    I have lived here for 6 years and it has being the best 6 years of my life this place is great and the people are just really nice. They are always there when you need something. I have never had a problem living here. Now I just moved to a different apartment number because I’m not planning on living somewhere else. Cynthia is really helpful and really nice I would recommend her.

    I haven’t had great experiences in the past with getting information on apartments and Tania did a great job at doing hers. She was very informative and so sweet she gets 5+ stars.My s/o and I are actually considering moving in with you guys, the staff and the location is great and very well kept. Now we are just waiting for the perfect time to move! Thank you!

    I was looking for on today and I had help from Tania today. It was a very great viewing of the apartments I really enjoyed her conversation in welcoming me into into the apartments it was a great viewing of the floor plan. In really made me feel welcome and to walking into the front office I will be contacting yall real soon thank yall so much I really feel get about this move.

    Ive been living here for 4 years and they have made so many improvements to this property. What i love the most is the customer service very professional. I have my favorite though her name is Imelda she is very polite and friendly every time i go into office she makes me feel comfortable and i can express my self very good listener. I would recommend this apts.

    I just want to take time to give props to leasing agent Maricela!! She is a true asset to this complex! Extremely professional, extremely pleasant, consistent and beyond helpful everytime !! She is a walking 5 ⭐️ all by self!!!!

    I was searching for an apartment and I visited the The Thread apartments, I was recommended by a family member. Cynthia was the one that was kind enough to help me decide what apartment would be right for me and my family. She was very informative and even took me out to show me an apartment. Will definitely be back to rent as soon as possible.

    Let me start by saying this is my first apartment ever, because of that it was really easy to apply for it and the staff are very helpful in the process. This neighborhood used to have a bad reputation, but the new management has worked tirelessly into cleaning the street up and even changing it’s name to Esperanza Rd (Hope rd). Not only that but they have security patroling the neighborhood and have a close relationship with the DPD. And they even check if you have a criminal record when you apply which ensures no one threatens your safety or that of the neighborhood. I would recommend these apartments to families or anyone wanting to live a peaceful and safe life, and you’re close to everything (Walmart, Galleria Mall, LBJ). I am forever grateful with The Thread for helping get my first apartment every step of the way.

    I’ve been living in The Thread for year and a half now and i’ve never had any inconvenience with the apartment or with the staff. The staff always makes you feel welcome whenever you walk into their office for any questions. Great location and staff

I want to point out a certain lady named Dorothy, if anybody is looking for an apt she is the one you want to talk to very helpful ,very kind and she tries her best to help you !!     I had a very fast move in. Was very desperate to get my own apartament. All the three leasing agents Lilly, Mayra and Dorothy were very nice and helpful. I felt like if I was at home.

    Gotta day been here now year and a half I’m a transplant to Dallas and this place convenient and to top it off office staff is great and always willing to help. I personally like the fact that I can bring my concerns up to management without any issues, that’s a team.

    I have two years and for my part I do not change them. I highly recommend them and the best thing is that in the office, whenever you need help with something, everyone assists you kindly and the maintenance is up to date.

    I have lived here for 6 years and I like it because it is very close to my childrens school and everything is close by in general. The DART 360 bus route is close by and I like the treatment of those in the office. I would like to continue living here.
