The apartment hardware and property is OK. But the bh management company response is questionable. Though I have everything finally set up properly, the management first removed the sign on bonus promised to me during the contract sign on process, I asked for it back.After move in, there are a few minor issues needs to be resolved, including dead battery of fire alarm, wasp nests on balcony. But it has been a week after I moved in, the issue has not been solved by them. Pest control is promised to come yesterday but they didn’t. The maintenance officer visited yesterday for battery replacement but said since no one is at home and he left. (It’s after I complained multiple times and visited their office twice to ask for battery replacement, they still don’t have the battery in the leasing office)I have visited the leasing office multiple times(either no one there or tons of people there wait for help), called them a lot and e-mailed them a lot of times. E-mail is so far the most reliable way but it still depends who you sent message to and is only for non-urgent thing. Phone calls have never been taken correctly. If you are really in urgent, visit the leasing office is the best, but it still take me multiple visit and the issues has not resolved. -

I had the pleasure of working with FELICIANA during my tour/move 2nd season THE RIDGE and I have had an amazing experience. Moving is such a stressful process and the manager FELICIANA has made the transition seamless! She has been patient, friendly, informative, extremely, cool helpful with utilities inquiries, and knows the property well next level for her. All my questions/concerns have been answered. Truly the best experience I’ve had.The office staff here are always friendly and make sure residents feel welcome. If assistance is needed theyre incredibly helpful and responsive. The maintenance team responds quickly to service request and ensure that everything is taking care of efficiently. And lets not forget agent Yacel how she is always attentive and friendly.Thanks a lot -

I felt at ease knowing that she was so knowledgeable and offered all of the amenities that I needed. She provided all the information necessary to apply and made sure I had all the necessary documents. Walked me through the application and made my leasing experience less stressful. I cant speak on living here, yet, but I can say that my tour cemented my decision to rent here. I appreciate how patient and personable Edisemi and Yacel were with me; they answered my many questions and took me to multiple units to view (in the rain) because I wasnt sure of what I wanted. I also noticed that a lot of the renters on property would take time to stop and casually chat with them and they seemed happy to be here. I appreciate how friendly everyone was, and Im happy with what I saw on property. Especially, all the community amenities available!Thanks again to Yacel and Edisemi. -

Where do I begin... I have lived here almost 30 years and the main reason is location location location. Next to a HEB and quick to get to everything and anywhere around the city. Could not be more convenient. It’s the reason I still live here.Now that being said, the property does have its ups and downs… It seems upper management has made numerous poor decisions on contractors (things like exterior painting and parking lot) which have resulted in a less than desirable look on the outside, and the work that was done is peeling, faded, etc due to poor quality). The pool is it maintsined properly at all. Their policies have resulted in many long term residents leaving especially due to raising rent on long term tenants while lowering rent for new tenants. I rate BH Management 1 star for how the operate.So why 5 stars you may ask. Besides location… It’s honestly the leasing agents that help with the requests and issues you may bring. Even when at times it can be frustrating that things like repairs (waited 9 months for a leaky tub to be replaced) aren’t getting done but when they do it was their due diligence that keeps pushing them through. Found out it was upper BH management that would not approve the repair cost seven though it had the potential to leak and damage another unit.. (It was finally done, but the fact that upper BH postponed it so long almost had me move).Even when I had an extremely unprofessional incident with one of the temporary people BH sent from another property in Florida, the agents here were very nice about helping me with what I needed once the temporary person was gone (still never heard from upper bh management who I contacted about the incident).So I give 10 stars to people like Yacel and Edisemi who work hard to make sure our concerns are listened to and even when we are frustrated by the lack of action from upper management. It’s employees like these two that keep me living here. -

The new property manager Lana is very helpful and kind. They seem to have been short staffed and when they told me I needed a new water heater and would be out of hot water for a few days until the new water heater arrived she offered that I shower in a vacant apartment. She goes above and beyond the call of duty which has not been my seperience in other aprtments -

