Neighbors are sweet and respectful, valet trash is nice too. my move in was simple and the gentleman in the office was sweet.howeverparking is HORRIBLE (after ~5pm) if you do not pay for a covered spot. i had to park at building 3 and walk to my building in the 30’s at 3am because there wasn’t a SINGLE uncovered spot nearer to my building. i did not realize paying for parking was a necessity to actually get a spot, i just thought it was an extra luxury.

I experienced quite a few issues upon move in and she was very polite, understanding, and took care of what needed to be done.Miriam is a super helpful maintenance worker who always greets you with a smile!Yarleny and Juan are always genuine, kind, and welcoming!

I have been looking here for months, worried bc of the reviews The staff is super nice and answered all my questions and mever rushed me. (I went like 10 times to speak w them or ask questions and tour). A lot the problems they are complaing about are IN THE LEASE. I saw once comment about not receiving info about the parcels BC ITS IN THE LEASE YALL NEED TO START READING THE LEASE. All 70 pages. ALSO DONT SIGN THE LEASE IF YOU HAVENT SEEN THE UNIT. Why would you sign the lease move in then complain about things not working . thats why you look at your unit and fill out that form in your lease about any issues. This is just my experience as far as applying . I will update after I have been here 6 months

I love living at Versailles! I’ve been here for 2 years now and I gotta say the office staff is very kind and always willing to help out their residents. It was very tough going through COVID last year and the office staff stayed helping out in every way they could. Carla is very sweet and always giving us residents important information to get through tough times and rent assistance when needed. The area is very peaceful, no problems with any neighbors if anything they are sweet and looking out for one another. I’m definitely not moving any time soon! I’m staying in these apartments. The apartments itself are upgraded stainless steel appliances and very spacious as well. 😍 This is what home should feel like in every apartment complex.

I am extremely happy with my new apartment. Really wasn’t sure about moving here since they have 3.5 stars but I honestly feel it should be 5 stars.There’s always parking because they have a tow truck come every night. When I needed maintenance to check out my A/C they came out that same day and now it works GREAT!And also the check list of things to go through when you move in was also fixed. Pretty impressed because usually apartments just keep it documented and not actually fix the issue.Pretty quiet here also, I have had ZERO issues so far.I haven’t seen any bugs yet either.. (that’s a big deal to me)Maria at leasing office is great too!! So nice!

This has been a great place. I think its a little pricy for the age of the buildings, but still completely worth it. Ive lived here for 14 months and will move out in a couple of months for personal reasons though I wish I didnt have to. The office staff has always been nice and helpful. There are only minor improvements Id like to see which arent even worth mentioning in this space.The maintenance staff is reliable as well. Last August, I came home at 4:30 to find my air conditioning had stopped working. I called the office and the maintenance guys had it fixed by 6:00 that evening.Its pet friendly and everyone from management to neighbors do well with your pets/dogs. Plus the dog park is practically in your back yard.Highly recommended overall.

I really enjoyed living at Versailles - I lived there two years and I miss it. My apartment was affordable and quiet, the grounds were kept clean and tidy and it was in a nice location. The maintenance team was always friendly and positive and if I had any maintenance requests, they were completed in 24 hours or less. Sometimes they were completed in just a couple of hours. The office staff was very kind and professional. One of the office managers, Star, went above and beyond to make residents feel at home. I am thankful for my time at Versailles and would recommend it to anyone.

I have had a few hiccups with my move in and during the application process and one of the leasing agents can be fairly condescending so I’d avoid her. But Jessica is the reason I am happy to be living here! She has been super sweet and very helpful getting all of my issues taken care of. The property itself is kept up pretty well and it’s super conveniently located RIGHT next to my favorite dog park. All in all I am really enjoying living here.

