    This is a good place to live. I really like the vibe, the walking space, pools, entertainment and that you have everything you need for your day by day living close by. Safety is good, no problems so far, the people living here seem to be nice and you feel safe. Old buildings apartments but noticeably in the outside only where they could use regular cleaning of the hallways (this would be the thing to improve). Now the inside of the apartments is really up to date, clean well maintained and nice. The best thing, without a doubt, is the maintenance team with their fast response to anything. The village lake has a huge lake with turtles and other animals. This is the one that is closer to the big entrainment area also.

    I have lived in The Village Bend Neighborhood for the past 4 years and I couldnt have picked a better place to live in Dallas! I have always felt safe in this community and it is so close to so many shops, dining, and nightlife! I love how everything you need is within 5 minutes from the complex! I have felt so spoiled living here with the amazing management, quick maintenance team, and all the amenities! I unfortunately have to move but if I could stay longer I definitely would! I will miss walking the trails by the lakes and going to all the fun events at the country club the most! It was so fun getting to see The Village really expand and grow the last 4 years since the new development was completed. I highly recommend The Village for anyone looking for a great place to live in Dallas!

    I had a lot of requirements I needed to meet when looking for a new apartment. I visited 7 other apartments. Ellie helped me find exactly what I was looking for, she listened and at first I wasnt too sure about the option she gave me but then I saw it and realized how perfect it was, checking the most important boxes.     I came in today for a tour and had an amazing experience! Ellie in the leasing office was so helpful and answered every single one of my questions. She worked with me on my budget and found me a great deal while making sure I felt welcome and safe in the complex.     Have lived in dallas for 9 years and this complex and community is the best I have ever lived at. There is always something to do, walking distance to food, drinks, lounge areas, coffee shop and parks and more. Have never felt more apart of a community until moved here. Highly recommend living here

    I moved here last year and I have yet to regret it. This is the nicest complex Ive lived in to date! The office personnel are friendly and accessible, very approachable, and get things done quickly. The maintenance crew are the best ever, too--Ive had requests taken care of in less than an hour, at times. I am renewing my lease for another year, for sure, and this place is definitely worth your time. The rents are also pretty good for what you get, further. Thanks to all the crew and personnel here for making this a wonderful place to be!

    I deal with Michael with the Meadow Leasing Office a lot. Hes always been extremely warm and caring. Ive lived here 12 years, and with the way Im treated by the office staff along with Michael especially, it speaks well to me that The Village truly seeks quality employees that actually care about their residents and their work. Its true too when I need something done, and communicate it with the office, its taken care of in an above-timely manner! Because of the amazing staffing done by The Village, it feels like a safe and secure place. I know that ANYTHING I need from the office even in an emergency, within their profession boundaries, that each of these members would do their best to help me. Great job, The Village. There have been other teams here at the office that are great, but this team is something really special.

    I have lived here for almost two years. The maintenance request is attended within 24 hours. Clean park available, beautiful lake and sitting arrangements. Recently, they have made an area into a dog park. Party set up is available in some communities where year end parties, birthdays can be celebrated or just a chit chat with friends. Beautiful lighting during year end. Some communities are near to the bus stops and highway. Swimming pools in every community. Sufficient parking lots. Safe!

    Iā€™ve loved living at the Village Bend for the last two years. The area around my apartment is always quiet, Iā€™ve never felt concerned about my car or other belongings, and I love how many activities they have going on. Maintenance is also very responsive and the amenities are great. The main area can be loud especially during the summers and having ticketed events for residents is somewhat annoying but overall itā€™s a great place to live and itā€™s easy to meet people here.Other pros: location central to Dallas, plenty of parking, places to walk around, lot of young people interested in making friendsCons: sometimes all the changes with events/amenities can be a lot, certain apartments are overpriced, occasional car break ins, main area very loud at times

    Living at the Village is nice! The sense of community is nice and having the amenities of the square right in the backyard of my apartment at the Corners East is very convenient. Meet people in and outside the village alike here and the community is very active!

    We love living here because you guys do such a great job caring for us! The work order was completed promptly with no issues as far as we can tell. Also exceeded our expectations by not just replacing the screw for our toilet seat, but gave us a whole new toilet seat as well!Awesome!

