    I just got my approval and I am more than satisfied with my experience. Ms. Monica and Mr. Travis have been extremely helpful and welcoming. The apartment is nice and clean and so is the property. I highly recommend! I wish I could give 10 stars.

He was impeccably dressed and, when I asked about his work, he took the time to share helpful information about the apartment community he works at. Despite the setting, Travis was so kind, patient, and professional, and I truly appreciated his willingness to assist me. I look forward to leasing there once my house sells.     Went to look and office personnel Travis was awesome, courteous and he was dressed very nice. He answered all my questions patiently, and was very personable. Very professional. Made me feel welcome.The manger lady was very nice as well, she made me feel comfortable too. I will definitely strongly consider these apartments due to the pleasant experience I had once one is available for my timeframe.Also, The move-in ready apartments were clean, smelled good and well kept. Walk thru was great.Only downfall: is that there is no lighting in the bedrooms. I would encourage owners to add ceiling fans and or lights to bedrooms.However, Travis did give good suggestions for diy lights.Thanks

    I went to two other apartment complex’s before this one, and let me tell you that they didn’t top this one. The apartment that Travis showed me was beautiful. It felt like home. I love it and pray I can call it my home soon. Another thing Travis was very attentive to all the questions and concerns I had/ have. The apartment complex didn’t look dirty on the inside or outside. I will be applying today and pray it’s for me.

    Ive been leaving here for 11 years. I love the location, which makes life easier for me being closer to my work and businesses. The place is well maintained. If you need maintenance done, its done fast. The office manager and staff are very friendly and always willing to help you in any way they can. I have never had any problems with roaches or any critters, which definitely is a plus+.

    I am enjoying my time here. The staff; Letty the manager and my girl Monica my rental consultant, treats me very well. They always handle any issues I may have with my apartment. They are very helpful and just overall really great people. The apartments are really nice and spacious. The apartments are worth the different rental prices. Its really quiet and peaceful here and so I enjoy coming home when I get off work. The maintenance guys does a fabulous job on repairs and theyre awesome and respectful towards me and of my time. The whole atmosphere of this place feels like Im vacationing on a beautiful tropical island somewhere far away. I truly believe that if you rent here, you wont be disappointed!!!!☺️☺️☺️So if youre looking for peace and quiet and a pleasant atmosphere, this is (The Place). Come check it out for yourself...

    As I searched for a place to call home I asked the Lord to guide me to a home where I would enjoy driving up to and living there for awhile.The Trails Apartment is where I have lived for a year now, and am loving every moment of it.The staff is always welcoming and helpful in any area that one may need. Monica is part of the staff and is so pleasant and happy to assist an individual with any needs.Also, one year ago today Monica is the first person to welcome me to my new home.Meanwhile, the managers, maintenance, and groundskeepers are also great at keeping the property maintained and looking its best..     For starters we were warmly greeted by Monica. She asked the necessary questions to help her locate an apartment that would be suitable. She gave us a tour and shared some information about the property and the amenities. Also showing the model apartment.She is definitely an expert at her job as well as professional yet relatable.     First and foremost, Monica is really an angel in disguise 💙 she is so patient and she even waited to see me after hours on a Saturday! Oh and the apartments themselves are stunning. The attention to detail in the interior design is unmatched, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The spacious layout and high-end furnishings truly made me feel at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations.One of the biggest highlights are the exceptional amenities provided. The fitness center was well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines, perfect for maintaining my workout routine. The swimming pool was a welcome oasis, with comfortable loungers and a serene atmosphere. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site laundry facilities, which made my stay even more hassle-free.

    Had an amazing experience with the tour I had with Crystal Sanders. She was very professional and gave great information about a 1 bedroom w a den. Although the prices were a little more than I expected I had to acknowledge her being a great employee and you could tell she was very experienced in what she does and competent.

My husband and I already resigned another year lease. The staff is SO understanding and kind I’m so glad i found this complex! No roaches, bugs. Seemly safe & a quiet complex! I’ll be here for a bit, but 5/5. Never had this great of an apartment OR such great office staff. Thank you to all the girls in the office!!UPDATE AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS:Everyone here makes things as easy as possible for my husband and i at all times. Every single person in the office has been absolutely amazing.. I don’t have any complaints. 10/10 would recommend renting here!