I moved in 9 days ago. So far so good. When I first came to look and ask questions, Kniyah was the agent who helped me. Very good experience. Then after that 2 others helped me with the move in, Amelia and Juliana. All 3 of them were responsive and easy to deal with. The apartment complex is quiet. My apartment is nice. Its got 4 closets in a 1BR. The 6 week move in special was great. The Staff and the Apartment are great here. Thanks. -

Lived here for just over a year at this point in a renovated 1bd 1baPros:* Very well maintained property, moreso than other complexes in the area. Its nice to see a good portion of the rent Im paying going into keeping the property in good shape* Not entirely unreasonable rent, competitive with nearby complexes with good square footage for what youre paying. While a fair rent scheme would lower my renewal rent in these market conditions, they at least kept it the same at renewal.* Excellent location, a 5 minute walk or less from HEB and a UT shuttle.* Ample parking and a more relaxed towing policy than nearby apartment complexes make hosting a possibility* Spectrum and AT&T give you networking options* I personally have had no roach problems, something usually common for other lower income complexes - be sure read other reviews though as this seems unit dependentCons:* Valley Trash service is required - a complete grift thats not appropriate for general apartment complexes* At this price point in 2024 I would expect a microwave. Instead, I have an ornamental, largely useless range hood that is not ducted anywhere.* My unit spends a significant amount of square footage on the bedroom. This could be better spent on a larger kitchen or an in unit W/D (or both, if it was in the kitchen like a lot of European appartments)* My apartments networking is not properly grounded and has lead to substantial costs in damage to my network equiptment. An in-line ethernet surge protector is an absolute necessity. Spectrum couldnt fix this. Theres also better, unavailable service providers in Austin like Google Fiber* My closet hanger rods are painted white, leading to paint flakes on my largely bruse-colored wardrobe.* I havent had issues personally, but the property has had a large number of vehicle break-ins during my stay. This is unusual for the area.* My unit is comes equiped with a nest thermostat, which is nice gesture. However, this doesnt make up for the poor unit insulation that leads to unusually high electricity costs. Im paying ~$150/mo in the summer, about twice that of my previous 2bd 2ba at a different location nearby.Youll notice that these cons are somewhat nit-picky, but theres a fair number of them, hence 4 instead of 5 or 3 stars. -

2023 Update: Management continues to be great and vigilant. I did experience bug issues however, and the laundry room has been broken for over a year. Decided to move to be closer to work/have a nicer apartment, but grateful for this management team!I moved in about a week ago, but The Ridge management has been absolutely incredible. I was originally meant to move in to the complex next door (LIV @ Northwest Hills), but the unit was a complete disaster on my move in date and their management (Property Society) put me through a terrible few days of lies and awful housing conditions. Desperate to find a suitable place to live, I went over to The Ridge hoping they could be of help.Brandon Knight ended up completely saving the day for me to make sure I was not homeless. He was thorough, kind, and prioritized my situation to find me a great unit to move into right away. Him and the rest of the team have been absolutely fabulous at accommodating my difficult situation, and I feel so happy in my new apartment. It is clean, has a ton of storage space, and is the perfect distance between both downtown and The Domain.I never thought management mattered before this incident, but now I am aware of how it can make or break an apartment experience. Thank you to Brandon and the rest of the team for truly turning an awful situation around. I am one happy resident! -

We have lived at The Ridge the last 3 years. We love the management here. They are always quick to reply when we have any questions and maintenance is quick to respond, especially when theres something urgent (when it was cold out, we had someone immediately show up to fix our water heater when we submitted a request at 6 am).Weve only had a few minor issues with our apartment these last few years. The finish on our bath tub is painted on, but the paint bubbles up and cracks in places. Management helped us get the tub re-painted a while back, but its continued to bubble and crack. Weve also had issues with roaches on and off, but management has also been great at making sure pest control comes out in regularly scheduled intervals to spray, which made a dramatic difference.Overall, I would (and have) recommended living here to several people. What you get for the price is a great value. They also have a referral program if you do persuade someone to move here!Well be moving out of the state next month, but I really cherish having lived here the last few years. Thank yall for everything! -