    Living in The Village has been a fantastic move. I spent one year in an apartment close to the dog park and then moved into a different complex still within the Village for year 2. I have been impressed with the leasing agents ability to listen and understand what Im looking for, both times, and to find an apartment that fits my needs exactly.The maintenance team has resolved issues quickly and easily; from pest control, fixing the door, to even installing a hook in the ceiling where I wanted to hang a lamp. The grounds throughout the entire complex are immaculately and beautifully kept. Theres a wonderful amount of green space, trees, and trails to walk in The Village. Even though were smack dab in the middle of the city, it feels quiet and calm once you step on the trail.The fitness center and pools are other awesome amenities to note. No need to pay for an extra gym membership! Serious props to the Village Staff who keep this place running! Yall are amazing!!

    We have had nothing but great experiences here in the Village Drey community! I feel like Iā€™m living at a resort! We love the music from the each club and love all the restaurants and shops. The dog park and walking paths are AMAZING. Nightlife is cool too. I even walk to Blythe salon once a week to get a low out. we hardly ever have to leave. Staff is so helpful.

    I toured with Summer today and she was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable, very friendly and most of all genuine. You could tell she cared about her job AND the community!!!The best part of it all I was totally a walk-in and definitely was not expecting such exceptional service and care so really cool experience.     Wonderful community! It is a warm, friendly, and really beautiful complex, we especially love the infinity pool! There is also a lap pool, a private gym and a coffee shop. The staff are especially kind and very attentive to any and all requests. That includes requests for maintenance on your apartment, as well as the awesome staff at the coffee shop. Stop by in the morning and grab your coffee prepared by the barista, or join in one of the weekly activities. All the ameneties are included, so why not?!

    Moving from the Northeast and The Village was the first of a handful of places I toured. Emily showed me around and was very knowledgeable of the property . The coffee shop is great (puts Starbucks to shame), and the property is beautiful and honestly one of a kind. I came back the day after the initial tour and signed my lease. A very streamlined process which made me feel very welcome and at ease!

    I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and amazing view of pool from the apartment. What I really like is its very near to the DAL airport just 8 mins drive from the apartment and also very close like 4 mins drive to Walmart, Staples and all other Shopping malls, Restaurants and grocery stores. This place is very commute to travel in buses like 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The Manager is very kind and good person. I recently had an issue with the refrigerator, So I complained him, he quickly came to check and understood the problem and within couple of days got replaced with new refrigerator. Thanks to the manager to be so quick to solve the issue.

    The village is a great place to live. Excellent location, affordable price, pet friendly. They host a variety of events throughout the year, for different public. The only thing I would like to see improved is the security.

    The Village offers a lot of opportunities to make new friends and have a great time. Residents have access to a great workout facility, restaurants, and a modern resort-style pool. Since the Village is located in central Dallas it also makes it easy to get around the city with little effort. I recommend living here.Special thanks to Ellie in the Sales and Tours office for taking me on a tour of the Village and showing me multipleapartments which met my overall housing needs. After selecting a place over at the Meadows she followed up with me during the leasing application process to ensure that everything was moving along so I could get moved into my new apartment in a just a few days.

    Visited on a Saturday to gather information about moving to the Village. The team was accomodating and efficient. Emily was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest regarding options and availability. I never felt rushed or like I was hearing a sales pitch. The apartments I was shown were clean and exactly what I asked. If I decide to move to any of the Village Apartments, it will be due to the her efforts.

    Iā€™ve been living at the Drey 2 years now. The other day my air conditioning stopped working and on top of it, it was a Saturday. Dreyā€˜s HVAC team came. It took them a while to figure out the problem, but they didnā€™t stop I was so grateful for both Javier and Jesus for their hard work and Perseverance. . They are always able to come in and fix whatever you need. Really appreciate the Drey staff.

    Good customer service. But I moved to my location to be next to the dog park, which my pup is used to running around free everyday. But when it rains they close it down for several days. Its rarely been open over the last few weeks. You would think they would fill the bottom mud and some of the sides with wood chips so it could always be open like Mutts. I was used to living right next to Mutts.

    I absolutely love The Village ! I move in soon but the process has been so quick and easy, they are very on top of their work and they mean business. The ladies are the sweetest leasing agents Iā€™ve ever met, especially Jen. Jen went above and beyond for me, she made sure the process went smooth as whipped butter, she is not just a leasing agent, she is a friend. Since Iā€™ve applied here, i have recommended other friends to live here as well, solely because of Jen and her outstanding dedication to helping her clients. They move in soon and have all said the same thing. You donā€™t need anything else when you move here, just yourself and your belonging, they will take care of you. I know a helpful leasing agent sounds like an ironic exaggeration but Jen has proved that apartment complexes and leasing agents have the capacity to be honest, helpful and sweet to their tenants. I feel at ease whenever i come into the office, itā€™s like a home away from home. If youā€™re on the fence just apply !! They will work with you. Make sure you apply with Jen !!!

