    My daughter recently moved into The Standard Apartments and wanted to change from a second floor unit to a first floor. Cruz Torres helped us every step of the way, so did the rest of the staff including Htar, in maintenance. Cruz made sure her move was seamless. Every issue we had was promptly addressed. So far, our experience is that this is a great complex with personnel that is attentive to their residents.

    I recently moved out of The Standard, and I must say, it was an exceptional place to call home. The apartment complex itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that truly made me feel at ease.The staff at The Standard are outstanding. From the moment I moved in, they were always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Their professionalism and friendliness made a world of difference in my living experience. A special shoutout to the property manager, Cruz, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Cruzs dedication and attentiveness are truly commendable.Thank you, The Standard team, for providing such a wonderful residence. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

    I don’t live in these apartments but earlier today my car ran out of gas and i had to park it in the guest spots in front of them, and as i grabbed my gas can from my trunk i see one of the front office workers coming towards me and i started to get nervous thinking they were going to say i couldn’t park there and be upset but boy was i wrong. the workers name is Alphonse and i have never met a more kind and caring man in my whole life. we were total strangers and he cared about my well being as if we weren’t strangers but family. small acts of kindness go a long way. thank you alphonse you left a mark on me to try my hardest to be kind to everyone i meet. god bless you brother. 10/10. he deserves the world and more.

    We moved in over a month ago and love it. Great facilities, friendly staff, and great area. Maintenance guys are sweet and prompt. Office staff returns calls and emails in a timely manner. Ample parking even though there is no assigned parking and most tenants are SMU kids or families, so they have a little louder fun sometimes. Definitely recommend, you get what you pay for.

    I loved my experience at The Standard! The property is well maintained. The leasing office and maintenance are very prompt and easy to work with. Cruz Torres is the best community manager i’ve ever had! Great guy, goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend living at The Standard! Zero complaints from me.

    The customer service from day one has been exceptional. The leasing agent Jenna is excellent and allowed us to view the apt so get measurements on more than one occasion. We love the amenities such as the updated gym and pool. We also love the fact that our packages are delivered into lockers and we receive notifications when they arrive. Maintenance has also been amazing. They are prompt and courteous. We have nothing negative to say about these apartments!

    I absolutely love the Standard so far. My roommate and I toured so many apartments before finally deciding with The Standard and we had Jenna guide us throughout the entire process. She was the BEST leasing agent we had worked with! We appreciated her help and transparency about the property which contributed to our decision to live here and we have no complaints so far!     BEST LEASING AGENTS. Jenna is an absolute gem and so is Haley. The apartment complex itself is super safe and quiet. The gates are typically left open but since it’s such a safe spot I never feel like I’m in danger. Pool is gorgeous, love my apartment— definitely will renew my lease.

    My girlfriend and I just moved into The Standard apartments this past weekend and we are so extremely happy with our new living space! The pool, workout facility, and dog park are all beautiful and really one of the big reasons we pulled the trigger on moving here over other places we checked out. The apartments are spacious and have high quality interiors with really nice features. Everyone at the leasing office has been so helpful and welcoming and are very attentive and responsive with any requests I’ve put in this far. We would highly recommend this complex to anyone and are very excited about getting all moved in and settled to really start enjoying our time here!

    A fantastic place to live, great location and Jenna in the leasing office is one of the most amazing people Ive ever encountered at an apartment complex. Shes attentive, kind and quick to respond via email/phone and has been extremely welcoming during my move.My unit is nice and spacious, and this complex recently remodeled their pool and a lot of their amenities, and its all really nice!I looked at 40+ apartments during my search for a place to live in Dallas, and Im really glad I found this complex.

    Moved in about a month ago and I’ve had nothing but the best experience! I was apartment shopping late June and as soon I walked into the leasing office I was politely greeted by the staff. Jenna specifically made the whole process smooth and easy! She answered all my questions, was extremely kind, and overall made the entire move in process go great. I’d highly recommend The Standard, lots of great amenities, great environment, and super close to lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

    We have new management & ownership, they have made and are still making so many awesome improvements to the property. The staff is responsive and always professional and helpful. Many grocery stores are close as well as lots of great places to eat. This location is very convenient to get all around town. They have garages & covered parking, nest thermostats and convenient electronic locks. I am happy living in this complex.

    I have lived here for about a year now and my experience has been great from day 1. The whole community is respectful and there have never been any sort of noise issues. I am also never able to hear my neighbors which is a huge plus. The walls must be pretty thick here compared to other apartments since that is very often an issue. The front office management is also great and has been willing to work with me on multiple issues with immediate results. All of my maintenance requests have also been completed within 2 days (often next day) which is amazing. Parking has also been very reasonable. I have never not been able to find a spot (but parking late at night might mean a little bit of a longer walk but no big deal). Overall I have had a great experience here and would highly recommend to a friend. The only thing that might deter some is that there is no elevator to the third floor which would have been a nice feature.

    We have lived at this property for close to 3 months and have loved every minute of it! Three things that stand out to us are 1.) The maintenance staff, who respond to requests within the hour and sometimes sooner! 2.) The accessibility of the property, which allows quick access to amenities and packages. A HUGE win for a family with two small children. 3.) The walkability of the area, we can enjoy walks in and around the property, every bit of it is manicured and well looked after. We highly recommend living at this property or at the very least, coming by to talk with the Leasing Staff who are kind and professional!

