Only rating 5 stars for the new maintenance guy Jonathan. Had a few issues with the apartment that he took care of promptly and kept me updated through the process. Very friendly and fixed everything I needed in one day. The ladies working in the leasing office are also very friendly and helpful. The major complaint I’d have with this place is whoever they hire to do the remodeling. I received and updated unit when I moved in and the carpenters the hire do very shotty work. Dishwasher wasn’t properly hooked up, the lights under the kitchen cupboards were painted over, paint left all over the brand new floor, balcony covered in some sort of concrete dust that I had to scrub off, some doors don’t shut all the way, peep hole in door was painted over, garbage left in the garage and the list goes on. For a “luxury” apartment I was less than pleased. Other than that no complaints so far. Nice area, convenient location, friendly neighbors and relatively quiet. If they switched to a better contractor I would recommend this place

I am a current resident at the Vincent. The maintenance man John is super helpful, responsive and always helps me out no matter what it is I need. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. All workers and staff are very accommodating and nice!

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience here at the Vincent. Joanna Quinteros was a fantastic agent who went above and beyond finding us the right unit. The whole process, from tour to move-in, was made so smooth and wonderful by Ms. Quinteros, who was always there to answer our questions. The campus is lovely, and we are pleased to be here.

I haven’t toured as I found a sister property of theirs I applied to, but I did call and speak with Denice (I think she’s the property manager?) and she was a pleasure to speak with.She was kind, patient, and empathetic to my concerns and questions and was helpful.It’s hard to find genuine people, but it makes a difference to have a property management employees with her character.Thank you Denice ! (Apologies if I have misspelled your name).

I am a resident at the Vincent, So far my experiences has been good. But there are some things they can approve on. Like for some reason, a lot of the gates are broken, A lot Other residents block the driveways and its hard to move around. Even though you pay for a parking spot, they are other residents who park in your spot that you pay for! It is a nice community, I enjoy the amenities, Its quiet and peaceful. The units are clean.

We have really enjoyed our unit since moving in in January. I would recommend a 3rd floor unit especially for vaulted ceilings. Maintenance has been a little slower than past places I’ve lived, but they are always so kind and helpful when they come. The property does get quite loud sometimes with some very inconsiderate people late at night. Windows are not sound proof. This is really my only negative point. Other than the loud community at night, we love the apartment layout and it’s very peaceful here during the day!

I stayed at this place for 1 and half year. This was the great apartment I lived so far. They gave very cleaned and neat apartment to us. They provided very prompt service for 1 year. Last 6 months, I experienced some delays in their service but was considerable. Very calm place. Amenities are good. Fitness center, free car wash, hot bath etc.Only con is rent gets increased by large margin at time of renewal.I would like to mention a guy named Derrick in leasing office. He is awesome guy I have ever seen. Very very helpful, he made my move out process very smooth. I would definitely recommend this apartment .

I absolutely love it here. Its truly my home. Also, Im very happy here. The community is nice also as you see people going on walks together, walking their dogs, getting to know your neighbors. Also the pool is beautiful! Easy access to restaurants and shopping as well. Also the staff at the leasing office are always willing to help as Im so IMPRESSED on everything they do. The Staff are very much Appreciated and I THANK YOU so much!

I have not moved in as of yet, but my first visit was today 9/6/2023, and my experience was unbelievable with the staff Yadira & Mercedes, who answered all my questions and/or concerns.The property is very nice and lived in. I have nothing but the utmost respect for The Vincent Apartments and believe that my stay here will be very pleasant!!!

I give 5* to the new maintenance man Mr. Fernando. He’s not been on property long but has delivered amazing service and professional unlike maintenance over the past couple of years. When I first moved on property Mr. Ricky and his team were amazing under Bretley management leadership. The office staff is great also. I enjoy the ladies and Rob when there’s a problem they really do help. It gets busy in there, but if your patient they will get to you. The new manager I’ve not encountered a lot and when I have she’s not as personable as the ones before, but that’s ok. I’m sure she has other things to focus on. The property has not been kept lately but I am hoping with the new owners coming in, that will be changing soon. I love the location and lay out of the property and I have no plans of moving soon. Let’s get it cleaned up and keep up the amazing job and put more tenants in who care about their residency.Thank you

To whom it may concern, I want to inform you that Mr. Alex, the maintenance supervisor, is a very professional person with his work, every time he places an order, he completes it successfully. I see him every morning walking around the property turning around like he owns it and he cares about the condition of our neighborhood.

My mother has been a resident at this complex for 8 years now and this has overall been a very positive experience for her. The complex recent changed management teams but we have not noticed any change in the great office staff attitude & the super maintenance team they have. Their team are dedicated, hard working and respond quickly to questions / requests. My mom recently had a request for a fridge to be replaced as the unit was not fully working and Brandy Hanson, in the office helped us with the process and she received a new unit within days of her request. Brandy was diligent, thorough and cared about this process and I called personally to thank her for her involvement. Keep up the good work guys!