    Lived here since March 2015, was at the The Gate 2015-2021 and had to transfer to the The Park due to a fire. And today April 6, my husband Robert and I said goodbye to our apartment. Now feeling sentimental and nostalgic, 9 years this had been our home. Thank you to the management and staff for taking care of us and especially to Robert from maintenance whos been like a friend.     Ive lived here for 5+ years and you wont find anywhere to live in Dallas that offers the amount of amenities, choice of units and price for apartments, community, and fun events. The staff (Jen McLeod especially) has been super helpful to me and my various moves throughout the village. Couldnt have asked for a better first home in Dallas.

    I lived in the village (cliffs) for several years. I loved living here and the proximity to everything around town. I loved walked around the lakes and the trees and wildlife. I enjoyed the village more before all of the new additions. It seemed a lot more homey. However I know that it attracted new people/different clientele. Itā€™s a lot of young people now. The country club gets wild and love the swim up bar. However everything else is just ok. I loved living here and while a lot of people say itā€™s for young people, there are a ton of people in their 30s and older. Would recommend!

    Jen was the bomb!! I had to move out of another place due to a roommate issue, and she showed me all the options and more that would work for me!! I was probably a lot to deal with because I couldnt make a decision, but I could never tell. She was always willing and ready to show me whatever she could and more.     Iā€™ve lived in The Village for 4 years at The Upper East Side. I love my apartment community, our barista and concierges, and the weekly happy hours. We have a real sense of community here at UES! I adore my apartment and how smartly I have furnished it. It is perfection! I thoroughly enjoy the activities offered by The Village week after week. There is something for everyone! I love our Town Square with so many amenities such as a bodega, bakery,coffeehouse, doggy day care, beauty salon and barber shop, not to mention the numerous amazing restaurants right here in The Village! And last but not least, I love the nature trails that encompass our lake and fountains here at the Village and all of our animal friends: squirrels, birds, ducks, geese, turtles, koi and all the dogs visiting our beautiful dog park called Wag. The location is ideal for my work situation and there is nowhere else I would rather call home!!

    Was given a tour of the various nooks of the village and the apartments seem fine. Some of in-unit washer/dryer and some dont. The amenities are what make this place though with huge open courtyards, the pool, gym, and central location to everything in Dallas. Looking forward to living here.

I love the secret perks of UES, like free coffee in the morning, free drinks at night, and the private events! I really do feel a sense of community here.     The customer service that me and my daughter receive at The Village Apartments is outstanding and just plainly the best that I have experienced thanks to Eric who works at the Main office for the Village Bend. Eric is so professional, kind, attentive, knowledgeable and just a joy to work with and communicate with. Truly I have not met Eric in person yet but it is in the interactions via email that I can truly feel that what I have to say really matter. On the writing I can feel sincerity, kindness, care and empathy and Eric has such a contagious spirit full of positivity. I know that anything that I say or need will be taken in consideration by heart and will be taken care of. My experience at The Village Apts. has been great mainly because of Eric. Eric you are the best!! Keep up the great work and keep that kind heart of yours protected and never lose it. I wish you the best always.

    Still living here since 2007. The leasing office, maintenance, the security services and the ammenities across the street, still 5 star. I feel safe here. The staff work great with each other and the residents.There is a prompt call back from the offices and maintenance repairs are addressed immediately and correctly the 1st time around.Review update. Shes such a breath of fresh air and has gone out of her way to ensure my countless questions were answered, pulled various floorplans and units available that fit my budget/schedule, and gave a VERY detailed tour of the model units and the property. Shes a gem and Im grateful for the experience Ive had touring The Village with her - definitely a keeper!

    I lived here for YEARS and it was an amazing place to live. I love how much nature there is, the fun events and activities going on all year, how safe and comfortable it is, and how nice and friendly all staff and neighbors are. Whenever something would break, the maintenance team would be speedy and they would always be super nice.Probably the only thing that happened all these years is that at one of the apartments I moved into would have an annual summer cockroach problem, no matter how clean we left the place and did not leave any food out on the open. The staff every summer disregarded the problem as the fact that we were too dirty and thats why we were having cockroach problems.However, the proximity to stores, and the overall environment and ambiance of the community here overshadows that bad experience! I would highly recommend moving here!

