We lived at Bluebonnet for 7 months and overall are very happy with our experience. As with any rental, there can be challenges. The A/C was an issue for us at times and we bought a dehumidifier because the windows aren’t great and air would seep through. The unit was not clean when we moved in originally, but the office staff had maids come back out to remedy. Admittedly, we did have quite a few maintenance issues with the place but Mac was SO prompt, helpful and always resolved them for us. He is the reason this place felt like home and we were as comfortable as we were. Office staff has always been helpful and nice. Keep in mind.. it’s a rental. Construction is not great. BUT all things considered it the best place either my husband or I have rented from. Prompt response & remedy to requests is pretty much the best you can ask for while renting. If we hadn’t bought our house, we would have been glad to continue staying here. -

My lease here was 15 months. Any maintenance issues, i had was tended to immediately. It was raining pretty hard one night and i had water leakage through the tops of my windows and they came the next day and fixed all of them, never had an issue again.When i first moved in, we noticed roaches here or there, but we keep the place clean and put roach bait around and they were never seen again after 3 months. There is an ant problem (sugar ants). Again, as long as we keep surfaces clean and put things in air tight containers, we dont have a problem.This is a very nice area, love how everything is 2 miles or less away from everything you need or want, including a park with a walking trail. -

Our family was needing a place to stay in between selling our house and the new one being ready. Finding nice homes with flexible lease options is rare and we were thrilled when we came across these townhomes. As a family of 6, it is even harder to find a suitable rental, but the 4 bedroom floor plan was perfect for us! The management team on site was so friendly and helpful to us from the application process to when our new house was ready. We are so excited for our new home, but will miss the townhome community! -

We are newish residents to this community. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience so far. The leasing staff Sydney and Keisha are always kind, respectful, patient and helpful when dealing with my family and myself. When any issues have come up, it was handled promptly and professionally. We love our townhome as there is enough space for this family of six. It is a clean and quiet neighborhood. We are truly happy to be here.Fyi(This a real review from a real resident.) -

I have lived here for a long time and suggest living here to all my friends and family! Fantastic new manager Sydney, she is so friendly, and welcoming and is a great asset to this property. I love my home here, it is a clean, safe property with friendly neighbors. It is well-kept and pretty landscaped. This is by far the nicest townhome that I proudly call home! -

The maintenance guy here is awesome he is very fast consistent & very knowledgeable of what he’s doing you guys picked the right guy when you guys hired mackendrick pls have more people like him that works for your staff he is great he’s never not completed my work orders & very fast thanks to him I’m resigning my lease . -

Ive been renting with Bluebonnet townhomes for over 2 years. Ive really enjoyed living within this community. The townhomes are very functional, great for families, with an open concept kitchen, new appliances, spacious bedrooms and closets. All staff members on site have been extremely friendly and accommodating. Maintenace requests are fulfilled very quickly. The grounds are maintained on a weekly basis which keeps the neighborhood looking nice. -

Hello, I have been here at the BlueBonnet Townhomes for a year as of 04 28 23. I love the atmosphere and its quite. Management is very respectful. I do know for sure if something goes wrong with the air conditioner or toilets stopped up, the maintenance man is always on time and you never have to wait for days. I love it here and I LOVE the country atmosphere.Barbara Durham -

The new management company has seriously turned this place around. They are super responsive and act on any issue that we may be having. We love the new landscaping that they have redone and they keep the grounds very clean. Tammy the manager is super nice and accommodating and we thank her so much for that. The maintenance team is also very nice and respectful and they do a great job. We’re very happy here! -

We enjoyed our time living in the Bluebonnet Townhome community. Tami the leasing manager was pleasant, communicative, knowledgeable of the property, and walked us through the leasing process. They offer short-term and long term leases. The property is beautiful and the townhomes are in pristine condition. -

Stephanie and Taavia have been an absolute pleasure to work with at The Townhomes at Bluebonnet Trails. My fiancée and I moved in two weeks ago and any requests we’ve had have been promptly addressed either directly through them or the resources they’ve provided.The townhouse itself is just as clean and beautiful on the inside as it looks on the outside. The townhouse is spacious, accommodating, and the location is seemingly 5 - 10 minutes away from anywhere you’d want to be in Waxahachie.We’re only here for a short time as we transition into the home we are building in 2024, but if we have to extend our lease for any unforeseen issues, we wouldn’t be upset to be here longer.I would highly recommend The Townhouses at Bluebonnet Trails for any individual or family looking for a safe, friendly, and convenient place to live in Waxahachie. -

I love this place any issue I have they are right in it! This morning I noticed a pet to my fridge was repaired and they even put my food neatly back on to the shelf that was fixed!! Highly recommend I love the floor plans as well and maintenance is just incredible :) -

We went to do a tour and application for these townhomes and the landlord. I wish I got her name, but she was very sweet answered all of her questions that we had. Did great job!