Lived here for 6 years from 2016-2022 as a student before leaving for work. My rent here stayed pretty much the same every year which is nice, but it wouldve went up 7% if I stayed another year so maybe that policy is over or I was paying too far below the market rate. I have lived here for 3 years and absolutely love it. The leasing staff is very professional, caring, and helpful. They go above and beyond with making you feel right at home. Any issues I have are addressed promptly and effectively. The maintenance crew is the best I’ve ever had! Again, always quick and efficient, and extremely friendly. As for the complex itself, I have never had any big issues with noise or rowdy neighbors. Not sure if I’ve just been lucky, or perhaps these buildings are well insulated! The shower pressure is awesome, water gets very hot, and the grounds are always kept in great shape. You can’t beat this location either! All in all, I am happy to be here. Thanks to The Ridge staff, especially Leann and David, this place really feels like home. -

Absolutely love living here. You seriously cannot beat the location. Just a short 10 minute drive to The Domain, Arboretum and downtown, HEB, post office, cvs and the library are within walking distance. The maintenance team I cannot say enough praises about. They are efficient and effective in their work and get it done right. Overall it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood and very pet friendly. The office team is also pretty amazing with communication so you never have to truly wonder what is going on. Lived here for over a year and just signed my renewal and look to be here for a few more. The Ridge is the best on the block for sure! -

The service that Ive received from The Ridge has left me absolutely speechless. Even before Id committed to my lease, Nina Soileau was always super helpful and had answers to each and every question that I had. I never felt like a nuisance at all because the exchange from her was nothing but positive. Even when I decided against signing at The Ridge, she was extremely understanding and wished me well.Because of a very unfortunate turn of events at my last apartment complex, I had to search for a new apartment as soon as possible. I remembered the openness and will to help that Nina provided me, so I immediately reached out to her with my situation. She was extremely understanding and told me my options with no wasted time (her email response rate is phenomenal!). Nina worked with me back and forth to get everything settled, and within 36 hours of having to vacate my last apartment, I had a place waiting for me at The Ridge. Ive never experienced such a helpful person when it came to looking for an apartment, and to her, I am extremely grateful. She even put in work orders for my apartment that were responded to and fixed within 2 hours.The difference between my old complex and The Ridge are night and day. I feel safe in this neighborhood as it is large yet quiet, and this was my main priority because my last apartment was broken into. On my move-in day, my neighbor was kind and introduced herself and I automatically knew that this complex was the right choice for me.Again, the greatest accolades go to Nina for working her magic for me. I feel as if Im always given 1-on-1 attention from her and not as if Im just another tenant. Im very excited and hopeful for my time at The Ridge, the beginning has been nothing short of remarkable. -

Ive only been here a little while, so Ill update this if anything changes, but its been enough time for me to get a good feel for the experience.Application process:A word of advice, if your income level is right around the required level, be sure to have plenty in savings, as money in checking does NOT count in your application! This goes for pretty much anywhere, but remembering that beforehand would have saved me a lot of trouble. But that aside, Nina, the manager I worked with, was incredibly helpful. Ive lived in a lot of different places but never dealt with management as communicative or on the ball as her, hands down. Ive dealt with a lot of managers who have been shady, misleading and elusive, and working with someone who really cares about the tenants is a breath of fresh air.Community:The area is nice and quiet, and located right by Mopac and HEB. The complex itself is very pleasant to walk around and features a very nice gym, tennis court and Zen Garden.Building:A good thing to know is that the buildings are quite old. This isnt to everyones taste Im sure, but the rooms are touched up pretty nicely, and all the utilities all work just fine. The floors + walls are a touch on the thin side, but if you have reasonable neighbors its not really an issue. Im a big fan of the carpeting and layout of the place, and so far feel very at home! The living room in my unit has built in book shelves which are super cool, as well as a fireplace and a nice balcony with its own closet attached.Nice place, nice people! -