    I moved here right before experiencing some of the hardest years for myself and the world. The Village and the endless amenities give me something to look forward to every day. My apartment is older but spacious. The village patrol and maintenance response are great. If you like doing stuff, this is a good place to meet new people and have a good time or enjoy yourself solo at one of the restaurants/bars.

    Management is great, professional, and kind. Maintenance is always taken care of quick, within a day or two. They dont show up unannounced to your apartment or anything, come in do what they need to and leave. Ive been here almost 2 years and havent had any problems!

    At first, I went in for a tour and was told they dont show units, even empty ones. After expressing my disappointment here with that fact and the service I experienced, I received a call later that day from Jesse, a different leasing agent, who offered to show me the unit I was considering if I returned the next day, which I did. Jesse was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I was glad that the leasing office followed up on my concerns and sought to rectify the situation.

    I recently was in Dallas apartment hunting after taking a new job in the city. Jesse at the Village, made this the easiest decision Iā€™ve mad.     I love living in the village. I do wish my apartment had more up to date fixtures for the price. The inside of the apartments could definitely use some work, but the neighborhood is beautiful. The leasing staff at Village Corners is very attentive and friendly.

    I cannot recommend this place enough. I just finished my wedding here and the attentiveness and the personalization and everything in between was so amazing. Rose, the event coordinator, was THE BEST PERSON TO WORK WITH!!! We held our rehearsal dinner at the over under bar. It was perfect. We had our ceremony on the great lawn and it couldnā€™t have been more beautiful. Our reception was held in the Drey Ballroom. It was PERFECT. The loft was the most beautiful spot for me and all my girls to get ready. The coffee shop was amazing & all the little shops were gorgeous for us to pass our time on. I know the boys absolutely loved the putting greens and golf simulation. I couldnā€™t have picked a better place to have my wedding.

    We lived in the village for 9 years. 5 years at Northbridge and 4 years at The Meadow. We raised our two boys here, it was great. The maintenance was fantastic always took care of anything we needed(they deserve 10 stars). The management office was always available and communicated, even though we had disagreements at times, which was understandable. The amount of restaurants, shops, grocery stores within walking distance is great and convenient. I would recommend living here.

    As a guest, this place is amazing! The pools are beautiful, the hammocks are comfy and there are trails all around! You can feed the Koi fish, turtles, squirrels and even the geese! They just come right up to you and let you feed them. Thereā€™s so much fun to have here! The apartments are really nice too!

    One of the best communities in Dallas!!!! I have never seen any apartment rental who are so transparent. Totally worth every penny!! We had to adjust our move our date and Village was very accommodative. The front desk people are super friendly. They pricing is super fair and transparent. No hidden fees. I absolutely loved the gym and the swimming pool. Village took extraordinary measures to keep the gym and swimming pool safe during COVID 19. We lived at Dakota where you get an attached garage for a very reasonable price. Very close to Central market, Whole Foods and Tom thumbs. By far the best apartment rentals I have lived so far. Do not look at any other rentals. This is the right place!!!!! Thank you Village for making our stay so AMAZING!!!!!!!!!ā€™

    Theres definitely a reason this is my third time living here. Id probably live here forever if I didnt want to eventually buy.I cannot say enough about the friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency of the staff and maintenance crew. Any issue I have had and what complex has 0 issues has been addressed swiftly, with great attitudes that have gone above and beyond.For the location close to uptown, downtown, and lower Greenville and current rental rates, the rent here is more than reasonable. They even took great care of residents during COVID. You can find apartments for a broad variety of budgets- some top of the line, some older- which is nice because it allows for a range people to afford living in a great location.There are many perks to living here, including a new, massive gym with a basketball court and a variety of workout classes that is completely free to residents minus some of the classes...but the monthly fee for those is FAR cheaper than if I were to join a spin gym . There is also a great sense of community, and plenty of opportunities to meet neighbors at the various events that are hosted. The new pool looks like a freakin resort also free to residents .I cannot speak to the other complexes, but parking at my particular complex The Bend East is always easy to find, and my guests never have issues.There is a lake in the middle of all the apartments that is beautiful and great for walks, and there is also a dog park. I feel super safe here, especially with the security always around and available.My only cons are that it can be quite noisy but this is an issue many places , sometimes there are random things on the ground like grapes scattered on the grass by the dumpster that I dont want my dog eating I blame this more on my neighbors than The Village- they do a great job of up-keep , DoorDash etc. often has trouble finding my apartment because The Village is so big and there are so many complexes, and...thats about it.Definitely would recommend.

