Bang for your buck! I have lived in a lot of apartments and these apartments you get the most space for the price. It’s very calm due to the security posted every night. The maintenance is very responsive and efficient. Also love that it’s close to everything!

I guess it depends on your expectations. I have been here 5 yrs and for the price and what I got, I don’t have any complaints. Never had an issue with maintenance not coming in a timely manner and I’ve always dealt with Becky and she is great! It’s a very basic apartment with basic prices. I have experienced a few roaches that I was able to take care of and get rid of by buying the killer from the dollar store and keeping my apt clean.

The leasing agents were very kind and help me understand a lot of things that I didnt know. There was time taken to address each of my problems and a genuine response was given. They are also really good at keeping their cool. I have seen a fight break out in front of the office and the workers were there to stop it. The towing company is available 24/7 and the pool is always clean.

Well all I read is bad comments on the reviews. They have such a low rating because none of the people thats getting GREAT service have the time to come on here and give their testimony. Well Im here today to give mine in ALL honesty. I moved here with my boyfriend almost a month ago. The application process went fast and got approved within an hour. Everything is great. When We first moved in(2 bedroom 2 bath) we had trouble with hot water and our stove but they gave me an evaluation sheet and I wrote those down and it was fixed within the first week. Now maybe, they did that because Im a new resident but either way it goes they fixed it pretty quick. After two weeks of living here I would have to say Im HAPPY. Before making a decision of moving here I checked out ten..... Yes TEN other apartments and toured all of them. Wildflower apartments came out on TOP! Looks can be deceiving. It may not look the best but scouts honor its the best for the price. At night its not a lot of traffic and during the daytime it can be but thats normal and you can still get a peaceful nap in. And then again, maybe its just the phase that my apartment is located at. Im in the back so not to many head that way. Theres A LOT more pros then there is Cons. But be sure to be careful coming through the the parking lot! The potholes are HORRIBLE but maybe thats a blessing in disguise so we wont have fast drivers. I hope I could help. Have a nice day(-:

One of the best values in the area. The office was always helpful and quick to solve issues. Maintenance was done quickly whenever submited. But property is in great condition. Most issues people experience, like towing, are 100% their trying to get around the rules.

Though there are a few things here and there, the people who work in the main office are very helpful and patient and just for that aspect I would recommend wholeheartedly this apartment complex. Additionally, my portion of the property is peaceful and calm.

I lived here for a year and i liked it. Pretty close the freeway, the city, and lower Greenville for some night life. Yes there are some down sides such as laundry space and matinence is pretty slow considering its an outside company. Not to mention i hope they fixed the pot holes in the street. All in all i would only recommend this spot for young couples and singles looking for a decent spot without it costing an arm and a leg. Perhaps even SMALL families.

Best rent rates in town! Large apartments! Bad neighborhood, but they really cant change some of that. The only downside to living here has been the amount of litter in certain areas on their property. Other than that, pretty nice.

Very low prices and unlike any place this has flex pay options. So far none of the management over the 2 years I have been here have been disrespectful or rude to me. Cindy has helped me and my girlfriend transfer to a bigger space. Thank you to everyone who helped our family find a great home! :)

I like these apts.bcuz they have 3 pools and a playground for the kids. Plus lots of other kids for mine to play with. Itll work for my mom till she wants to move. Its not always about what you want but what you need. Thank you God for providing me with that.
