The staff is super sweet and reliable. Me and my boyfriend just moved in and I love it here. I love the awesome amenities and how spacious the apartments are. The maintenance are 24/7 so whenever you have a small minor problem with the exterior they fix it right away. The environment is very welcoming.

I have been a long time resident and have never had bad experiences with the staff. Always helpful and always trying to get the community involved in events like taco truck stands, freebie snacks and coffee periodically ☕ and they have great maintenance staff too, so helpful and positive!! The leasing office girls are great and the new manager is awesome too. I like my neighbors too, mostly everyone here is pet friendly. Awesome place! 💯

This complex has gone above and beyond for my partner and I. My partner has been a resident here for a year already and says it has been the best apartment experience hes had. Move in was smooth, rent is affordable, and the quality of the apartment was perfect. I just recently moved in with him to a new unit for the both of us. We were going to move in to a different complex and it was causing major issues. The move in process was going rough and we were dreading moving in. We called The View, knowing they offer help with emergency move in. They got us in a new apartment in two days! We started the process on Wednesday and got our new keys on Friday. Every single person involved was amazing. Kalista was the main one to help us through the bulk of it, Joseph was the one I talked to on the phone to start the process, and Alexia the property manager finished things up quickly. They all are my heroes. I love this complex and I never want to leave. I consider myself a loyal resident now.

The moment we walked into the office we were greated with smiles. Bekkah made sure to ask us what we we were looking for and any specifics we wanted in an apartment. She checked on dates for us and wrote all the information down for more than one apartment we were looking at,She took us to look at the model apartment and gave us details for everything. She made the experience very personal and made us feel that we could ask her anything. We have toured other apartments and have not received the treatment she gave us that day. She was empathetic to me for just losing my dog and made me feel at ease. Having an experience like this makes us feel comfortable that our needs will be met and that we can easily approach her for anything.I appreciate Bekkah and the other girl in the office with her. The move-in process was the easiest, and the office ladies are beyond amazing. The complex is kept clean, along with the amenities. But the maintenance team is outstanding. When our AC went out, they came out within the hour and stayed after hours to help us out and make sure it was done right the first time around. Every request we have placed is handled in a timely and professional manner. Overall, if youre looking for a safe, well-kept apartment complex with great staff and amenities,this is the place for you!

I’ve lived at The View for a couple weeks now and I only have good things to say. The location is great, being very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and retail shops. The front office staff was very patient and helped me throughout the entire application and moving process, even waiving an administrative fee as part of a promotion. Bekkah, one of the leasing specialists at the front office, was extremely professional in helping me find an apartment that was in my budget, making sure that it had all the amenities I needed. One of the things that really wowd me about The View were the apartment floor plans and contemporary amenities in my unit. Everything feels very modernized and is a huge step above many other apartment complexes in San Antonio.The community itself is very safe, with residents using a gate remote to drive inside, and visitors having an alternative but very secure method of contacting residents to open the gates for them. The maintenance staff are available 24/7 and always assist in a timely manner. They also have a great sense of humor too :)There are resident events that happen frequently throughout each month, which often involve food trucks or more seasonal events depending on the time of year. Covered car parking and detached car garages are affordable, with there often being a spot available close to an apartment of choice. In addition, residents have access to either on-site laundry or can rent in-unit laundry machines depending on their preference. Residents also have access to an on-site Amazon locker which keeps packages very secure.As you can tell, I really love living here and cannot recommend it enough :)

My husband and I are going on one year here and the staff is so friendly. The maintenance is AMAZING. I’ve had to call emergency maintenance 2-3 times and they get here fast. The pool is always clean which is a plus from the last apartment complex we came from. They always have monthly community activities for family’s of all ages. We will most definitely be renewing our lease

Moved in recently, my roommate and I toured around a lot and this was by far the best place we visited. For room size, price, amenities, and community. We also felt very welcomed by the staff, and an issue that we didnt catch in the initial inspection of the apartment was resolved in a very timely manner after we reported it. Overall, I am greatly appreciative of my experience thus far.