    I love my new apartment the leasing staff is amazing and always helpful I am so glad I live here love the amenities don’t have to take my trash to dumpster just leave it at my front door and it’s picked up when I have a maintenance issue they are there the next day to fix the problem I HIGHLY recommend the Trails Apartments

    The manager at these apartments is a really great person. She kind, yet quick with the paperwork. Shes detailed & actually listens to the things that need attention when it comes to these apartments. I would recommend this place, it comes with a smooth process & a great landlord.     I lived here for 2 years and didnt have very many complaints -- the complex is well-kept, and its at the quiet end of a street, which is nice. I was in a first-floor unit and had constant issues with the lawn maintenance company constantly blowing leaves and dirt onto my patio, so I was sad I didnt get to enjoy that feature very much. The staff were always helpful and kind, particularly Brooke and Monica. I do think its a little expensive for what it is and I got priced out, but renting anywhere is a mess right now, so I dont think that can be helped. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to anyone who can afford it.

The property looks wonderful, the grounds are very well kept and the units are very nice. We are looking forward to moving my mother in law in and getting her acquainted with the property!

    My partner and I moved into our first apartment together here at The Trails about 3 years ago. Words cannot explain how great the staff made our experience. Ms. Donna and Ms. Monica were extremely kind and welcoming. Maintenance requests were completed within 24 hours and always kept the property clean. The only downside I ever had was the community laundry center was card only and the card readers would either take forever or just wouldn’t work. But, now I believe the office offers in unit washers and dryers for rent! Unfortunately, we moved out due to wanting a larger space. We were so sad to leave, but so grateful that this team made our first apartment renting experience one to remember.

    I honestly can’t say enough good things about these apartments. Ms. Monica is amazing, the manager is nice as well. Moved into my apartment and it looked brand new. Everyone stays to themselves the neighbors that you do see always speak. Property well maintained if you ever have any questions or concerns they will gladly help. I love it here.

    Ms. Donna is absolutely amazing and so is her staff! Sorry I don’t know everyone else by name. But Ms Donna is the manager! I have lived in the trials I wanna say for 4 years now. If that doesn’t speak volumes i don’t know what does!!! I never have any issues. They don’t bother me and I don’t bother them lol. But when I do need anything they are always quick to respond. I love the maintenance crew. Very polite and helpful! If I could give them 10 stars I would! As far as my actual apartment I LOVE IT. When I look for apartments I base my thoughts on the staff. I feel like if the management crew is amazing everything else will fall into place. This is a very big complex, and for Ms. Donna and her team to always have smiles and never sound frustrated when I need help is WONDERFUL. Thank you guys so much for making my living experience so peaceful.

    I lived in at the Trails for a the last 4 years and I had no complaints. I like how the apartments are really quiet and not a lot traffic around the property. Anything I called the office for, they were swift with their response and support. The apartments are reasonably priced and I do not have anything negative to say about the apartments. The appliances in my particular apartment are old and outdated, but everything else was fine. The office staff is very helpful and kind. I would recommend these apartments to others.

    I absolutely love living here the staff really does care about their residents and it really shows in everything they do for us! Ive been a resident at The Trails for going on 2 years now and so happy one become available just when I needed it. Ms. Monica the assistant managers smile lights up a room along with her wonderful attitude. Its not often you see that these days. Ms. Donna our property manager is definitely what you would want to run your property. Shes a manager who cares about her property, cares about the residents, readily available to listen and solve the issues not to mention enforces the rules and regulations to ensure each tenant is happy with their choice of residing here. After all thats what we want and expect them to do. Many properties see you as just $$ dollar signs but not this group of ladies. Its important to have a group of people that get the job done and done right. Since moving to Texas Ive never lived in an apartment complex that gave back to the tenants by having different activities during the year as well as offering an incentive for earlier birds who pay before the first of each month! Just another added bonus. That just continues to show how much they appreciate their tenants. If you are in need of a new home, one where you can feel proud and call home look no further. You will not regret your choice residing here. I could have chosen anywhere to live in Texas but the buck stopped here.