I have been living here for 3 years now. It is an older complex but they do what they can to offer nice amenities and some modern touches. You cant beat the location, easy access to Mopac and walking distance to HEB, a Public Library, the Post Office, and several restaurants and stores. We have package lockers which are great and help avoid theft. I once had ants and they got pest control to my unit quickly and had them visit twice in a few weeks and the issue was taken care of.Quiet community, great water pressure, and maintenance that always responds in a timely manner.Dog park and pool are nothing special but happy to have them. Strange empty space in the kitchen where more cabinets and counter space would be helpful and the bathrooms are quite small with limited storage. The leasing staff changes fairly often but the front office has a Starbucks machine so you can meet the new staff when you go get your coffee, hot chocolate, or tea. They also have monthly resident appreciation events which are nice.Overall a great experience living here and would recommend it to others. -

I lived at The Ridge for a year and a half and my experiences while there were all wonderful. I even changed roommates while living there and the staff were very helpful during that process. I always felt very safe at the apartment and in this neighborhood and you cant beat having an HEB literally across the street! Honestly I was sad to leave the apartment complex, it was my first home here in Austin. The staff was always very friendly and helpful to my roommates and I. They have a cute pool, tennis court, dog park and an adequate gym that I finally utilized the last couple months of my lease. Yes some apartments havent been updated yet but they are still perfectly fine. I loved my apartment and would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a good place to live. -

I have been living at the ridge from January 2019- July 2020. The only reason I am leaving is because we were able to find a bigger space downtown for our pets.The ridge has consistently been my favorite apartment living experience I have ever had. Stacie and Nina in the leasing office have been some of the most responsive and kind managers that I have ever worked with.The maintenance staff responds to issues within hours, they always were able to provide a solution and have helped us save money from our air conditioning on multiple occasions, when we wanted to move into a larger apartment they made it a seamless process and allowed us to end our old lease early, and whenever we have a package or random question the office is always there to support us.I would unquestionably continue living here if there was the option for an even larger complex. They were very affordable, great quality, we never had bug issues, great for our pets, awesome parking, clean complex, amazing amazing maintenance team, and all in all was an amazing experience. -

A Sweet Place to LiveIve lived here over a year, and it has been a really positive experience.The Ridge has the best location. You dont need a car. Almost everything is within 3 blocks: HEB, CVS, petstore, library, PO, banks, doctors, DDS, DVM, ARC after hours clinic, Minor energ clinic, UPS, etc. There are bus stops in front to get to UT,Anderson Ln and Walmart, or to connect to buses to the Domain, 183, etc. Before covid, I used the business center computers and the little gym. Seems well maintained! Maintenance responded faster than I expected. The office staff is very professional. You couldnt hope for better. Thats Nina and her crew.This is an easy place to live. Id recommend The Ridge for anybody but especially for students and older people!!!!!PS. I forgot to say that its a nicely diverse group of tennants. A sweet place to live!!! -

I would say I cannot be more satisfied with everything here at The Ridge. The location is perfect: H-E-B is across the street; UT is 15 minutes driving distance. Everything else is no more than 10 minutes away. The area is also super safe and quiet. My apartment is cozy and comfortable. Most importantly, the management team here is absolutely the best. I still remember how stressful it was to find an apartment before moving to Austin. Without being there in person, I had to rely on whatever I could find online. I chose The Ridge at the end not only because all the information on their website was clear, but everyone in the leasing office was very pleasant to communicate with. Here I have to specifically thank Nina. She always goes above and beyond in handling every matter regardless big or small. I have never experienced any delay her response whenever I had a request/question to ask. I am very happy living here at The Ridge and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new apartment. -

