I had the chance to tour this complex. Lily was very helpful, showed me the dog park and hiking trails for pets as well as the unit. Their one bedrooms are well laid out and spacious. Looks like a good place to live at would recommend it.

Property is well maintained. Enjoyed my tour with Lilly. She’s an asset to the community. I’ll be ready to move the middle of November. Woodlands is in the running! Hopefully the large 1BR on the first floor will be available. Thanks Lilly for the wonderful preview!

I went to tour the Woodland Apartments today and I was so impressed! The property is beautiful and they have a bark park!! I worked with a leasing agent named Michelle, and she was amazing. She showed us around the property and answered questions. I am really looking forward to living here!

It’s a great place to live and stays pretty quite. It’s a smaller community than most places I’ve lived which definitely has it perks. When my HVAC system went out, it was fixed within 24 hours.

I went today to look at these apartments and was pleasantly surprised! They are tucked away off the road, and seem to be well maintained and at a good price. The tenants were out walking their dogs and were very friendly. The manager/leasing agent that showed me the apartments & the amenities was super friendly & very helpful!I’m returning tomorrow to see about signing a lease👍

She answered my questions and presented great options.I also met Michelle and talked with both ladies about renting an apartment as I just moved to the area.I would recommend either of these ladies to assist in helping find available apartments.

Just resigned another lease and couldn’t be happier! The community is very friendly and welcoming. Overall pretty quiet, and very well maintained. Also—Michelle and Lillie are amazing help in the office!

I have just gladly renewed my lease for a comfortable, quiet, third-floor, one-bedroom apartment with a balcony garden and view of many trees along a Nature Trail. The central location in Boerne lets me reach all parts of town in 20 minutes by bicycle. Mail delivery is secure in a 24/7 mail room. Frequent Amazon deliveries to my door have never been stolen. I need to step carefully on rare days of ice on the concrete stairs but the maintenance man Rene scatters salt which helps, and the iron railing provides support too. Most of all I appreciate the peace and quiet far removed from city traffic noise.

We’ve lived here one year and just renewed our lease. The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly, and we’ve always had a good experience with the front office staff. It’s in a quiet location. You’ll have the normal, living sounds of nearby tenants, but you’ll have that at any apartment complex. We really enjoy living here with our two kitties, and plan to stay until we buy a house one day!

I have lived here a year and a half and enjoy it very much. It is a very nice complex, I feel safe here and neighbors are friendly.I dont know the new staff here yet, the previous two gals were great! I hated to see them leave. The maintenance guys are very efficient, polite, and come as soon as possible upon request.I would recommend Woodland Apartments.

Lucy and I REALLY love it here! In addition to Michelle and Andrew, this year we have Lillie and Rene. What a great group!! Michelle and Lillie are so helpful navigating anything I need help with in a fun and memorable way. Always a good laugh!

The Woodland Apartments is a family and pet friendly environment. The grounds are well cared for, the staff are superb and its a very convenient location. I will be excited, and sad to leave, once I find a house to plant some roots.

I was lucky enough that they had an availability right away. I was needing to move ASAP. Michelle was very nice and told me everything I needed to know to make the application process run smoothly and quickly as possible. She was great, her office staff was very helpful, I highly recommend.

Out of all the apartments we have been to over the years this one has been the best there maintenence crew is way better and there on top of things they never loose your check , if you need maintenence they are there right away they dont wait two weeks too fox something and the neighbors are friendly and its quiet, i love that the schools are near by.We had a great time staying there. Would recommend to anyone.

I love it here. Ive made a few new friends, met some cute little dogs, and big ones. The office always has snacks available, yum.. The entire office staff are AWESOME!!! This is HOME!!!

Ive always liked the woodlands Ive personally delivered orders to this apartment complex my son has lived there my daughter now lives there with her baby and fiance and recently I went to apply to live there its a beautiful place well maintained real kept but what really struck me was Michelle she was very informative shes very kind answered all my questions she was very professional but made you feel at ease she made the process go quickly and easily I love the apartment feeling I would recommend anyone to this apartment complex and to ask for Michelle she really is amazing thank you so much for the great walk around

I dont live here, but I know someone who does. The place seems nice enough. Its pretty close to anything decent in Boerne, but I imagine its hard to go anywhere during times like market days or the various other fests Boerne has, not that were likely to be that busy anytime soon what with the rona.
