    I’ve been living here 4 months now and I really enjoy it! When we first moved in The Nelsons left us a welcome home bag at the door, with little knacks just to start off. Maintenance is awesome they come within 1-2days of the request. Which I’ve never experienced at any complex I’ve stayed, they also have a lot of community gatherings in the office which is nice as well. The only problem is there is limited parking so purchase cover parking but other than that I love it over here.

    Weve lived here for almost 8 years now and it has been a mostly positive experience all around. Our maintenance is absolutely top notch! Ive never encountered a better maintenance team. Our Cares Team or Courtney and Zane are the best!! Their events and fellowship has been our favorite part of living here.

    Edit: ok so I’ve lived here for 3 months so I decided to update my review! Maintenance team is above and beyond. They rock! My one issue with the complex so far is that the dryers don’t work. I’ve called the office and I’ve called maintenance. The office basically told me to call the off site company (which I did) or get my own dryer. Having a washer and dryer accessible in the community was a selling point for me and the fact that I have to hang my wet clothes all over my apartment while the office avoids responsibility with the dryers is not my favorite. Still a great complex but don’t let the promise of a working washroom away ya ;)When moving to Dallas Fort Worth area I spent weeks looking at apartment ideas. When I got into town I toured at LEAST 20 complexes. I immediately fell in love with Seasons of Green oaks. The location is incredible, close to everything but still a country feel. The floor plans are generous for the price. Best deal I could find for sure. Andrea was my helper from the tour, through move in and for my every need. The move in process was easy and they walked me through every step. The apartment was in great condition and I’ve loved every minute. The complex has great tools such as opening the gate from your phone. Andrea and the office staff are easily accessible for my every need. I’m so grateful I found this complex! I trusted the positive reviews and they’ve proved to be accurate. Highly recommend this complex. Thank you Andrea and team!

    The application process was quick and the staff was really understanding about my ESA 🐶. My puppy loves our new apartment and the best part is that they have some poop bags spots, so when I forget mine I can easily use those. The apartments are clean and well maintained.

    Laura and the apartment’s staff are amazing. Respectful and efficient is how I would describe them. If I write a claim it gets fixed right away. The apartment is big and the neighbors are nice. The pool is always clean.

    We have lived here since 2017 and we love it! We have a 3 room apartment for an affordable price, the neighbors are nice, and the maintenance team is the best!My only complaint is about the new towing policy. After having lived here five years with no parking problems, it was quite jarring to have our brand new car get towed at 2 AM with no warning despite the fact that there were 20+ empty spaces right next to ours. (I do acknowledge that we violated policy because we forgot to register our new car; it just seems like a petty policy.) Visitors also have to register every time they come, and thats only good for 24 hours. The visitor parking spots are not conveniently placed, nor are there enough of them.That said, overall we have enjoyed our time here very much.

    Very friendly Laura did a great job showing me the unit. This property has definitely moved to the top of my lis. Very clean and quiet.

    I moved into seasons in 2017 and the apartment size was perfect and the location was good. The maintenance staff was awesome and very pleasant. They always came quickly even if the issue happened on a weekend. Whenever I called the office, Barbara was very helpful, polite, professional and never made you feel like you were bothering her. If the people above me didn’t sound like they had horses running through their apartment all hours of the night, and management was more willing to spend money on much needed apartment upgrades, and parking was better, I would not have moved out.

    I set an appointment online about 3-4 weeks ago, the next day I got off early and decided to stop by. I was able to view a one bedroom and really liked it. The next day I went in to fill out the application and Andrea was there. That was a pleasant surprise as Andrea was my leasing agent at my previous complex. She was awesome then and seems to be just as awesome now. I am not set to move in until mid Aug but she has been in constant contact with me to make sure that the move in will be smooth. I am looking forward to my stay at The Seasons at Green Oaks.Wouldve given 5 stars but I havent moved in yet. LoLThanks Andrea and Staff

