We love it here at the Standard Domain. The apartment is very big with high ceilings and central air. The apartment was repainted and cleaned before moving in. The management team is amazing!! Bonnie & Jennifer is always super helpful and positive. We love stopping by to say hello and for the free coffee and snacks at the leasing office after working out at the gym. The gym is very clean and has everything you need to get in great shape.We noticed some of the 1-star reviews others have left and I must say I completely disagree with them - they’re clearly just angry bitter people that aren’t being objective. The Standard Domain is excellent and I am so happy to call it my home. It has everything you could ask for. Grills, pool, doggy park, and more. You can’t beat the location! Everything you need is just a few minutes away.

My wife and I have really enjoyed living at the Standard. It’s in a prime location for us and easy in and out. Having the dog park is super convenient and it’s always kept up. We loved chilling at the pool all summer. The crew in the office is always available and helpful. Anything we need is always taken care of immediately-Highly recommend.

Recently moved into the standard at Domain Northside, and I must say, it has been a wonderful experience from start to present. The leasing office has gone above and beyond to ensure the process of applying, as well as the move in, were as smooth/stress free as possible.But it doesn’t end there; Bonnie, Jennifer, and Matthew are always willing to provide help with any questions. They definitely make it feel like home, and speak to you in a genuinely kind manner.The standard has everything one could need: coffee, gym, pools, great location, friendly leasing staff, mailroom, and maintenance crew that are also very friendly.This is definitely a place I am happy to refer to as home, and look forward to at the end of a long day.

I’ve lived in the Domain for the past 4 years and my last year at The Standards has been the best and nothing but great stories. I’m moving to the east side to discover that part of the town and I’m sad to be leaving the Standards.Here is my experience for you guysApartments: I give it an A-, they’re built new, modern appliances, and a view I truly enjoyed every day coming back from work (see image). However they can add smart door lock and thermostat to be A+.Noise: we literally have 2 stacks of windows (see image) in bedrooms and I can confirm there is no invasive noise in building 3 to keep you up. I was very worried about it before moving in actually.Management: nicest I’ve met in my past 12 years of renting in many different cities. They are flexible and try to HELP YOU! They throw good parties (not one of those lame pizza parties) every month with booze. I loved waking up to emails like “this morning don’t forget to stop by juice land and get a free shake on us”. Oscar is my boy there please and he takes care of you!Gym: it’s decent, we got cables, squats machine, all sort of free weights, and more. I always see training events.Cell reception: yes this is a big problem living at the domain, but not at the standards. My ATT line works 3 bars and 5G+ in building 3.Security: all entries are secure, and never had a problem with packages, or anything else.Parking: it’s free and I always find a spot, 1 car per applications is awesome.Neighbors: The Standards has fun and professional residents. I encountered no problematic neighbors.Dog friendly: the apartment has a private dog park and dog baths.Maintenance: almost never needed them and once I did they were fast and friendly.

If you want Urban Living this is the best place to be. Restaurants and bars are just steps away and shopping is fantastic. I love the Standard. My apartment is fantastic and love living here. I love the community, I am a new resident with move in date early February 2024 and love living in the domain, the leasing team has been so helpful, Bonnie has done a great job getting us settled in as well as the whole leasing staff. They’ve helped me remove a late payment and gotten me my move in special, printed out documents and gone the extra mile. The community is nice, 2 pools, 2 gyms, easy to get to for moving and couldn’t recommend them enough

I am a resident of The Standard for the past 4 years and have lived here through both the construction of the Domain and the management change here. As a married couple we very much enjoy the location of the standard and the amenities. Dont want to cook? Go out in the Domain and have a nice bite to eat. No plans over the weekend? Go to the bars on Rock Rose! COVID got you Cooped up? People watch from your balcony, or get your steps in with a safe walk around the Domain (surrounded by hired security team). The Amenities were understandibly closed during COVID-19 Lockdown, but The Standard Pool AND Gym were the first to open in all the Domain and nearby. So yes we were seeing a lot of visitors trying to take advantage of this. But they did an excellent job at reopening. Christina Hall has been doing a great job with this complex and has worked closely with me on a number of issues and Ive always appreciated her open communication and timely action. Diana and Omar are also outstanding and pleasant any time I need assistance, or need to print or scan something which happens often during these times.I think the biggest change with the management has been the hiring of maintenance and repairs-- Marla (cleaning ) and Eduardo (repairs). These are by far the two best hires in my 4 yrs here. Marla has an incredible respect and pride for her work, and is so thorough in her cleaning and really works to make sure things are not only clean but smells good and looks good! I also must say he English is fantastic and if you come across her definitely say Hi, shell brighten your day! She has respect for the tenants here and the luxury scale of this complex that leads her meticulous and caring manner of cleaning!Eduardo too recently assisted me with a AC repair, and even after the job checked in with me when wed run into each other in the halls just to make sure things were repaired satisfactorily. I then had another instance where we needed a sink repair. Which required the entire contents underneath the sink to be removed for the repair. My husband and I were working from home and unable to supervise the repair, but honestly no need! What I came back too was a perfect sink replacement with no surrounding debris. AND Eduardo even replaced all of the contents back under the sink exactly, and even a little better than I myself had placed. Similar products next to each other, folded dish towels. I mean the eye to detail to observe this and the care to do it was astounding!Especially Lately I would say The Standard and Team has been putting their residents first and provide a luxury living experience. Just wanted to give a shout out to the Standard at Domain and the parent company Live BH. The leasing team including Omar, Oscar and Christina were great! Omar worked very diligently throughout the process and I highly recommend him. I stayed there for a short while and unfortunately the apt didnt work out for me but Christina and Richard (regional manager) were very helpful in navigating the situation. The apt complex was going through a parent company change so the whole process took some time but I appreciate Richard and Christinas support throughout the process.

