    Ana Rodriquez was very knowledgeable and hospitable during the tour. I was delighted with her down-to-earth Texas personality. The property is beautiful and the 2-bedroom apartment is exactly what I’m looking for with its storage space and layout. I am selling my one bedroom condo and hoping there is an available 2-bedroom unit for me. The valet trash pickup is the icing on my cake!!!

    I’ve been living here for more than three years. The place improved a lot, they are very proactive and solve any issue promptly. In my opinion the biggest improvement happened at the leasing office, since Linda and Alex arrived the interaction with the residents is more amicable and human, I hope they don’t get transfer anytime soon.If I ever had a problem was because of neighbours or residents not respecting the community, but in every place you’ll find some bad apples.The location is great, Westheimer and San Felipe are just blocks away same as multiple grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and banks.

    I recently moved into The Voss Apartments, and the experience was fantastic. The apartment is modern and well-maintained.     Great Apartment Community and comfortable living environment.We resided here for over 8 years, ultimately upgrading to the J Plan, unit 1451, before our relocation. West building 1451 boasts a prime location with excellent views, sunlight, and convenient access to the garage. The community offers superb connectivity, proximity to amenities, and outstanding facilities such as a fitness center, pool, valet trash, and discounted technology services. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed by a professional team, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. Despite the potential for roaches in humid weather, we rarely encountered issues over our 8-year tenure, thanks to proactive cleanliness and pest control efforts with the assistance of the maintenance team. They have alarms in the house , camera in parking , corridors etc. and gated community , I was satisfied with the overall security as well. Overall, we cherish our time at The Voss and highly recommend it for its excellent location and comfortable living environment.

    Ive been at The Voss Apartments for a number of years. Ive never had any problems with management or staff. True professionals. On occasion Ive had to deal with bad neighbors, but now with in-house security this is also a thing of the past. I highly recommend this complex.Just had the water heater replaced and the work was timely and professional. No more water leaks and really hot water.TWO THUMBS UP!

    I moved here 1 month ago. We agreed on the house and the price, but when I was moving in, I was faced with a higher deposit. this surprised me a bit but they helped with payment. For now, the first thing that caught my attention here is that they are very fast in terms of maintenance. All my needs were met in the first week. There are thousands of comments about the bug, but I havent experienced it yet. If I live, I will write lol. I loved the house, leasing is very helpful.(Thank you Sarah) They are very patient in everything. Cleanliness in the apartment is sufficient, but some uncivilized people do not know how to live in the apartment. Garage spaces big but I can never find parking on my own floor lol. If I experience any problems, I will write here. I really enjoy living here right now.

    We really liked staying in apartment 1451 on the 4th floor. Its spacious, in a great location, and the room gets lots of sunlight with nice views. Maintenance was quick and helpful. The apartment is conveniently close to the elevator, providing quick and easy access to the parking garage.

    Moving to The Voss apartments is one of the best decisions I made. It’s secured, well maintained & has bunch of amenities. Staffs are really welcoming, attentive, helpful as & when you approach them.I have been here for 2 months & I don’t have any major complaints so far. If you want to live around mid-town near Galleria this is one of the best place to be in.😊

    Love this place! The office staff here are very friendly and helpful. Ive lived here for about a year and Ive had a great experience; Ive had quick maintenance service when I need it and Ive never had issues with neighbors being too loud. The staff keeps the hallways smelling and looking very fresh and clean.Whats really awesome is how beautiful the fixtures are. It has beautiful wood floors, awesome tracking lights, a spacious fridge, and best of all, my personal washer and dryer! My previous apartment didnt have half of those things, so this place is definitely an upgrade for me! The apartment floor plans make it so easy to customize it and make it mine. I have a very spacious living room and closet, which really helps with storage space.The resident lounge is nice and quiet; I can get work done down there with a great view of the pool. Theres even a Starbucks machine--who doesnt love free coffee and hot chocolate?Ive read through most of the bad reviews on here, and you really have to take everything with a grain of salt.

    Honestly this place is a hidden gem. Prior to moving here I seen so much negative comments and I’m glad I ignored it. Just moved out to Houston and I’m glad I choose to stay here. The amenities are nice, staff is great and no crimes whatsoever. The apartment keeps you up to date on any emergency, events, deadlines, etc coming up. The apartment here is very clean, the 2 by 2 I stay in is very spacious, no pest at all, and any issues in the apartment gets fixed almost immediately. My AC went out and I called the leasing office to fix, it got fixed within 1 hour lol. Decent prices, great staff, & nice apartment. I rate this a 10/10 for sure based off other apartments my roommate stayed at in the past!

