Just moved to The Summit Brownstones earlier this month (Oct 2024). Our experience has been great so far. Gabby was a delight to work with in finding a that was available within our timeline and budget. Anytime we call the office, each staff member seems to genuinely care. We had a few issues at move-in (hey, stuff happens, and no dwelling is perfect), but the maintenance team has been awesome at working to remedy each issue. If you are seeking a truly upscale living experience coupled with a perfect location, this is the place for you!

Brian really goes out of his way to give a stellar experience, these are by far the nicest complex in all of Georgetown, the townhome, and amenities are beyond luxury at an amazing price for what’s offered. Natalie was also very informative, and helpful through the leasing process. Thank you so much for the top tier hospitality!

I sold my home and downsized to a townhome! Best decision I could have made. Finishes are beautiful, love my elevator and rooftop deck. The staff was so helpful helping me pick the right location. Can’t wait to meet my neighbors! Thank you team for a job well done.