    I just moved in to The Standard, and my getting started experience could not have been smoother. Jenna Thompson and Bridgette Gregory were very professional and attentive to my new resident needs. When you lease at the Standard, they set you up with all kinds of apps and services to help make your life there as easy as possible. I had a minor issue which I logged after hours with their Virtual Doorman app and it got fixed within the next day. All in all, a great experience. The property is very conveniently located, in a very walkable neighborhood, with Central Market (my new favorite store) close by. Im a transplanted New Yorker and have just started my 12-step recovery program.

    I moved in a few months ago and have had zero complaints. This apartment complex is clean, well maintained, and the maintenance department is fast same day. The staff in the front office is helpful and nice each and every visit and always willing to help with anything they can. Quiet complex and easy access to the highway!

    We just moved into The Standard and are so excited to call it our new home. The complex is absolutely beautiful and they have really great amenities. We love the pool, dog park, and work out facility, and our unit is so comfy and cozy and exactly what we were looking for. Everyone at the leasing office has been so helpful with our move and have been so sweet with any and everything we need!

    We’ve had a really positive experience. Clean property, responsive staff, and nice amenities. The apartment life coordinators also host some great events with free food, drinks, and opportunities to connect with our neighbors!

    Had an appointment with Krystal today about being a potential resident at the standard. She greeted us as soon as we walked in, very welcoming. Answered any and all questions I had, showed us multiple options for a two bedroom and all the amenities. She was very personable, and kept great conversations. At the end of our visit I knew I wanted to be a resident at the standard, all with the help and kindness of Krystal. We cannot wait to call this place home.

    The Standard has been such a great experience to live. My husband and I have lived here almost 2 years and absolutely love it. The office staff is nice and very helpful and their maintenance staff members are attentive as well. The Standard is always kept clean and well maintained. No weekend loudness like you would expect coming from a highly SMU student populated community. Laura, the office manager, is so sweet and constantly attentive to the tenants. In conclusion, The Standard is a great apartment community located in central Dallas.

    I enjoy calling the standard my home. The leadership team and office staff are so hard working, friendly and available when needed. And I can’t say enough about all of the guys on the maintenance team, they are always willing to jump on my requests, especially Peter. You all are great.     Currently live at The Standard. Staff is great and maintenance is always very quick to respond. They are making improves to the property, which is appreciated as a tenant. The only issue I have ever had is with the online resident portal. I think improvements can be made to make it more user friendly, especially when there is more than one tenant living in an apartment, ie having the ability to split rent, instead of only one person being able to pay.

    Where to start and how to do this review justice?With a new management company that has been working round-the-clock to renovate existing units and improve our amenities with a renovated pool, gym, dog park, and office.With a stellar administrative staff: Bridgette, our exquisite property manager, the glue that keeps the community together; Jenna, our leasing agent whose diligence and service made us confident that The Standard was the best choice for us; and Htar, the hardest working service manager and person Ive meet with an all-around amazing attitude and level of service and thoroughness. In addition to the administrative staff our new community organizers, Kate and Logan, have already hosted events that make this apartment complex feel more like a community than just a place of residence!With the propertys PRIME location situated a mere 15 minutes from downtown Dallas; 5 minutes from our luxury mall—Northpark Mall. Its a mere walking distance from various grocery stores, like Central Market, and quaint little corner stores, like Parkit Market; as well as restaurants and shops along Northwest Highway and Greenville avenue, and a short drive to the luxury shops along Preston Road and Hillcrest Road in nearby University Park. And last but not least, our community enjoys plenty of public amenities such as parks and libraries, and White Rock Lake with its boating experiences and a huge dog park!If youre looking for a home with luxury apartment units, great amenities, ran by a stellar team that in my experience has always given their all to solve my problems and ensure my residence at The Standard is comfortable; conveniently located in the city, yet as quiet and cozy as suburban living, The Standard should be a top choice on your list. It was certainly ours and we made it our home!

    Second apartment I’ve lived at in Dallas and is definitely the better of the two. Pretty clean and well kept. Maintenance request are usually taken care of within two days. Fitness center is clean but lacks a little in equipment. Overall a great place to live (renewed for second year last month).

    Keaton was so sweet and amazing. We switched units because our first one was too small for me and my girlfriend. She walked us to the same units 5 times after we requested to see them again. She set up all of our paperwork and made the transition so easy! We were never rushed and she helped get us the best deal possible! If you ever are looking at the standard, I highly suggest you ask for Keaton. She made our lives 1000% easier.

    I live in this complex and they were recently took over by a new management company. I put in two minor maintenance requests, one about my specific unit and one about the building in general. Both were handled within 24 hours. I was so happy and the quick response and am so excited about them taking over. Happy to be here!

    Have lived here just under a year and cannot praise our new management highly enough. So many needed improvements in a short time. Place looks and feels better. I look forward to going into the office if needed as opposed for preparing to be ignored and annoyed.Wouldn’t have recommended at all a year ago and now, gladly recommend to others.

    Came and did a tour with the tall red-head, named Elijah Short. He took me around the property, made the tour super fun and interesting. Knew so much about The Standard giving me a sense of comfort. I am highly considering moving to The Standard because of Mr. Short being on the staff. Great guy!