When I first toured this community, I instantly fell in love with it and knew I found my new home. For this being my first apartment and first time living on my own, I have been so comfortable here and enjoy all the amenities. Also, the way the staff treats their residents is extremely amazing, I love how they make us monthly calendars for event coming up in the month we’re in, and some days they invite us to the community center and have different things for us, from snacks, to brunch, to back to school supplies for children. It is truly amazing here.

I absolutely love it here. The community is very welcoming. I’ve never walked past someone who didn’t smile and greet me. The front office staff is also top notch. They are extremely helpful and as for the maintenance staff, they are constantly doing amazing work and I never had an issue that wasn’t fixed the same week. My AC went out the other day and same day they came and fixed it. They are AMAZING and are always waving when you seek them .The apartment complex has a resident portal where you can open work orders and pay rent (Apple pay, credit/debit) etc. so it makes it easy to handle anything.Every Thursday there is a local food truck and they have all been great. They also come out with these fun monthly events like finding hidden items around the neighborhood and you can earn points for gift cards and more. It’s awesome.I have a 2 bed 1 bath and it’s very homey which is why I picked this complex. I truly feel relaxed when I come home. All in all this is a great complex and I couldn’t have picked a better place to finish out my time here in San Antonio.

Although I decided to lease elsewhere, it was ONLY because I found something of similar quality much closer to my job.Otherwise, the apartments looked amazing. Brian was great! He was very nice and friendly, answering all of my questions/concerns, and he took time to really show my mom and I around. The grounds were clean and beautiful - no trash pileup like other places I saw, the front gate worked, and the amenities were perfect. Again, the only reason I decided not to move here was proximity to work, but the View at Westover Hills was ultimately my top choice when it came to price, quality, and space. I know exactly where to go should I ever need a new place in SA!

I lived at the View at Westover Hills for four years and am sad to leave. The management staff and maintenance staff are exemplary. They go above and beyond to help tenants whenever possible. Maintenance staff is promptly, courteous, and does a great job. It’s nice that both teams take the time to learn your name! It really makes it feel like a community. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The grounds are impeccable! They offer fun games monthly and have also started hosting food trucks! You can’t go wrong living here!!

Lived here since June of this year.I am posting partly because I do enjoy living here, however, I am mostly posting as I am incredibly frustrated with an issue I have in my cons portion.Pros: apartment layout is great! Spacious, cozy, and location is key. Neighbors are nice, pool is clean.Cute outdoor settings and patio space is great.We feel safe here!Husband enjoys the fitness center. Office staff is polite!Maintenence is very nice!Cons: since June our ice maker has not worked (gave up on using it) the freezer has been icing over and weve put in what looks like (I counted) 10 maintenance requests. Every time they come and do something and it still to this very moment has not been fixed.As this place is not cheap and groceries are expensive I often worry my freezer goods will spoil as they have in the past due to this issue. This is a big point of anxiety for myself as a working mother.The walls are thin, the floors are thin. Up until my downstairs neighbors moved I could hear every conversation (not exaggerating). I wonder how much they hear being we have a toddler.Even though the office staff is nice, they are very hard to get ahold of.Again I do enjoy living here, that being said I do wish things would be addressed in a final resolution manner.Thank you.Update:The complex has replaced the freezer and again the maintenance crew is super nice and top notch!I really appreciate them hearing me out.I do enjoy this place and I plan on reupping my lease next year!Thank you!