    EDIT: Okay Ive never had an apartment maintenance respond that quick to my needs. I redact my sentence when I said they wont do anything about them stomping. It took them 2 weeks to get everything together, check the sub flooring above me, talking to my neighbors about the noise, everything is all in place, theyre literally going upstairs and TAKING OUT ALL OF THE CONCRETE, making sure everything is perfect. Its unbelievable how amazing this place is. Holy cow.Moved here from New Orleans. After we were lied to about the AVA apartments down the road.The village took us in QUICKLY, I think within a week and a half all of our lease ,background check was finished, LOVE LOVE this place.HOWEVER. They have NOT done anything about the people above me. Theyre stomping on their floor almost every day, Ive even stopped reporting to the Village Patrol because they arent doing anything about it. I was reporting them every other day. So I have to suffer with their noise that goes on until late late night EARLY morning. So if youre afraid of that happening, just know, theyll check the sub flooring but they wont do anything about them stomping.

    The best living space only a couple of miles from Dallas downtown and university park. Multiple grocery stores, fitness centers, shops, bars and almost everything in the vicinity. Beautifully maintained landscaping, and plenty of recreational areas. The village country club has supermarket, bars, salons, sports field and a great community pool.

    I love living here. Just last week, I was thinking, of ALL the apartments in Dallad-Fort Worth, God led me here. Last week, I experienced NO (ZERO) power failures, & no water problems, during a week of record cold, when thousands in the surrounding communities went without power & water for extended periods of time.Beyond that, this is a very peaceful place, with a beautiful-like atmosphere. I enjoy feeding the ducks, squirrels, & other wildlife.

    Great place to live in with affordable prices. Ive lived here for more than a year and I have no regrets at all. Although, the apartments are not the most modern you can find in the city, they are in really good conditions. The neighborhood was always clean and it had their own swimming pools. You also have The Village Country Club pool and several tennis courts, with a beautiful lake and all the animals that live in there. The gym was quite small but theres a new one which is much bigger and is fully equipped.I highly recommend The Village as an option to those who are moving in to Dallas. It is also in a good area with a lot of supermarkets and restaurants close by. If you want to go to downtown it just take 10 minutes by car so it can be considered to be close enough to this place.

    I am currently living in my 3rd property here in The Village! I have loved each property. I love how much The Village has to offer here. The new fitness center is amazing.. It has something for everyone! And can we talk about the FREE work out classes?! One of the things I really enjoy is the Social Clubs The Village has started.     Love living here but If youre a new resident or current I would Suggest not to opt in for their 3rd party insurance. its garbage and really only covers you if the place burns down. go with someone like geico or whoever does your car insurance. especially since we live in the city and the homeless population is growing by the highway their renters insurance doesnt cover car break ins (which sucks but they happen no matter where you live) most insurance companies cover for the same price their 3rd party is charging(like $12 a month). i found that out the hard way and wanted to give people a heads up

    So I live here for about almost 2 years my experience and I really love living here good walk access to the amenities and the trails around the creek pond area the downsize part of what I miss now that a few places have been closed like the Mogo market and the roundhouse food court really sad that those are closed but at least other places are still open. Hopefully the round house food court will reopen up soon and I know the Linger jewelry store closed and got transformed to the previous Mogo market called the new ā€œB&B convenient storeā€ but if any of yā€™all are young and looking for a place to start off for an apartment, Iā€™d recommend living at the Village to get a good start before you move out and start your future here at the Village I will remember this when I do move out in the future

    Perfect place for living. I have been living there for 4 years and I totally recommend it. The lakes area is really good to walk surrounded by nature and to disconnect from work. Once they finish the new construction it is going to be even better.However, you need to know that not all the neighbourhoods have the same conditions. Gate is one of the oldest and I do not recommend them. I recommend Dakota, westside, the lakes, upper east side and northbridge.

    I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Close to my work, close to bike trails, close to some of our favorite stores and restaurants... They also put together a lot of events for the residents throughout the year. The people who work here are also very responsive to requests, they make the events more enjoyable and they are very service oriented.

