Would definitely recommend these apartments! The leasing agent Daniela and the manager Dorean are great, with excellent customer service ! They’re always ready to help an accommodate the best they can! They have been on top of resident activities! 10000/10 ! Cant forget to give credit to the awesome maintenance staff!

I can’t express how great it felt to be welcome by professionals who are normal people. The process and time frame for me to receive my apartment was a smooth and easy process. The Leasing Staff welcomed me with customer satisfaction to the fullest. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking.

I moved here in 2023 and the new management that took over in May is doing a much better job. This place is way underrated. All the residents Ive met so far are really nice. I live in row B and my air conditioning works fine, gets down to the low 60s. New maintenance crew and pool contractors are staffed with reliable people, and although management has been understaffed in the past they are finally getting around to solving a lot of the old problems.

The view is great! Some apartments are not updated however and need some work but the Maintenace workers are quick to resolve any issues.

I lived here a while back. But when I did it was a very nice apartment. They are relatively compact and small but have a very beautiful and functional layout. The absolutely best advantage of this apartment is both its location halfway up a mountain and the balcony views. At night it is like the stars fell down to the earth. You can see the city lights from El Paso to Juarez. During the day, you can see far across the desert past Ft. Bliss. It is very pet friendly and has a lot of nice places to take your dogs for a walk. I used to walk up the hill to the mountain trolly with my dog. I will say, however, there was once I saw a mountain lion half way up the mountain. Im sure its not common, but something to be aware of. It looks like it has been upgraded since I was there last. But, when I was there...it was very affordable. I paid a very low price for a 1 bedroom with all utilities, cable, and internet included. So, not bad.

Amazing office staff, very helpful and friendly! Dorean was very helpful with helping me find my first apartment! I’m in love and the view in the night time is great! they have great move in specials & try to help in anyway they can!

I’ve lived in El Paso for 3 years, I’ve lived in various apartment complexes. Villa Sierra’s Leasing Office has been the most professional staff I’ve dealt with. Especially Garrett, he is the epitome of customer service. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about him.On my last day, he and Adrian helped move my apartment. Any time I had a maintenance issue, he ensured we were taken care of. I strongly encourage any active duty military members to check it out.

These were the first apartments I saw and fell in love instantly. Ive only interacted with Garett. He has been the most helpful in this process of getting your first apartment. Very kind and helpful with any questions I had. The office is very professional and always there to help you. The maintenance is always on hand whenever you need them as well. They’re always looking at ways to improve the apartments overall. Just signed for a longer lease! I love this place!!!!! You’ll love the view!! It’s to die for!!!

We have been living here for 3months already and so far we love it. For the price we pay the space is great. Of course as with every apartments there are some cons but nothing we cant manage ourselves. The people in the office work with you and are great. These apartments are very military friendly and conveniently located near both east and main post. Ill update in three months. Oh neighbors are nice and friendly!

The place you want to be to experience magical sunrises and twinkling night lights, all from your balcony! Truly the best view in El Paso, youre facing east so you ALWAYS have a beautiful sunrise. The staff was beyond helpful from viewing to moving in (and that was during a pandemic). Now that Ive lived here close to a year let me tell you what comes after the allure. The staff does not cease to go above and beyond, truly wonderful from the front office to the maintenance personnel. They care about your satisfaction, want you to be at home. Very little traffic because youre on the mountain so I find it to be pretty peaceful. And truth be told, it is my favorite place in all of El Paso.

Just pcsd out to fort bliss, working with Garrett through the transition was smooth. Definitely went out of his way to help. Hardwood floors, new appliances, countertops. Hot water, cold air conditioning. Neighbors are friendly, quiet. Getting to relax watch a movie with the wife & look out over elpaso at night is really comforting. I was skeptical of other reviews before getting here but after moving in I realized that people really had to pick & choose their complaints. Bought a fan for the bedroom due to heat but given the fact that the apartment had doors open all day for cleaning, the ac cooled it down once everything was done. So its not really needed. Only real tip is to make sure the fireplace hatch is closed, Im sure that contributes to loss of cool air. Within 10-15 min drive to post. Right down the road from a scenic drive you can park your vehicle & really enjoy an amazing view of the city. More than happy to be here & call this home. Cant wait to familiarize myself with the area & really get into the elpaso community!!

Ive really enjoyed living here not once, but twice! I lived here in 2012, deployed to Afghanistan, returned in 2014 and lived here again in 2015. I rate these apartments on location, friendliness of staff, the view, the gym, the newer laundry amenities and the value you receive for the price you pay in rent. The only problems I have encountered were some wear and tear items of which the management and maintenance has attended to with the best of their abilities. The only other issue Ive experienced is with the loud and inconsiderate tenants(who probably rate these apts 1 star). Be a normal considerate human being and turn your f$&@ing radio down when you enter the parking lot. Nobody wants to hear your crap music, how loud your car exhaust is, or how hard you party. With all that aside, I would recommend the mgmt be more selective on the tenants they rent to. So if you feel you fit the profile of a decent disciplined considerate person, this place is for you. But if you have the profile of an entitled-attention hungry social leach; look on dyer st.

Absolutely love it!!! View is great. They work yo acomidate you. I was surprised I went in 2 months after moving in and the reception remembered to what apartment I moved in. Also, I had called in for repair on my dink and the guy forgot to put in order but when I went day after they were supposed to go, they imediatly got it done. Now Im getting some family members to move in!!!!

These apartments are truly amazing! I’ve been a resident for 7 years and I’ve had no issues at all. The view is amazing, the neighbor’s are cool and staff is outstanding. The best place in El Paso if you ask me!

Super spacious floorplans. Everything is new, including my stove and refrigerator which I absolutely love! The managers are super friendly and the gym is open 24/7 with a nearby hiking trail I absolutely love living here.

We had a bumpy start moving in, but management ( Liz Godfrey) went out of their way to make things right. Maintenance was awesome, they were in and out fast. Super quite community, with spectacular views.

In Villa Sierra apartment we have fallen several times because the stairs are broken and loose everywhere...in the apartment it leaks and the tub fills to the brim with water and is thrown on the floor....and after 6 months to date one cannot bathe and cockroaches everywhere......and leaks everywhere...the truth is until now...there is no maintenance