This review is long overdue, but I am happy to finally get around to it. I lived at the View for almost three years, and only left because I purchased a home. Otherwise, Id still be happily living there. The pricing, layout and space of the apartment were nice. The appliances were either brand new or relatively new. I really enjoyed the staff, to include the maintenance team. Celeste by far easily helped to form my overall favorable opinion of the complex. She was always so courteous and remembered my name from the very beginning. Oftentimes, apartment sales reps and managers are nice just to convince you to sign the lease, then quickly forget your name as soon as you do. It was very easy to create a close rapport with her and maintain that rapport during my time there. The only reason why I took off a star was because of the limited parking spaces available. Sometimes coming home late, I would either have to park in a guest spot or quite far away from my building. Either way, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking.

The name says it ALL…. THE VIEW…. My apartment has a nice view I just moved in here 2 weeks ago and the whole staff made my boyfriend and I feel so welcomed to this new place we calling home!! I would definitely recommend this place so far it’s been a great experience.

I can rate all the experiences Ive had here at a 10! I currently work in customer service and also lived in other apartment complexes before so I feel good on my 5 star. The members of management have all been great to react to all my needs to be 100 % comfortable in my new home. The maintenance guys are so sweet and quick to response to any service calls I may have. I also have had them offer to take my recycle trash to the designated area while they are passing by my apt in their golf cart. Every person that I have crossed paths with in the fitness room or in the parking lot has been so welcoming by saying hi, or how are you doing. I also love the fact that I forget I have neighbors, since I cant hear no one ever! The parking here too, is very easy to find and is always available near my apartment. At one of the monthly events they hosted I invited my sister to join me all the employees welcomed her as if she was a tent here too. I am just very pleased with my over all experience here and look forward to renew another year. #lifeattheview

I just moved in about 2 months ago and I have had a wonderful experience through the whole process. They respond very fast and answer all concerns and questions you have. I have a 1 bed 1 bath colorado and it’s good size! The complex is safe and gated and I always feel safe about the gates because they close really quick so nobody can follow you in if they were intentionally following you. Another safe aspect is there are two doors to get into the apartments. The first door leading to your patio and the next door gets you into your apartment and you can lock both doors. The staff are super friendly and are always around to help!

I have only lived at The View for a few weeks, but I love it so far. The attention to detail from the staff, the quick responses to action items, the community involvement with food trucks, etc. Plus the benefits of having the dog park right by my building as well as the Amazon Hub by the mailboxes, it just makes things so much easier. I was gone for over a week and a package sat at my front door almost that entire time and was never touched. I love that I fee safe and secure here living on my own.

I’ve lived here a little over a year. Ryan is originally who sold me on my pool view, one bedroom apartment which I absolutely love. My living experience has exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly & go above and beyond to make things happen. I feel at home. I love that the apartment has fun resident activities. We have beautiful landscaping. My Living Experience here at the View has been beyond my expectations! I relocated here out of state and had to apply remotely; the staff is very friendly and professional.What stood out for me is when Jordon took time out his day to do a full video walk through for me of the specific unit I was interested in since I would not be able to see it for myself; He started from outside the door all the way with a nice steady pace so I could get a full view!When I pulled up to the gate I knew then I made the best decision! I Love My New Home! I appreciate our Maintenance Guys and how quickly they process our work orders! I appreciate and adore the whole staff! They really personalize and build a report with their residence! I have absolutely no complaints!

This is THE BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!! I’ve had my fair share in apartment living and this is by far THE BEST. Lauren has gone above and beyond for us. The apartment maintenance is always on time and handles everything in a professional manner. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. They keep their landscape in pristine condition. Our Colorado has everything we could possibly need. We love it so much that we’re re-leasing in the next one up from the Colorado! This apartment complex is by far THE BEST community that I lived in here in San Antonio. The area is amazing. You have all your restaurants and grocery stores right around the corner. Looking for an apartment during a pandemic could have possibly been very difficult BUT the view made it so easy. It’s not an easy decision moving into a place you haven’t seen in person but we have no regrets. It’s beautiful. Clean. Spacious. Great value. Lauren was amazing and was beyond helpful. I was pregnant at the the time that we moved in, in Juneand I was so happy to have this beautiful apt to bring my baby boy home to on Oct 8th.