    Wonderful Complex!!!I’m a new resident to Tanglewood! First let me say Stephanie the property manager is wonderful! She made the whole process seamless and a breeze!!! I got to see my new apartment before I moved in! She showed us the app for the maintenance requests if needed and still offer to put anything in for us if needed all we had to do was call the office! The accounting team made an error on my account and property manager Stephanie made a call while we were sitting there and got it resolved!! Her level of customer service is a rarity now days!! The gym, gym bathroom and pool are always clean!! The building always looks new and kept up!! Chen I believe is the head of maintenance and his employee Ramon are both fantastic!!! I put in a request and it was DONE within 24 hours!! They call and make sure it’s okay to enter if your not home and they leave a note that they have been in your apartment if you said it was okay for them to enter without you there!!! It is very clear that this property is in good hands by Stephanie and I plan to stay here as long as this high level of management continues!! Well done Tanglewood team!!

    On a lighter note, I’ve made several requests from The Management. They have been quite accommodating and professional. Management does keep us up to date regarding happenings. However, from previous reviews I’ve read such as trash issues, I’ve witnessed some not putting trash in the chutes. Oftentimes, I’ve taken the liberty of putting it away because I value my floor. The valet trash service works for most. I have never used it since the trash chute is just a few steps from my apartment. Trash pile up mainly occurs on the weekends or a major holidays when staff is not working. It is still my belief that we as tenants have to do our part. I’ve been here for 8 years and love it because of the location. The Management does care. I’ve seen security present on a consistent basis. No property is 100% safe. Thank you

    The manager Stephanie and her team of leasing agents are the best! They are very friendly and professional.. I had a very smooth process when moving. I have been here a little over two months now and everything has been great. Maintenance moves very quickly to complete request. They keep the inside of the building very clean and neat.     Love living here, had a very nice experience since I walked in. Sarah whos the property manager and Kourtney walked me through every step with lots of patience. Ive never had a friendlier staff before and Miguel is great too. Maintenance its beyond great, always on time and very friendly. I love to grill and they have everything i need for it. Also, 2 large sparkling refreshing pools. I like that they have FREE Wi-Fi and 2 lounges. Also a pool table and other table games. Love the location since its close to everything in MY need.

    Checked out these apartments 2 years ago, when I was first moving to Houston and chose against them but it is very apparent they have made serious improvements. Took a tour by the property manager and was pleasantly surprised. Great value for the location and an updated looking property. The manager Sarah was very helpful in giving me all the info I needed to find the right unit I was looking and I’m really looking forward to this move.

    I’ve lived here for one year today and I definitely recommend this location. I have an updated 1 bedroom, 4th floor. After living in several apartments I’ve learned that issues can happen anywhere you go, but what matters is how management responds and upholds their end of the contract. For example:-I’ve had 2 issues with my A/C unit a few months apart and each time it was repaired (after hours) within an hour of calling maintenance. Jaime, the manager at the time called me the following day to make sure everything was taken care of.-While there is valet trash and each floor has a large garbage chute and a concealed dumpster on the first floor, some residents will still place their garbage right next to chute on the ground. It got a bit excessive and was occurring on each floor, I spoke to Jaimie about it and she was already aware of what was going on. Before the office closed, each chute area was spotless and their were signs posted reminding residents to not place garbage on the ground and we got an email about it.-With more and more delivery apps being developed residents are finding it convenient to give out the codes to the gates which unfortunately creates a safety issue and puts the code in hands of people that don’t live here. In the past year management has changed all of the access codes twice (only accessible on the resident portal) to try to continue to keep access exclusive to residents.I study a lot and utilized the first floor lounge. It feels like a café and has a lot of seating, good lighting & complimentary coffee, tea & hot chocolate, Wifi, with a full kitchen. The gym is in great condition and routinely cleaned. I’ve never had any parking issues, but keep in mind that I follow all of the rules (visible resident tag, and I don’t park in reserved areas). I’ve never seen the gate not in working order.The staff is very nice. Most of my interactions were with the previous manager Jaime and the leasing professional Sarah. Sarah is very kind, answers questions and follows up on what she says she will do. As management was changing there was a bit of confusion with the exact date of my move out but the current management made it a smooth transition.With hundreds of people living together the reality is issues happen, but in my experience over the past year management has always been on top of it. Based on that, I recommend this location to call your next home.