Viewed these apartments 2 days ago and was blown away by the level of customer service. The assistant manager showed me around the community, her passion and knowledge of the property was impressive. I would have signed a lease on the spot if it wasnt for my concern of parking. The property manager was also pleasant and professional.

I really enjoy living here at the Verandas at Timberglen. This is my second apt, it’s really clean and quite. I plan on staying here for a long a long time!! My one bed room one bath with an attached garage is everything! From my spacious floor plan to my large garden tub - I love it. I love the small events the office holds for their residents. Right now we’re having a Christmas balcony contest!! Hope I win ❤️ the location also is conveniently located around everything you could think of!! Happy holidays. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ive lived at here for a year and havent had any problems, the apartment itself is well worth the price & I shopped around A LOT before deciding! The approval process was smooth, the staff have always been SO courteous. Work orders are done in a timely manner, I used to be in property management myself so being a renter I know what to look for & I definitely recommend these apartments. If I move it will be because I want to be closer to my office.

Review 1 of 3 (One upon move in, one 6 months now, and one when we are moving out)So far so good. We are selling our home and downsizing a bit by moving into an apartment so we are already cramped for space and patience with actually having to rely on people. With that said, the staff was accommodating and friendly in explaining things to us. The property is gorgeous and very close to work which is a plus. There are a lot of kids that run around outside, making a lot of noise, but kids will be kids. I can deal with that. The pool area is great, but there has been so much rain, we cant exactly enjoy that yet. We also have enjoyed the work out area, which is nicer than any of the others that we toured before making our decision. Like I said, its almost impossible to give a good review, 1 week into the place, but 1 week in we are happy.

Staff is friendly. Apartments needs updating. Do not...I repeat...DO NOT rent a unit that sits over garages! Your heating bill will be extremely expensive. The garages are not insulated and they have no interest in wanting to insulate them. It’s like living on a block of ice. Just as an example, I lived in a 1st floor unit here and my heat bill was $55-$60. Now its $300 since I’ve transferred to this other type of unit. Several residents have this same issue. My unit sits on 4 garages.

The first time I saw this apartment online it became my favorite apartment in the Dallas area. The very nice Israela, Senior Leasing Consultant walked me through the property and application process until I got my apartment. I am very happy to be a new resident at The Verandas. I love my apartment. I want to thank the whole office staff for their assistance during my application process. I look forward seeing everyone more often.

Verandas at Timberglen, one of the most convenient locations right on the tollway and nice apartment and a variety of floor plans some with built in garage. Special thanx to the leasing team and I m forever grateful to Maribel Gonzalez for saving me out of a troubling situation, giving me all the attention I need to my problem and helping my little family out!! Also Karla always following up as she promises and always giving me a decent experience... no maintenance issue , been living here since 2017 and this place will always stay special to me... thank you Maribel and thank you to your wonderful team out here!! I read the comments about the apartments and felt a little hesitant about making this my new home, But I am happy I did. The maintenance service is proficient and timely. I love the convenience of submitting request on line. The staff are attentive, professional and helpful. I am a foward person so during my tour I can flout out and asked the leasing agents about the poor reviews I saw online and asked what strategies they put in place to address some of the residence concerns. Kayle was honest and willing to let me in on how the new management team had been restructured and the new tools that have been put in place to make it easier for residents to access maintenance and office staff. The property is clean and the neighborhood is ideal for young families. After searching Irving, Las Colinas, Addison and Dallas I am happy to call the Verandas home.

I love this apartments. I hate to move out. the only reason why my husband and I are moving its because the rent went up. but from there on the apartments are nice and clean. The office staff are very friendly and when we have had problems with our A/C or our Garbage disposal they have come right away and fixed it! Now I am looking for a new apartment but I cant find anything similar to this apartments! Jordan he works in the office and he is so friendly and he has helped us a lot! when we have any questions he is always very nice and always answers any concerns we have!if you want a nice and very clean area to live at than this is the place:)Love the apartments :) I hope one day we can come back and live here again!!

I just want to give Brandi a special shout out & thank you for all of her help.We moved from a different state and she was very helpful every step of the way.Some days she was very busy& I couldn’t reach her but She communicated upfront that if she doesnt answer she is probably with a customer or on another call and I understood and everything worked out. I do pray they get some extra help in the office but in the mean time hopefully people are understanding and kind. Because I’m sure they wish for some help in the office as well . Loved this place, but unfourtunatly we had to move out once the rent got higher. The pool area was fun and made lots of friends here, the only problem was some of the staff were downright rude. other than that, its a great place to live at.

We have been living in the Verandas at Timberglen for 2 years now. Initially they have had some problems but they are working diligently to fix those problems. We want to move to a 2 + bedroom. We voiced our wishes to Kayli Kasdorf. The difference with Kayli is she truly listens to your needs then offers options to meet your needs. If you are looking for an apartment reach out to Kayli. She is a very caring and compassionate leasing agent.
