    I been living in the springs apartments for 5 months and already been having problems they don’t fix nothing wen I got off work and I came home I noticed a puddle of water on the floor bye my bed and my window and then went to the office to tell them they give me a blower to dry the walls also there’s a crack in the cement wall as well and it looks like it’s shifting also after I noticed the water 2days later I began seeing black mold in my walls so I reported the office to code compliance something needs to be done about this it doesn’t make no sense they want you to pay rent but don’t wanna fix nothing they not getting no more of my money I’m relocating and now I been sick 3 times since this has happened I went to the hospital they give me meds and I’m still inhealing this black mold cause it’s all over my room I been Living like this for 5 months and they have not did nothing about it this is just crazy how I have to live like this I would not recommend nobody to live there and the location is 3200 saint Juliet st ft worth tx 76107 after all that mold the ants start eating through the walls and made a whole ant pile on the floor inside the apartment

    Living at the Springs Apartments has been a wonderful living experience. I moved here in December 2017 and it has been an orderly, clean and convenient location to live in. The office staff are always pleasant and attentive to our needs; and also the maintenance crew as well. I look forward to living here for a long time. I want to let them know how much I appreciate all they do. Safe environment!!! BEST APARTMENTS IN FORT WORTH!!!!!!!

    There’s been massive improvement over the years. From the environment to management. The environment is peaceful. Rooms are standard for the price. It’s up to you to maintain and keep it clean of course. The employees at the leasing office are so warm and pleasant; Marsha, Tina and the current manager( forgot her name, sorry!). I remember now, Virginia lol. They are very professional and efficient.

    The apartments are under new staff and they are absolutely great .. been having problems with my windows leaking when it rains and I have complained for almost 3 years an with the new staff I put in one work order an it’s fixed with no problem

    I have a friend who lives here and I like the apartment. The maintenance department has any trash that is outside of the dumpsters cleaned up daily. The place is pretty quiet and the tenants seem to be nice and generally friendly.

    When we first moved in Tyeshia assisted us and she was very helpful, informative , with a great personality, given our situation she came in on a day when the office is closed and completed the process for me to move in. Throughout my entire stay here I havent anything bad to say at all . Mrs Virginia, CeAsia and Janet our all wonderful.

    I love this area of where the Apartment are. Now it is bad on roaches, BUT, you can get it under control. Other then that I love the Management Team here.

    My friend lives here and I like her apartment. Everything works well and it looks good. They take people with homeless vouchers. There are several swimming pools, and its walking distance to good food, entertainment, shopping, and 5 world-class museums.

    Called this apartment community to get some information. Spoke to Valerie who was very patient with me and the list of questions. She was very informative and really made me feel welcome. This apartment community has just gone to the top of my list witj my apartment search.

    Maintenance and pest control are never on time or just never show.The pools are permanently closed.Dumpsters fill up way too fast.

    I have visited those apartment complex and they are really nice and only thing i dislike the kitchen in the 2 bedrooms are small but everything else really neat and clean and there is not roaches either and hopefully one day i will call this place home and if i do i will be NOT be moving out no time soon and plus its close to everything and its really a quite apartments place to be at..

    While there was not an apartment available to view, the energy of the apartments was viable. Competitively priced student apartments near University of North Texas Health Science Institute located a few blocks away on Montgomery Street and University, also near the .Mental Health Association Building on 4th Avenue, a Lisas Chicken Restaurant and other apartments. With Art Museums, the Will Rogers Center, shopping and eateries within walking distance and just a few blocks to a Trinity Transit Bus Stop it is a superb location.Along the transit bus ride west are Tom Thumbs SuperMarket, Ridglea Theater, a Dollar Tree and a Black Eyed Peas Restaurant, small boutiques, spas and more restaurants. Travel a little further west on Camo Bowie to more boutique shops, fast food restaurants, and an Everythings 99¢ store. Stay on the # 2 bus or turn right on Lackland to the stop at Best Buy, Albertsons Supermarket, Applebees, Asian Bowl & Grill, Hotels and Restaurants, more apartments next stop Ridgmar Malls indoor aquarium plus other watery adventures, in addition to the usual retail indoor shopping, entertainment and food courts.Minutes away by car or a bus trip to the East on #2 is downtown boutique shopping,and a myriad of culinary adventures, and the trolley for down town sightseeing, a trip to Fort Worths Central Public Library.