    The Location is amazing , and layout of various floor plans is tailored to meet extra space and comfort needs . The leasing office seems to pickup on requests quickly . Stephanie is amazing and very responsive, beside other team members in the office . Maintenance is very responsive, same for environmental services that seem to do a great job in maintaining the property cleanliness and neatness. I like the idea of having a self storage in each floor , it really made life easy .

Juliana has been very helpful from the day one to us very courteous and have excellent follow through to everything particularly impressed with her work warm and professional.     I love the location of these apartments, they are a great value for the Briargrove/Tanglewood neighborhoods. My last place up the street had vinyl countertops and cabinets that had been painted over a dozen times. Here every apartment has granite and cabinets that wont peel! The option to upgrade to stainless steel was a must for me. We walk to Trader Joes and Whole Foods regularly. My maintenance requests so far have been address in a timely manner.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NEW APARTMENT! Granite countertops, plank flooring, and a huge balcony, exactly what I wanted! Ashlee really went out of her way to find the right unit for me and she made sure that she stayed on top of things all the way through to my move in.

    Ive been living here for a year and a half and the overall experience isnt too bad, the office ppl arent all so friendly but they do their job, Chris always makes sure the AC filter is replaced on time whenever i call for a maintenance order. The maintenance comes late and sometimes i make 3 or 4 follow up calls but things end well. Floors and walls are paper thin and we are lucky to have a top floor apartment. Many times the gate lock is left open and it is not so safe too. Pool needs more attention, most of the time it isnt clean.I believe the management team are trying to make things better but there are things out of their hands. They also started regular gatherings for the residents.

    You really just cant get any better than this!where do i start from?let me tell you i am picky to say the least. i like nice appliances and top of the line gym machines and a clean pool. not much to ask for you might think. but in the galleria and uptown area you can expect to either compromise or be ready to fork over an arm and a leg.That was not the case here my boxes were all checked and at an amazing price. i almost left this past year to look for something bigger. they not only convinced me to stay here, they gave me an amazing deal and made sure i was well taken care of.trash valet is a life saver and they keep the hallways, stairs, elevators and pool super clean.constant renovation is ongoing and we have been getting cool improvements.Every Tuesday we have a different local food truck come and serve some awesome stuff till late.I see myself living here for the foreseeable future and strongly recommend stoping by and checking it out.

    When you come here ask for Lauren she has excellent customer service. Builds a relationship with you in a matter of one phone call and continues to build that relationship during the tour of the property. She makes feel like you are already home. she even toured me when it was 5:59 and the hours are said to close at 6:00 pm. She didn’t rush me at all and took her time with me. Answered every question extremely professional. And closed the deal! She definitely blows the competition out of the water.

    Moved in in February 2017. Nice place, but some amenities that were a selling point for us, do not really exist or are incomplete and weve been here 3 months already with no change. The walls are thin so you hear a lot that can interfere with rest, if the neighbors were unkind, but they arent. The gate breaks a lot, but is repaired immediately. Thats a great thing. All in all the staff are lovely so, I give it a big old 4 stars.

    Do not move into these apartments! Maintenance Supervisor Victor broke into my apartment, while I wasnt there because he wanted to have an affair with me. He walked into my apartment with the keys from the main office and snatched my alarm off the wall. Walked out of the patio door and jumped the gate. I called the police and there was absolutely no forced entry so we all knew it was him. He was not terminated, the leasing manager Cindy was very malicious and rude to me after this incident because she didnt believe that Victor broke into my apartment. She said he was very sweet and nice to everyone and he brought them coffee several times. This doesnt mean that this man isnt dangerous! This man watched my every move while staying in these apartments, it was horrible! Im here to warn any beautiful young ladies to please stay away from TANGLEWOOD AT VOSS!     Lauren is awesome and goes above and beyond for prospective residents. She not only found me exactly what I wanted but the price and floor plans are great. I can’t wait to make Tanglewood on Voss my new home.

    This TangleWood at Voss apartment is worse. It has worse management and worse maintenance team. the head of maintenance just laugh and no work and no clear explanation.However, At the end, the new and polite manager (Ms. Sarah Debenaim) solved all problems I had. She is super fantastic.

    I can finnally call this apartments my home!🙏 veryy blessed to have moved here! My kids and I are so happy of this property!     When I moved it, they told me move in special offers but did not apply after moved in. I followed up so many times but no luck.. Apart from that maintenance team is very good, they always come on the time..Edit: if there is any problem, they are not able to resolve, leasing office is totally useless..
