    I have just completed my fourth consecutive long term stay at the Windsor and am happy to say they were pleasant experiences with each trip being better than the last hence my penchant for wanting to return each year.The property manager, Zen Ulloa, is always on top of everything which is pretty amazing given her age. She make herself available for any problem 24/7 and is visible throughout the property on a daily basis.The management team has gone to great lengths to continue to add businesses that improve the overall offerings of the hotel.The location is prime which is a very important requirement for my wanting to stay at any facility. And another thing that I give the property high marks is that its extremely quiet. The lobby, the hallways, the mezzanine all very quiet which fosters a totally relax ambiance.I do alot of long term stays all over the world and the highest reward I can pay them is my return business.

    A historic building situated in the heart of downtown (up & coming) Abilene, The Windsor Hotel & Apartments, is without a doubt a stunning, rare find of a place! I made it my home beginning of 2023, and since then I’ve only had great & memorable experiences, which couldn’t have been possible without the amazing & diverse group of people I’ve met during my stay there.All the Windsor staff, vendors, and the community, helped create a welcoming & tranquil space that always felt like home! With very polite, professional, & most importantly empathetic staff, at no point was there ever a time where I felt I couldn’t reach out to address any issues and/or concerns.All-in-all, the Windsor truly remains a hidden gem within Abilene, and personally, a cherished spot I won’t forget!

    I absolutely loved living here! The gym is amazing and the apartment comes with so many great amenities. Zen was always so kind and willing to help. I definitely recommend living at The Windsor!

    A beautiful historic monument, with tons of character and a staff that truly cares about their tenants and guests alike. Nestled in downtown Abilene, The Windsor is just a stroll away from some of the cities main attractions, including local eateries, unique boutiques, to-die-for coffee, and the legendary Paramount Theater. Go check out the Pour House, conveniently located on the first floor of The Windsor Hotel and get a “taste” of what this special place has to offer.

    Complex is clean and organized, staff does a great job at ensuring its maintenance regularly. Zen is so nice and makes sure you’re heard and taken care of in a timely manner! The second floor is my absolute favorite, 10/10

    What a cool place with a charm and a nice gym. Zen gave me a full walk through in the middle of her lunch when I showed up unannounced.. Zen is a superstar so much so that I felt compelled to leave to a great review!

    Very welcoming service from all employees. They have a great bar inside of the building called The Pour House. Great drinks and very well priced.

    This is one of my favorite spots in Abilene. The staff is very friendly and the building and decor is great. Love that you can have a drink at the Pour House and enjoy some delicious sandwiches at Sway.

    Our favorite place we have lived yet! Which we could stay there forever! Zen the property manager is the best and it’s like a little family in the building! There is a lot to do as well like the bar and coffee shop! Will always recommend forever!

    Just renewed my lease for another year!This has to be one of the best apartments I’ve had the pleasure of living in.The location is unbeatable, the pricing is reasonable, and the regular improvements to the already breathtaking interior is a testament to Horatio’s care and passion for this historical landmark.Zen is a rockstar and consistently makes the tenants experience a priority. Thyrone is one of the most responsive, knowledgeable and helpful maintenance staff members I’ve ever met.If you’re looking for a place where the neighbors are friendly, the community looks out for each other, and service is second to none, I highly recommend considering The Windsor for your next move!

    Staying at the Windsor when visiting Abilene it’s a must! Love the design and security of the building, makes me feel like million bucks. The gym it’s so nice, clean and you need a key to go in so that’s nice too. Don’t get me started with the cocktails at their bar, they’re unique and delicious that you can’t just have one. Finally, the staff and manager are so nice and attentive, that you wouldn’t want to leave.

    I’ve lived at the Windsor for about a year now and have nothing but outstanding things to say. The owners and staff are friendly and care about the tenants. The lobby is beautiful, cozy, yet modern. The amenities are nice, including a spacious gym, lounge and comfortable areas to use when working from home. It’s also a great downtown location. Restaurants, boutiques and bars are walking distance. I will be referring anyone moving to Abilene to check out the Windsor. Keep up the fabulous work and customer service !!!

    The place is beautiful, has an amazing fully equipped gym and even has access to a little bar downstairs. They keep adding to it which is crazy conserving all the great things it already has. Game tool is perfect with a pool table and dart board even a ping pong table. To top it off management is great I think zen is her name so attentive and positive 10/10.

    The Windsor Hotel is beautiful inside and out. Its historical beauty has been brought back to life. The owner has paid close attention to detail with updates and beautiful decor all while preserving the nostalgia of the building. The Windsor is host to a restaurant, bar, chiropractor, photography studio, retail boutiques, a stunning gym, as well as a quaint workspace area...a great asset to downtown, Abilene.

    The Windsor has been a great place to live. Zen is essential and truly makes this place a home. Very grateful to have stayed here for the past year. Will miss this place a ton!

    I cannot say enough about the beauty, community, staff, management, and amenities at the Windsor. This is the best place, hands down, to live if you want a peaceful living situation in the heart of downtown. Zen, who is the property manager, goes above and beyond to make tenants feel seen and heard as well as promptly addressing any tenant concerns. “The hub” is also available to tenants and non residents upon membership that includes everything you need for physical health, study and work space, and beautiful sunset views on the mez. You can also hop over to the Pour House cocktail lounge for a few drinks with friends or swing over to Sway cafe for wine, eats, and the best vibes in town, located on the first floor. The owners of Pour House and Sway are also very involved in downtown and wanting to build this community. 5/5 stars!

    What a Gem! This is a great building esthetically nothing Abilene has ever had.For an older building the renovations are incredible. Lots of credit to the owners that made this happen. It’s no easy feat.

    I had a viewing with the manager at The Windsor earlier. She showed me around the Windsor. This young lady was very professional, detailed and friendly. The Windsor chose the perfect person to represent and manage that beautiful historical property. This place is absolutely gorgeous 😘