    My wife & I are both new here in Texas and decided to make this our first home & I must say, this was one of the best decisions. Ms. Erin, Sr, and the maintenance men keep things impeccable around here❤️ & are some of the greatest people ever. We look forward to being here a while 😌

    This is probably one of the best apartments I have lived in, and I’ve lived in several in my 8 years of living on my own. My apartment prior was a nightmare and I was so wary. I checked a bunch of reviews and this is actually the first one I looked at and liked it so much I decided on it after the tour with Zane. Zane left the office but the other ladies were helpful as well. The gentlemen on the maintenance team were always so efficient, kind, and quick to respond. If they did a service and I wasn’t home, they would leave a business card with the name of the repairman and that they completed the service. Talk about above-and-beyond service!On my first day of move-in, I received a welcome box with goodies from the office!I never dealt with pest issues, I never dealt with the office ignoring calls and never returning them, I never dealt with being embarrassed of where I live! The only thing I would say was tough is that there’s only one entrance/exit, so it always took about 5 minutes to get out of the complex and during traffic, it was hard to get to 360 because of the location.If I didn’t move into a house, I would have renewed my lease!

    We moved here in October and have loved it since. Barbara was very flexible and replied back quickly even when they were super busy. We have friendly neighbors, it is really quite most of the time and the grounds are kept clean. When we moved in we had issues with our dishwasher and literally a week later had a brand new one. Last week we had no water because the storm but the main office was very communicative and understanding. Another thing, they always do these cute activities and get togethers by the mailboxes and we are too busy to go but I always see these signs up. For christmas they did hot coco kits to your door. I really do like that, its just something fun they do during everyones busy life. Thank you for making living here a wonderful experience and some place we can call a home.

    I lived here for several years. I stayed in a large 1 bedroom with a study had a good view of the pool. The I downgraded to a smaller 1 bedroom. I enjoyed both apartments. Both of my apartments were nice sizes that fit my stay.Maintenance is quick to response, clean and safe environment.The community also has courtesy officers available on the premises.Accessible to the highways and close to a lot of shopping areas!

    Love our apartment. Been there for almost four years now, and can’t complain. Maintenance is quick to respond and they have community events all the time. Barbara is such a blessing. She can go above and beyond to find a solution to your problem. She is so professional and lovely.

    I lived here for 2 years & absolutely loved it! Maintenance is fast, office staff is understanding & professional! During COVID they even sent emails to residents it showed that they actually care! I literally had zero problems my entire stay. There’s also an officer who lives on property so that made me feel even more safe. The gates are always closed which is great & if there’s an issue with one it’s fixed ASAP. I was sad to leave such a great property.

    Living in this apartment complex was the best rental experience I have ever had, until I needed to break my lease. The complex was secure. The rent was affordable. The grounds were always nice. The apartment itself was in great shape upon move-in. Maintenance was always quick to respond to requests. Aside from that, Mrs. Barbara , Zein, and Virginia were awesome. They really care about the tenants.Management left a little to be desired. They were not the best at responding to emails or returning phone calls. If you need to break your lease for any reason, be sure to review your lease agreement closely. It may even be a good idea to seek legal advice regarding release, reletting, and the return of your security deposit.

    Wonderful office staff and very nice apartments. A bit pricey to me but considering what Ive seen in this area and the prices they are in line with with housing costs. By husband just moved into one of their one bedrooms and it is really nice. Love the structure of the management as well. They do not allow people to trash the place which will help it good its value.

    This 5 star goes out to Barbara and Virginia. These ladies bent over backwards to ensure that we received our keys to our new home after closing time. I traveled from Amarillo, Texas to Grand Prairie to move my son in this apartment complex. When I arrived, We tried to pay the deposit and rent with a debit card but found out they only accepted money orders and cashier checks. There was only 10 minutes to drive to a near by bank after the manager refused to take my word or the word of Barbara that I would give them their money in less than 24 hours. The bank couldnt help because I wasnt a member. These two ladies left and returned to assist us after I drove all over Grand Prairie to find a money order machine working. Im so grateful for the trust they had in us Im a school teacher and my son works at a reputable company. ALL BLACK PEOPLE, ALL WHITE PEOPLE AND ALL MEXICANS are not trying to get over on you. Some of all races are good, hardworking and trustworthy people. I thank God that He gave these two the discernment to know who can be trusted. THANKS LADIES!!