I waited here for 30 minutes when I had a appointment scheduled at 12:00 for a tour of this complex. Im pretty upset because I wanted this to be a future home for me and my boyfriend, but no one was in the office, and it looked like either the staff was busy doing whatever was going on in the other side of the sliding doors or giving other tours. Even then, they should have at least informed me to come a different day or time if this was going to happen. Now I dont even think I want to give this place a chance since we werent the only ones waiting here for a tour.Edit- The lady did call back and spoke to my boyfriend for a apology. Much appreciated it, and to be fair, there was miscommunication on both ends but after the follow up call and Apology, I am reconsidering to check out the apartments again. Thank you!

When my husband and I were looking for somewhere to call home we needed something that was conveniently located and resonably priced and we were recommended this place by a close friend of ours and I honestly love these apartments they are so beautiful and very reasonably priced. The entire front office staff is very professional and Jessica is the sweetest girl. The maintance crew is also very polite and they are so good with my dog and I love that. They really try to get involved with the community and they have events regularly to get everyone involved. You dont just sign a lease and get forgotten I feel like they really want to make it a big family community.If you just want somewhere to sleep and hide in isolation then this isnt the place for you because here we are family and the staff will treat you as such.I definitely plan on staying here for many years to come as long as it stays exactly as it is now.#ILoveTheView

PROS: Has been my home for the past 6 months. Love it. My apartment is near the pool, fitness center, office, business center. Love my apartment view of the hill country. Love my two bedroom layout. Kitchen granite counter, tile floors in all wet areas.CONS: wish appliances were stainless steel. The bathroom counters did not match the kitchen granite as shown in their website photo, but probably due to irresponsible tenants before me. Wish my balcony was not located of the entrance doorway, But its not too bad. My apartment is right off a major highway, so the traffic can sometimes be very loud.

I dont know from where I have to start. It is undoubtedly great experience.Front Office -Celeste and team you all are doing fantastic work. Seriously, I have been living in San Antonio almost 5 years and this is my third apartment community and I regret that I could not find you guys earlier. The true customer oriented, taking care, always customer first kind of service. Even though I am moving to CA, you all are helping me genuinely. Like I said, you definitely deserve this 5 star rating.Floor Plan and Unit -I especially liked the 2B1B plan which I am currently in. It is awesome and perfectly planned floor plan. You will feel that there is not at all waste of area or interior. Kitchen, both bedrooms, living room etc are perfectly designed and architected.Maintenance -I still remember the way Celeste took care of one of the work orders by arranging pest control prior to the schedule. Highly appreciate that. Also, all the work orders got done almost on the same dayCommunity -Really great ppl community. Awesome pool and gym area.Overall -You feel same response all the time what you had while moving to this community. Last but not the least, if I moved back to Texas, this will be my home for sure. Keep up the good work. :) :)

Ive been living in this complex for a little over three months, and I absolutely love it. Im out of town often for work, and I always look forward to coming home. The facilities are nothing short of spectacular, including a beautiful pool, a well-stocked gym, barbecue pits, and a dog park. However, the staff are really the engine that makes this complex go, consistently on point and more than willing to take care of the little things that make living in this complex so enjoyable. This is the definition of a great place to live, because when you come home, you dont have to concern yourself with anything but living your life. Beyond that, the residents here all seem to be great people. I came a long way to move here, and everyone Ive met has made me feel welcome in Texas. I cant say enough about this place.