I have lived here 2 years and Im about to sign my 3rd lease. I recently deleted my negative review because things are changing - for the better - around here. The office staff is very helpful, and they just put brand new computers in the business center! Maintenance has been doing a little better, and hopefully they keep up the good work. Although there is much room for improvement and updating, they are definitely on the right track :)

I am a current resident. Ive been here nearly a year, and will be moving in a couple of months when my lease expires.The good:-Staff is nice-Repairs are timely-Hot water supply is great (important to me)-Residents are friendlyThe bad:-Covered parking is not guaranteed. I was told there were no more covered parking when I moved in. They neglected to tell me this when I was applying.-You will be using the tollways more. I wasnt really considering it, but I am spending nearly $80 per month on tolls because of the location.-There is a fair amount of crime in the area. The apartment has recently contracted a security service, which is a good gesture.One other thing, my electricity averages probably $90 per month for the second smallest 1 bedroom. I leave the thermostat on 70 during the winter and 78 during the summer.

My wife and I first moved to Crestmont Reserve two years ago. We picked it because it had a great location between both of our workplaces, and a 2 bed 1 bath unit for around $900, a pretty good deal all things considered.Were heading out for greener pastures because our rent to renew was being bumped up to around $1,100. We decided that if we were going to be paying that much, we could find something nicer. The unit was a deal at $900 but definitely not for $1,100. The place is a little run down but certainly livable. Parking was never a problem, though if you either dont have a parking sticker or you parked in the reserved covered parking, you will be towed almost immediately. Maria at the front office was always super helpful and great to talk to, and having the North Bark Dog Park just a short walk away was just fantastic. In fact, were sad to be leaving that part behind. Also, the community was generally nice too. People were generally friendly, and we never had any problems with noise complaints.We liked it enough to renew our lease for 2 years, but here are a few negative points to help those making decisions. First, the complex is old and run down, so we found ourselves having to make maintenance requests almost every month we were there. The hot water fluctuated from being frigid to scalding all the time. Things broke or flooded more regularly than you would hope... The maintenance people were nice and fairly quick to respond to our problems when they came up, but they werent great at listening to instructions. They would always come when nobody was home without telling us and leave random junk in our house. We had a light fixture that had electrical problems that kept bursting the light bulbs. We kept telling them that it was an electrical issue, but instead of dealing with it they just replaced the light fixture two separate times, and the same problem kept happening...The grounds were kind of average, but tons of people there have pets, so unfortunately there was dog poop everywhere. My wife and I would joke that we were always watching our feet when walking around in grassy places because we were so used to having to watch our step in the apartment complex. The other pretty negative thing is that Crestmont Reserve is in a not-quite-sketchy-but-really-close-to being-sketchy neighborhood. The first year that we were there we got a really alarming number of notifications of all the crime that was happening in and around the complex. Cars and apartments being broken into, domestic violence, people breaking into the mailboxes and stealing mail (though they did eventually fix this by gating the mail room). Im pretty sure that someone was even shooting guns on apartment grounds... not great. All this to say that we didnt feel super safe while we were there. Since last year, weve gotten much fewer crime advisories, which is good news.If I had to sum up our stay at Crestmont Reserve, Id say we pretty much got what we paid for. It was a decent deal on a probably below-average unit that didnt make since once the rent increased. I dont think well particularly miss Crestmont Reserve when we leave, but this isnt a buyer beware kind of warning either. If we were still offered that initial $900 rate, wed probably have never considered leaving. Im sure itll be the right fit for someone looking to stretch a smaller budget.

I have been here for the past year, and I honestly do enjoy living at The Versailles. I rarely write reviews, but I feel like, especially with the awesome customer service Ive received the past couple weeks- they deserve one...as cheesy as that sounds.When I moved in, they redid the counters/carpet/paint and installed new appliances without charging a fee like some places do to upgrade. There have only been a few times that Ive needed to call maintenance, but every time I have (never for anything huge), they had somebody there within the hour (or as soon as I could get home to put my dog up). Not to mention, their front office staff is very friendly and has always been helpful whenever Ive had a question about something (especially Ashley- who Im pretty sure knows every resident by name). Provided I dont leave DFW, its highly likely that I will renew my lease with them again next year, as well.

I have lived her for 2 years and love it! There is always parking and property is always clean and well kept. The property manager Karen is fabulous! She always is on top of everything and responds immediately. I look forward to many more years here.

Ive been here for a year now and if things keep going the way they are then Ill be looking to sign a 3rd lease. Each time Ive put in request tickets for problems inside the apartment theyve been resolved right away (shout out to Jose). Mandy and Christine make me feel very welcome when I stop by the office to ask for help or have a general question.Though I havent been able to attend any community event due to my work schedule, it feels great to be invited and to see the neighborhood active.