    Really nice complex..floor plans are great but need more inside closet space on the 743 sq ft apts...reasonable parking (before 7pm), staff is amazing and maintenance is outstanding!!! requests are usually done the same day or the next..and grounds are kept very clean..no incidents to note, an all around great place to call home! Not to mention the community activities that are offered regularly at no additional costs..all they ask is for u to stop by and meet a neighbor and make a friend..Love love it here

    I lived there from Jan. to June of 2014. I lived in the middle section, which is safer. The office staff was very nice while I was there. The rent price is easily $100 less than others around that area, I checked 20 other apartments. Its not fancy but my apartment was clean. Some people can be annoying but thats at most apartments. Oh, the pet deposit was high but I got most of it back except $20. I dont know how one reviewer said landscaping is bad, because the grass was always cut when I was there. If I could load a pic I would.

    I was referred to this community from my apartment locator and the experience that I had today while touring was amazing. I called 2 wks prior to confirm availability and schedule a possible tour but due to COVID I wasn’t able to do so at that time but was promised a call back. What I appreciated the most was that I received a call back from Andrea to follow up with my inquiry and she answered most of the questions I had at that time and assured me that there were units available to tour before I traveled 4+ hrs to this community 👏🏽👏🏽I completed my tour today with Ricky and he was such a delight. He answered most of the questions that I had and was very attentive to my needs. Laura also stepped in to provide more details about the community and took my overall experience to the next level. Although I have other communities to tour this week The Seasons at Green Oaks are definitely one of my top prospects to lease with! Great Customer Service !

    Love living here, hence being here 5 years. Its quiet, people are friendly and respectful. Staff is GREAT! I have never seen bugs or pest. Lawn is always maintained and pools are always clean. I recommend this apartment.

    I am not a tenant there but Virginia was really nice, she took me on a tour around and she told me that she lives there! It is a nice place and seems safe, but I did not like it. It is great for families or for those who dont mind living in a housing apartments.

    Renewed after successful completion of 1st 6 months of lease. Been here since November and really feels good. Work orders taken care immediately. Its been awesome leaving at seasons. Will be staying for long.

    The apartments themselves are very nice. The one major issue they have is somewhat poor insulation or circulation or something that causes the two non-master rooms to be stuffy in summer and chilly in winter, even when the rest of the house is fine.Theres not really a dining area; theres just barely enough room for a circular table with four chairs, but its a bit cramped.Weve got the version with no porch; the equivelant area is converted to an extension of the living room that we cordoned off with a baby gate to essentially make another office space.It comes with a dishwasher + fridge, but no washer/dryer (although theres a dedicated room for them with hookups). We rent washer/dryer from a company the apartments referred us to for like $45 a month, but you could provide your own if you prefer.The apartment has a pool (albeit only about 4-5 feet deep) and frequently runs community events, such as pool parties, barbecues, movie nights, and the like.Maintenence requests have always been responded to quickly.

    I live here for almost 2 years now, in 1 bedroom, and 2, the apartments are large. They are quick to respond your maintenance request. The staff is very nice and helpful. Safe and clean place to live. It is close to the highway.

    Overall nice apartments, the office and maintenance responds to issues quickly if any.. Very safe and secure property, Curtis was the best maintenance guy every .. Kinda overpriced I feel and the move out fees are outrageous even if you clean the place good before you leave !

    In response to Kemoney Anderson.- Kemoney you are probably the mother of those demons, that you called kids. You failed to comment that your kids damaged property, from the complex and vehicles. Also, the only rats, and snakes I have seen are you, and your despicable creatures from hell. You are lucky CPS is not involved regarding you neglecting those kids, since they are always around the complex by themselves. If i could give you and your kids -100 stars I would.
