I just seen all the bad reviews from everyone on here so though I should share my experience to show new tenants.I have 0 complaints about my living here for a year now. What people are saying about the gates and potholes are true but, the mulch and grass is kept very nice all the time (at least on my building) trash is always kept up. I have seen no crime around here. My biggest thing is for the price and the area it is a great deal. Management has helped me with every question I’ve had, came out to every call I had. My car got towed ones and they called the company and waived the fee. They have just been all around helpful.Do not let the people on here looking for a bad response to everything stop you from coming to live here.

Great place to live. Very quiet and friendly neighbors and community. What I’ve enjoyed most is there aren’t many children running around making a lot of noise especially late night. Overall it’s a great place to stay especially for a started apartment or if you have a roommate.

Great and affordable apartment in the Oak Lawn area. Have lived here for close to two years and have had a very positive experience. Management is responsive and service requests get fixed within the week. Here’s my personal list of pros and cons:PROS:-Price!-Gym is 24h and gets the job done. Cables, weights and treadmills-Location is convenient to get to DNT, lots to eat and drink at nearby-Parking is accessible and getting in and out of the apartment is easy-Guest parking is a breeze. No need to register cars or worry about towing (though this means you may have a random car sitting around here and there)-Service requests are always filled-I love the look and natural light the unit brings in. If you like grey/white tones, this is up your alley-A/C has never been an issueCONS:-Gates mess up frequently-Wouldn’t necessarily say I feel too safe walking around the neighborhood-Packages tend to be picked up or stolen (befriend your neighbors to avoid this!)-The pool is okay

My living experience at Trousdale would be considered a dream too many people. Anything I needed or had questions about they were always positive in the most uplifting way. I had the quietest and friendliest neighbors, barely heard a peep out of them. I recommend Trousdale to anyone who wants to live in a clean, safe, and quiet complex. Plus the area is located near everything. I barely had to travel any distance. The manager Sarah is so kind, respectful and understanding. I’m grateful to have had such an amazing management team here. I am very much satisfied with my experience here ☺️

Lived here for 18 months, and loved it! Great location, I loved our 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome! Only reason why we left was due to buying a house, since we both wfh and needed another separate office space than our floor plan could provide. We have lived in several places around uptown Dallas, and this was our favorite! A smaller complex than all of the new ones in the area, units are up to date, and loved the covered reserved parking that we paid for. Well worth the money! Overall, this complex is a great price for the area. Just a straight shot to Cedarsprings and all the nightlife. I truly will miss living in this area. We personally have not had bad experiences living here, unlike the other “luxury” complexes we had lived at in the past. Also loved having 2 patios in our unit! We even added a gate so that we had our own little enclosed “yard” on our downstairs patio to relax outside with our pets.

Lived here for a year, overall a pretty good experience. Maintenance responds quickly and get things done right the first time in my experience.Would have given 5 stars, but they could clean the common areas more. Between the apartments there are stains and trash that should be washed away regularly

My experience in touring to applying to getting into this complex within 3 days was seem less. Tasha Mendez was great a very hands on. She was my contact throughout the whole process, answered every question I had and moved swiftly to help me get into my new home as quickly as possible. Thank you so much, Tasha!