Since the change in management, there has been such a wonderful difference in service requests, cleanliness of the property, how I am spoken to and treated. Here is an example. I moved in in May 2018 when the old management was here and lost hot water from May to August 7 times - and when I called I was yelled at in Spanish and told it wasnt an emergency by one of the maintenance men who is no longer here. I was getting ready to break the lease when new management took over. Starr was wonderful and got it addressed with real plumbers right away. Bryan and Mitch, the maintenance gentlemen, came and fixed things inside the apartment and were kind and friendly. Jennifer also got on top of things right away. What an improvement!! I figured I would be the one to leave the most recent and best review. Ive had no personal problems with the staff. They are kind and funny and renting here has been fantastic. Sure the water has gone cold on us once, but only for about three days. The place is beautiful, I love the place were living at. People gotta be more positive here because its really great, and theres a trail three minutes away from us that we go to quite frequently. Its really nice 😊 Thank you guys!

Little did I know that the key in my mailbox was meant to unlock another storage unit...but anyways.I am giving a five star review for their patience with me, and that even though I was very worried about getting my mail sorted out, they continued to follow up with me.Today, I was able to retrieve my 1944 C Ration, B-Unit from a locked parcel with the help of their residential services staff. Thank you all for your time and patience with me, the item was one of a kind, and I am glad I was able to retrieve it.

Love love love this place. I do not understand all the negative reviews, but every time I have an issue maintenance is very speedy about the service and they fix things right the first time even if it wasnt their fault. The all new updated appliances and wood flooring are great! Very spacious and comfortable and cannot beat the price for what you are getting. Looked at probably over 15-20 different apts. and knew this is where I wanted to stay once I stepped foot into the apartment. Thanks Versailles and Kelli!

I asked Jonathan to keep me in mind if there was another one that became available. He remembered my request, and promptly called me when he found one for me! Prices for these apartments are GREAT I couldnt believe it for the upgrade, location, and size. I read the reviews before going and Star and Kelly both Versailles employees took great care of me and my sister they went over what is expected on our bill. If everything goes smoothly I will soon be calling Versailles my new home. Stop by and ask for Star or Kelly they will take Good care of you :) thank you ladies!

I had a sudden move out due to family changes - Carla was such a great help in sharing the correct information with me and helping me deal with these changes. I cant wait to go back and live at Versailles! I tell all my friends about living there. They are quick access to DNT and the connecting cities. Great shopping was always no more than a 5 minute drive for my last minute recipes. Im gonna miss living here - go see Carla!

I searched several apartment complexes when I was looking to rent. Jonathan Ramos was very friendly and inviting when I walked in. I love that they dont have a pet deposit AND a pet fee. Very good pricing for the location and square footage. Pretty pool with a modern feel and a decked out gym!!

I stayed on the Crestmont side for 2years and it’s been so peaceful and my place was so spacious. I Only moved caused the rent went way up for year 3 of my lease. Other than the prices going up I had a great experience here, neighborhood was nice, friendly staff, pool, and gym was nice also.

I lived here for about 2 years and it was solid. The bad reviews seem harsh. No place is perfect but all in all this was a great place to live, great neighbors and the management staff is very nice. They had tenant appreciation breakfasts and dinners from time to time and maintenance requests were handled pretty quick. I would recommend to family and friends.

Love these apartments. Just moved in and have had a very positive experience. Needed the maintenance and they were here within a few minutes. On your tour, what you see is what you get- they dont show you a nice model but give you something else. 10/10 reccomend.

I have to say that I was really impressed with the staff. I didn’t know the area but choose to look at these apartments to be closer to my job. One of the agents, Jonathan, not only talked to me about the apartment but knew everything about the schools, parks, and all of its surroundings. I’m truly glad that I found this place. These were the first apartments i lived in when I came to Dallas. The neighborhood did seem to improve somewhat since I was living there and so did the complex itself. And since I dont live there currently I cannot say how the overall feel of the complex is today but I do know that when I live there my neighbor seemed very tolerant and I was surprisingly never arrested or evicted so it kind of felt like a win.
