We just moved in today and could not be more pleased. The apartments are gorgeous. If you love to swim, this is the place to come to. They offer some apartments with yards for pets as well. Everything is clean and managed well. What I mostly want to mention is how amazing we were treated by the office staff. Seda in particular has been absolutely amazing. She called and text me throughout my process of moving to make sure I didn’t need anything. She made us feel so welcome and is one of the main reasons we chose this complex. I can’t wait to live out our lease and beyond here!!

We have lived at the Ruby since August 2020 and renewed our lease for a 3rd time! We absolutely love it here! The complex has great amenities and the location is central to so many great spots, especially the retail shops right in walking distance, it’s so convenient. The staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great and responds back very quick. We have loved all the different fun activities they have had over the years to make this place feel more like home. Overall, have loved our experience here and definitely recommend this place!

Update: I love living here at the Ruby! My building is nice and quiet. I have friendly neighbors and the management team is so nice and helpful. Any maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. There are plenty of parking spaces outside of my building and it is well lit at night. Overall, I enjoy my apartment and the amenities offered here.I recently went on a tour at this complex with Megan. I had the best experience, she was very informative, and gave me all of the details I needed before signing my lease. The complex is very well kept, the bathrooms were clean (which is a big indicator of how well they keep up with things) and the location is great. The pool is huge and I love that they have a dog park for my pet. As we toured, the complex seemed very quiet, even though its right off of the highway. Im excited to move in and will update this once I get to experience life at the Ruby!

Sherri, Megan & Arlene are literally the best people ever! The only reason I am continuing my lease here is because of them! They are so sweet & kind and go above and beyond to make sure all residents are happy! The apartments are also super beautiful and well maintained

Great apartment complex. Safe environment amazing pool, and gym. The unit are nice and up to date. They also have a great maintenance team. They are quit to fix any issues in your unit. The front office is always good at keeping you updated with events and information. Been here for almost 2 years, and haven’t had any issues at the Ruby.

Really enjoyed my stay here! My only reason for leaving was for my own work commute. They have beautiful facilities, amazing units, great staff. I was happy to call the ruby home!

My move to Ruby At Chadwick Commons was the best I’ve made. My apartment was a downsize and it’s perfect for what I need. The price was very good. I’m enjoying the Fetch delivery service more than I thought I would. Maintenance has been awesome when there’s been any kind of issue. The management here are very friendly, straightforward in communicating with the residents but their true colors came out during this weather crisis Texas had. They kept us informed and went out of their way to help provide a few meals and start a food bank for people who were in need. They have done so much to make this feel like home and a community with numerous other events that have happened since I’ve moved in. Excellent staff! Very very pleased, highly recommend this place!

Lived at the Ruby back in 2021-2022 it was such a pleasant experience. One of the best apartment pools and bathrooms layouts I’ve seen and you can’t beat their price. Never had any issues and the location is GREAT.

Im very excited to live here. Megan was a huge help in getting my lease signed. While she was busy with another guest on the tour, the manager, Sherry assisted me and walked me through the entire complex. She answered any and all questions and did her best to be transparent. I have family who lives here so Im very excited to see what is in store!
