    I left a review a day or two ago about my most pleasant experience ever in dealing with an apartment complex and their staff.I’m coming back today to give all praises to God Almighty again for allowing me another great experience with the same complex only this time it was with the Mgr of the staff of the “Village at Johnson Creek” and “Courtyard at Kirnwood” Apts, another angel in disguise named “Tonya.”When I tell you I’ve been treated like royalty this morning, I’m for real! Ms. Tonya met me with the utmost professional yet kind compassionate and caring attitude I have ever witnessed in a Manager in years.Now I understand why Theodora and Natonya love their jobs and care so much about their customers/tenants. They are reflecting their leader, and what a beautiful and much-needed reflection that is.Ms. Tonya, you and your staff are deserving the best review I can give and it still would not be good enough to explain how pleased I am and have been with your service. I am elated about becoming a tenant in one of your managed complexes.Thank you for making my move a lot less stressful and a lot more enjoyable. Lord knows I’ve had my share of trials. I am confident you will take good care of me as a Tenant bc you already have as a perspective resident.A team is only as good as their Leader. You stated this morning you were very proud of your team. I could tell when I spoke to Theidra on Friday, they are as proud of you. Keep up the great work!!     I find out about these apartments on the website and decided to call. I didnt get an answer the first try and I tried the second time and Natoya answered and apologized for not being able to answer the phone the first time I called. She went ahead and talked to me about the qualifications and the payments. She invited me to go for a tour and the day that I anticipated to go she was not going be there so she talked to her manager and Tanya was waiting for me when I went the next day. She was very kind very concerned about my move to Texas because of my husband passing and she gave me a tour through the one bedroom with patio a cottage as they call it. So far sure they are in my list of priorities when I make the decision. Thank you Natoya and Tonia.

    It will be three years in March since I moved in. Tonia is a wonderful person. She made my move in a smooth process Over the last 3 years she has always responded to any issues in a timely manner. She is a great communicator.

    I was looking for a place that catered to senior citizen here in Arlington. I found this place and happy that I did. The staff is really nice and helpful. I have only been here for a year and I am pleased.

    I,m Excited!!! I have been at this complex for 5 years. Thankfully most of my personal requests have been honored. Recently I spoke with management, regarding the night dark area surrounding my complex.In the winter it gets darker very soon; I was afraid coming to my door.I asked the manager, Tasha about it and she assured me that something would be done. YES IT WAS DONE!! They installed a flood light that covers most of the my area and especially that big tree!! I can walk my dog now and even chat with neighbors because it is comfortable for us to be out past the dark. To Management ......I say THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I will continue living here because I feel safe and I can always call on such a Great Group at The Villages at Johnson Creek.

    This is just a lovely community. I moved in March 2019 & have just loved living here. The staff are so nice & they do their best to accommodate our needs & requests as quickly as possible. I plan on staying!