    I am so happy living here. The apartment is a lot of room for the price and comes with washer/dryer hookups. Its peaceful and quiet and well kept. The pool is open year round, which came in handy this year with the extended summer, but even when its too cool to swim its a beautiful place to just sit and read and listen to the waterfalls. The staff is friendly and helpful--they even keep fresh cookies, snacks, and drinks in the office and we are welcome to stop in any time. The only thing I dont like is that the hot tub heater doesnt work and theyre not sure when theyll get it fixed. All things considered, though, I absolutely love it here.

    Really nice looking apartments reasonable price for the times too Vivien was a big help with the leasing process and really sweet. Cant wait to move in.Update: its been 2 months now and Im getting on well with my apartment, my favorite thing is the silence, no crashing or bumps in the night anymore no being constantly woken up all hours of the night by screaming or yelling, its great.

    I moved in October to The Trails, I am loving my apartment! The property is all way clean, my apartment was ready on the day promised and upgraded prior to moving. The staff and Donna Aston was accommodating and helped me through the move in process and has also assisted me during my stay here. I love the size of my 2 bedroom apartment and all of the features. I also love the location being near 287/20 and all the restaurants and stores. I look forward to my stay here at The Trails.

    I absolutely love living here the staff really does care about their residents and it really shows in everything they do for us! Ive been a resident at The Trails since February of last year and there is no other place id rather live ! Mrs.Mary the Assistant Manager in the front office is so caring and sweet I dont know what id do without her! As well as Mrs.Donna the Property Manager shes been a big help to me ! October I was in a car accident due to my car being totaled i lost my job due to transportation and i needed help with my rent for the month! She and Mrs.Mary went out of their way and gave me a list of organizations that help with Rental Assistant for time like this ! I was so grateful because they didnt have to help me they could have just said oh well and let me figure it out on my own ! That just shows how much they care about their residents. If your looking for an apartment look no further, I promise you wont regret it !

I havent moved because its rare to live in an apartment community where the staff truly care about their residents.Ms. Donna & Ms. Monica are both sweet and awesome. The maintenance staff are also friendly and very responsive in completing your maintenance needs.Moreover, its always clean around the complex, quiet and safe!Apartment manager Ms. Donna always coordinates FUN resident activities like superbowl gatherings, game night, breakfast-on the go (to name a few) just to show resident appreciation.With that in mind, if youre looking for an apartment community that treat you like family rather than a number, thats also safe, quiet & clean choose the Trails.Its hard finding a good quality apartment, so this opinion is coming from a genuine, honest place!!!

    Great staff and property is always up kept. Very safe especially at night when walking the dog. No issues except for some noise complaints, but hey its an apartment. Most of the complaints on here that are two and below are from people who just expect everything. If thats the case, buy a house, its an apartment. The staff is awesome and the maintenance crew are good. Tenants are friendly. You cant go wrong here. Avoid down the street though.

    In this area it is hard to find a place like this for the price. Covered parking, optional one car garage which is really good for storage are great features. There is also a courtyard in the middle with volleyball and plenty of roomy for kids to play and for walking dogs. The staff is very friendly and they host special events from time to time. Each unit has washer and dryer hook ups. Access to Highway 287 and I 20. Great place to live!

    Live there for 10 years. I enjoyed living here and really didnt have any complaints with the staff. The maintenance was always available to fix things. I had one bad experience in 2006 when my car was stolen.I didnt have alarmed and during that time there was no security.

    I really enjoyed living at this property.The scenery was relaxing and I was pleased with my one-bedroom apartment I choose. They have a trail that you can walk or run on for excerise which I enjoyed. They always had some type of activity to bring our community together like painting with the twisit or Ice cream sundae dessert day which I loved. The staff imade sure if I had any concerns or maintenance needs, it was taken care of right away. The staff at the Trails in Arlington deserves a 5 star rating.

    My cousin was planning on moving to Arlington from New Jersey. Monica and Donna went above and beyond to help us with the application and approval process to try and get him approved. Unfortunately circumstances have changed for my cousin at his time, but if he again decides to come to Arlington I would not hesitate to apply at The Trails again.     Ive been here 2 years going on 3 now. Old management sucked but these newer people they have are wonderful. Maintenance has been great well except for the 3 times we had false fire alarms in my building. I would recommend this place.