I moved from NYC to Austin and I was looking for a place in a semi-busy place, close to entertainment and walking distance to whole foods. Before I rented my apartment in Standard I spent months of searching and checking different places. I am so happy I chosen the Standard. I had no issues with anything in the apartment. The staff is super nice and understandable. The location is GREAT! I moved out of the apartment only because I just bought a house. They gave me back my deposit and they were very nice when I was leaving. I love the gyms, also they offer free classes to residents (boxing, yoga etc.). Neighbors are very nice, I have never had any issues (I was living in the building connected to the red parking). BTW, there is no problem with parking, so you can invite people to visit you - amazing. I have been living in many apartment complexes in the past and this was the best experience I had so far. If I ever have to rent again, I would definitely go back to the Standard.

Really have enjoyed living at the Standard. The maintenance team is great and the apartment location you can’t beat. Walking distance to all the good restaurants, bars, and stores. Gym is nice too. Overall great place to live. Price to live here has historically been very good but I’ve heard the rates are going up.The reason I don’t give this place 5-stars is because the gates in the garage have been broken ever since we moved in. I’ve lived here 8 months and they still aren’t fixed. The idea is they provide security but clearly that’s not the case. Just 2 weeks ago my car got broken into, they smashed my window and took some things. This hasn’t incentivized management to get the gates fixed. They’ve been blaming “supply chain” for 8 months now - at this point just get it fixed or find a gate that works.

Ever since the new management took over, it has been difficult for me to deal with it. They never respond to my emails or service requests via resident portal regarding noise complaints.Oh also about the late fee that occurred in my account due to system errors when they took over. I have no one to reach out as before, so been struggling with noise issues at 2AM. Absolutely ridiculous if you know what is feel like to be waken up middle of the night. I would avoid this property with the new management if I were you, especially if you want to live in peace and care about quality of your life.

I lived here with my wife for a year after moving to Austin and we loved living here. The apartments are definitely luxury level and its awesome that parking is in a gated off section of the parking garage. The staff are always very kind and helpful as well. The facilities, like the gym and the pool, are top notch and used regularly as a result.I only have a few real complaints. The first is probably obvious, the amount you pay here for the size of the apartment is pretty expensive. We are paying the same amount and have an apartment almost 2 times the size, still extremely close to The Domain and just as nice. However if youre wanting to live in The Domain, the prices are similar to other apartments in the area. The second is the front doors are not sound insulated enough at all. We could always hear people walking by the door and when we were loud it would be very audible in the hall as well. Not a huge issue I dont think but during drinking nights it could get really annoying hearing people in the hall so clearly. The last is not controllable by the apartment complex or a fault of theirs, but entering and exiting the parking garage is very annoying because apparently no one knows to slow down when in the garage. It was VERY common for a car to fly around a blind corner and almost hit me, kinda ridiculous and happened so often. Otherwise, extremely satisfied with living here!

Lived here for about 6 months and enjoying it. Great location in the Domain. The staff is very nice and easy to deal with. Units are nice and have enjoyed the pool, and common areas. I rarely see other residents but I have noticed some dont clean up after their dogs and have left the pool area trashed with cigarette butts. Overall, a good community with good value.

We have lived at The Standard for 2 years.We enjoy the Domain way of life :-)The staff at The Standard is always so kind to us. They do everything they can to make our lives a little more comfortable. They even signed us up for a package delivery system called Fetch. The standard is even taking on the extra expense for this customized package delivery option to ensure all residents packages are handled in the most efficient way possible. This aboveboard customer service is appreciated and one of several reasons they are the only place to live in at the Domain.