    We love living here! Its clean,in a nice neighborhood, and peaceful. However parking is a huge issue! There are never enough parking spaces and the reserved ones are all taken but yet no one ever parks in them?! Its frustrating when you have to park pretty far from your apartment and have to walk, in the rain at 5 am, to your apartment. Maybe you guys should do parking stickers or come up with a better solution for this issue. Would hate to leave just because of parking.

    Properties are well kept. The village owns several. Staff is friendly and helpful. They dont take too long when it comes to repairs. Each property has its own crew so you wont have to wait very long for things to get done. They have a newly built clubhouse and a nice size gym. I believe all the properties have at least two pools. The village does their own utilities and theyre probably some of the lowest per month where Ive ever lived. Many students reside here from SMU. But the properties are rarely noisey. They also have their own security patrol. Easy time say one of the best properties Ive lived at.

    Very pretty and a really convenient place to live but I didnt give 5 stars Because it hasnt been the safest place as far as break ins. I also was bitten by a raccoon in the parking lot there and when I reported it was not taken seriously. Pest control could be better. Otherwise a great place to love, fun community, beautiful outdoors and GREAT fitness center!

    Loved the vibe and the inclusiveness of the community, more like a resort you live in or a European Village where a pedestrian and close knit community is part of your life. The location is optimal for shopping and restaurants. You can walk, ride a bike, or drive or utilize public transportation to get anywhere you need. I love that they have meetup type of events to assist in creating a friendly neighborhood environment. Security is also part of the perks. This isnt a place to live, it is a place to call home.

    Ive visited these apartment a number of times. Dont know about the management or how they deal with tenants. The apartment I visited seemed well cared, appliances and facilities seem above average and the exterior and grounds are regularly groomed. Parking spaces can be difficult to find, depends on which set of buildings in the complex.

    What a great find. I booked a room at The Drey and was surprised to find this great little community in the heart of everything. It felt like I was in a completely different area that was running at a more comfortable pace. The people were friendly and the food was amazing. When visiting Dallas for personal or business, The Drey and this community will be on the top of my list. Highly recommended!

    Ive lived here for two years and the ground are beautifully maintained and the staff helpful. BUT beware, most of these units are old and Ive learned old in Texas means roaches no matter how clean your apartment is! Staff is always responsive and come within the day whenever there is an issue.

    Overall very good service and neighborhood. Running tracks, fitness center and pools are available to residents. There is even a lake/creek inside the community with ducks, geese, carps and turtles. The outside communities (the Gate, the Conner, and etc.) are pet friendly, but the inside ones are not. Some of the apartments were built years ago (the number can be 30 or more), and some of the appliances are also quite aged.

    Why five stars? I lived there about 40 years ago, right out of college. My visit recently to the area and especially the Country Club restaurant and bar amazed me because the area has continued high standards of construction and landscape. The restaurant was really very good and the drinks were decent.

    Management is great at responding quickly to most issues and maintenance rocks - Parking on the other hand is at best atrocious - the slots are too small for most vehicles driven these days and the compact car slots are always occupied by large oversized trucks and large sedans which are taking two slots instead of one or so close the the second yellow line or vehicle they parked next to , that you cant open your door to get in your car - there has been a covered motorcycle parked in the same car spot and has not moved (dirt and leaf accumulation under and around the cycle)in the 2 plus years I have lived here- there is no designated visitor parking therefore when I come home from work especially on the weekends there is no parking area available near my apartment-Grounds are beautiful well kept and beautiful- I would have given 5 Stars except for the parking issues-

    One of the best areas in Dallas. It is absolutely gorgeous well kept place. It has a great club house with a restaurant, gym, pool, baseball field, and tennis courts. The walking trail is safe and really pretty.

    I had a 3 month lease that worked out very well. EXTREMELY nice apartment close to downtown moderately priced and the staff helped us find something in our price range. If renting (Which I 100% recommend) make sure to communicate clearly IN PERSON NOT OVER PHONE and get names. When we moved out there was a bit of a hassle and miscommunication on their part and almost a big charge, but they cleared it up. Ended up giving us more back on our security deposit than we put down. Gosh I love texas. Also, THE VILLAGE HAS THE LEAST AMOUNT OF COCKROACHES I HAVE SEEN IN TEXAS AND NONE INSIDE THE BUILDINGS. They actually like spray or something. 9.7/10
