am always working mostly out of town...So I get behind but always catch up no matter the cost so now I get a call saying they are going to lock out my mom and kids now this concerns me Ms Ida I know you have a job to do but if you would look at my ledger you would know my rent will always get paid I am not the one to run out without paying my bills I love my apartment it is the only roof I have for my children that is my only concern I love the staff keep doing everything you guys are doing Apt 255

    Havent lived here long but when I put in a request to the office its taken care of fast love my parking spot and staff is very nice couple of roaches but thats expected in apartments and the parking lot has a lot of pot holes but its quiet comfortable and I love living here so far the ladies in the office always get to me when they can even of they dont answer when I call they call back in a reasonable amount of time and I love that Im not forgotten they know me by name and apartment lol i hope my time here is like it is now its peaceful at night no loud neighbors and I feel safe letting my kids play outside

    I have been living here for a few months and we have had a good experience. From the first day I came Judih has been super special, she helped us a lot throughout the entire process, always attentive and helpful. Every time we have a requirement it has been solved efficiently by the staff. The only negative thing I could say is that the laundry area is not pleasant and the entrance and exit gates are damaged and difficult to fix, but I think that is partly the fault of the tenants themselves who do not use them correctly. The rest is very satisfied with everything, the place is quiet.