Overall, its a very nice place to live. The building is brand new and I have had almost no maintenance problems. I am part of the first group of tenants, and at first, there were the types of problems that youd expect for a place being lived in for the first time (fire alarms, broken elevators, rent posting late etc.) but the staff has worked hard to take care of these over the first 6 months, and there havent been any problems for a while. The staff is responsive and hardworking, particularly the maintenance staff, which I have seen go above and beyond in the few times Ive needed them. Ive never had a package lost, which is a first for me in an apartment complex. The noise is something that you accept if you decide to live in the Domain. Its a busy, crowded place, pretty much all the time. It can get noisier when more people are out on Wednesday/Thursday nights and on the weekends if you live on the side facing Rock Rose and the bars. The location is phenomenal. You are able to walk to almost any type of store/food.

Ive love living at the standard. During covid I thought i would be out of my mind but the management has been very accommodating. The best part about living here is the emphasis on healthy living. The online fitness classes that they through the property have helped tremendously through the pandemic. I also just started going to the yoga classes in the gym here. Not only that but they have personal trainers that watch over the gyms to make sure everythings put back and working. I had one of them i think his name was mike or mark show me new workouts and stretches. Fitness is a big part of my life and for an apartment to value it this much means a lot. Im not leaving anytime soon!!! Thank You!!!

Especially Kristina, she showed me my apartment and got me settled in. I love that its in the center of all the shopping and restaurants. I just wanted to take a quick minute to recognize Ty and to say Thank you for having him employed with The Standard at the Domain. He is an outstanding employee. I am a new resident and when i applied and moved in you had many changes in the office as far as staff is concered, but Ty has always followed through and delivered. I have come into the leasing office and he is sometimes very busy with potiental residents as well as current residents, but no matter what he is consitent in helping each and everyone and never loses that excellent customer service delivery. He is very thorough,patient and always smiles. I belive he is ready for growth within your company or in the industry of the Apartment business. Thank you Ty for making my living experience at the Standard at the Domain amazing! You are a definte asset to The Standard at the Domain! Keep pleasing your residents!!!

Very decent apartments in Domain, I could recommend for sure. It’s seen that management cares about the environment, it’s always clean, security involves in case of noisy parties at night. I also would like to say a special thanks to Christina Hall who helped us a lot!

My husband and i are relocating to Austin within the next 2 weeks and Jessica has been super helpful with the moving process and being very detailed in everything that the community has to offer! The property manager Christina has also been super helpful with the approval process and making sure we fall in love with our soon to be new home !

I just want to give a HUGE thanks to the maintenance team! I accidentally threw a bag down the trash chute that had $300 worth of computer recording equipment. I immediately reported it to the front office and Roly and Ivan from the maintenance team were able to immediately retrieve the bag before the trash compressor got rid of it! They saved me the hassle of replacing the equipment and with their help they saved the day! Highly recommend The Standard and their team is always on point. Thanks again Ivan & Roly.

I have been living here for a little over two months, everything has been great, easy access to multiple restaurants and shopping stores, Christina is amazing, she made the whole process super easy. Moving is stressful enough and she was more than considerate in answering my questions.

4.5 Stars is probably more accurate, but bumped them up oppose to down, bc my issues were not with the staff.Disclaimer: Lived in bldg 1 for 2 years, so i cant speak to the other two bldgs with the exception of the amenities.Quick Review: The staff is very friendly, maintenance get stuff done fast, property is well kept, so its a solid place in the domain.Pros: Location, Maintenance (you wont need them often, but they are quick to respond), Front Office (mainly Ty, he is incredibly helpful and really nice), Manager (Sara, who is our favorite part of the community), the gym in bldg 1, pool in bldg 3, cleaning squad (the hallways are well kept), the events they through, the security cameras/ locked entry ways, dog dna policy, communication about fire alarms, security issues, etc.Cons: Sharing the parking lot with Homeaway (a bldg 1 issue), a few punk ass neighbors (no way around this, but some of the residents will keep you up at night, literally), Zeroscape (if you have dogs, you might not like the amount of grass)My recommendation to potential residents: If youre looking for that domain lifestyle, do look at the standard, i think you will enjoy the community. However look to the top floor and in Bldg 3 would be most ideal in my opinion. I think Bldg 3 then 1 then 2 are in order of what i would choose. (i based this off of amenities and non-resident traffic levels, the units themselves are identical).Constructive criticism to property: While the security i lefft was greatly enhanced, i felt the property management was a bit slow to install some of the security features. I wish yall would have taken some of our suggestions/ complaints more seriously in the beginning and installed the security features quicker, but i am satisfied with the system that was installed (cameras covering the whole property, multi-locked entryways (a locked gate that leads to a locked door). Also, i think yall should have a resource on the weekends/ night hours just for mail. Similar properties would have a person solely helping with packages from 5-8pm weekdays and 12-4 on weekends. On the weekends its virtually impossible for the staff to handle potential guests and current resident needs.