It is a pleasant experience to live here. We have more than one year enjoying a beautiful apartment, with a spectacular view. Initially, we lived in the Nueces model, currently in the model Brazos.We appreciate the attention of the staff in general, Jessica always very polite and attentive. Fast and timely the maintenance staff.It is completely safe, walk with our child admiring the landscape architecture.I appreciate the great work in the preservation of the green areas at all times.The best season is in summer, when we enjoyed the beautiful pool, in addition to the BBQ area. People in the community are friendly.The View, our best decision to live in San Antonio. #ILoveTheView

When I first moved here I was a bit skeptical because of my old apartment [The Richlands off of Leon Valley; DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!] but after living here for a few months I can happily say my mind has been changed! This place is a 10 out of 10! I love this place! It is wayyy better than that disgusting and scary apartment complex I use to live in, please for the love of all things move here, you will not regret it!!

We moved in here mid December and we love it here! The leasing staff were very friendly and helpful during the whole process. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. Parking can be a bit of a headache as it can be hard to find a spot but other than that it’s only a minor inconvenience.

Recently relocated from Ft Worth, we moved into The View in June. It was such an easy transition, jordon and the team we’re so helpful! We absolutely love the apartment! They bend over backwards to help in any way! All the Extra amenities that are offered is such a plus! The neighbors are extra nice as well. The pool is beautiful and the club house as well as the gym are amazing! We couldn’t be happier! You get so much bang for your buck!! I highly recommend The View!!! Mark and Deedra Oldham

This review is for the customer service I received from Jordan. I’ve been trying to find an apartment in San Antonio and I’m in Houston. COVID-19 has changed the game on finding an apartment. I’m new to the area and have been searching for a few weeks. I called and Jordon answered the phone with so much happiness and joy I could feel it in Houston. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me find what I needed. I even asked if he could accommodate hardwood flooring instead of carpet and he was speedy on getting back to me. I also was up front with him and explained I was looking at one of his sisters properties. I was trying to decide. All I can say is that Jordan’s customers service and eagerness to help me made me want to live at the view haha. I give this place 5 stars because of the great customer service in the front office and the fact that Jordan kept checking on me because it shows that he really does care. Manager please don’t loose him. He is the best and definitely if he wanted to needs to train other on how to go above and beyond the call. Thank you Jordan for an amazing experience that wouldn’t be forgotten.

Conviently located on 1604 and near 151, The View is a great place to live. Its safe, clean, and a great place to live. All the staff is helpful, and they know me by name. They respond quickly to maintenance requests or other troubles. Apartments are modern and well maintained. Ive been here 3 years! #ilovetheview

I really like Westover hills is quiet spacious and very clean everywhere and even if you dont see the neighbor all the time but when do you see one of them they always being friendly by saying hello or smiling to you. And the management is very friendly and ready to help when you in needs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone great place to stay.✌️❤️❤️❤️

We have lived here 3 months and the office people remember you by name and treat everyone so kind. They have nice events almost weekly of things like scavenger hunt, du knees, food trucks to even passing out donuts and hot coffee at the gate iin a cold morning. They keep property clean, swimming pool looks amazing, cant wait to try it. My kids have only ever lived in homes we own until now and we planned in the apartments being temporary but kids LOVE it so much they want to stay! And lastly rhe name is appropriate the View is AMAZING. New Years eve we could see for Miles and the fireworks were Magical! #ILoveTheView

Moved to SATX in Oct 2020. The View was one of the last places I looked at and when I saw the Trinity and floor plan, I was hooked. And Lauren was GREAT to get everything ready for my move-in. And I love the area. Highly recommend living here

We really love this complex, everything here is so organised, clean, and quiet, a perfect 2 rooms apartment with great space, for the family, excellent neighbors polite, quiet and kind, the leasing staff is beyond measure 100% quality, great people, Celeste or Tabatha are so helpful anytime, any moment, they are always right there for us, we are so thankful with them, the swimming pool and patio are sooooo gorgeous and the gym without words, maintenance team, so good also, 100% quality service at the right time, and when we need pets control, next day they are here, no excuse no delay, camden apartments are the right place for the right people!! thank you so much Camden staff for you care we feel at home here, there is no words to say how much you are offer to the San Antonio people, the number one apartment complex in the city!!