I lived at The Ridge for a few years, but had to move due to work. I really miss this place as it was truly a place to call home, and not just somewhere to live.The leasing staff are AMAZING. When walking into the leasing office as a resident it is like you are on an episode of Cheers because everyone knows your name. They communication between the leasing staff and tenants is some of the best I have had. When the snowpocalypse hit I was out of state, and asked if anyone would mind going to check to make sure everything inside my apartment was ok and not damaged once electricity was restored. There was no hesitation at all, and sent someone quickly as I received a call back shortly after to let me know everything was ok. They also really love pets and getting to know them on a personal level. That includes getting on the floor to play or spoiling them with treats. We still stop in from time to time to visit, and are still treated like I am living there. I will ask my dog if he wants to so see Leanne, Stacie, David and Will his tail starts wagging and gets super excited.The maintenance staff is just as awesome. Anytime I had an issue it was fixed quickly. If they had a part that needed to be ordered they made sure to let me know what the status was and when it would be there. In emergencies they would arrive super quick. My AC went out one night in the middle of summer. Since it was dark already they werent able to look at the actual unit, but brought in a portable unit that sat inside my apt on the floor and was strong enough to cool pretty much the whole apartment and not just a small area like most of those units.They have a maintenance man along with leasing staff that live on site which is not something that you find at all communities, so I feel that says a lot about this place.If you are looking for a friendly quiet place to live towards the central part of Austin this place is perfect as it is less than 15 minutes to really any part of Austin. It is right on the bus route, and pretty much has any kind of store you are looking for within walking distance. -

When I was looking for an apartment, I had specific requirements in mind.A cozy home with a balcony, a short commute, EV charging, reasonable rent, a clean and safe community, and pleasant staff. The Ridge was far and away the #1 contender online, and once I saw it in person I knew I had found my home. The application was process was quick and simple and my leasing consultant (Brandon) was very friendly, responsive, and helpful.I only interacted briefly with the other office staff, but they were friendly as well. Due to the pandemic, maintenance took a while to respond to the one (non-emergency) issue that I had, but when the maintenance guy showed up he was also knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and fixed the issue very quickly.As a transgender woman, safety and acceptance are constant major concerns, and I am happy to say that I have felt very safe and accepted here and look forward to calling the Ridge home for the foreseeable future. -

The ridge has been a great first apartment for my husband and I. It’s a quiet location filled with families and is right next to an HEB which is very convenient! The manager, Nina, has made this experience great for us by responding to our emails and questions fast and helping us with the few minor maintenance issues!The area around The Ridge feels homey and safe as well which was a huge plus for us. It really has the best of both worlds: close proximity to downtown Austin, but far enough to experience the rolling hill country. The ridge really has been a hidden gem. This is my first official lease in my time living in the US. And let me tell you that I’m so happy to make this decision. The application process is so easy and the personnel at the leasing office is always at your disposition to answer any questions or clarify doubts.The neighborhood and closeness of the essential businesses to the property, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, post offices, banks among others, adds a lot of value. That being said, I rather like to pay a bit more and have the essentials + the tranquility of feeling safe. The only issue is commuting (bus 19 takes ages to arrive), but other than that, my experience starts to look promising. Looking forward to see how things are going on within the next months.Thank you The Ridge!Update 7-15-2021: wish I could take off half star. The valet trash service is a mess.Update 1-26-2022: Back to 5 stars. The valet trash issue was resolved. I live(d) at The Ridge twice. Ones in 2017 and then again in 2019. I have nothing but good things to say about this complex. The staff at the leasing office are kind and always ready to help. I’ve put in work orders and they were always competed in a timely manner. The complex is always clean and kept up. I’ve never had any issues with noise, not sure if this is due to great sound proofing or because the people living here aren’t that into partying. But either way, it’s lovely. The bus station and HEB are less than a 3 minute walk which is very convenient. There are also lots of other places walking distance away, everything from food to CVS to an ER around the corner. I would highly recommend living here! -

I’ve been living here more than a year now and I have had a great experience. The complex might be a little old but what sets this complex apart from others for me is the staff. The maintenance guys have always been helpful and fixed all my issues as best as they could, and the management staff have always been amazing. The main reason for me to be here is the amazing management team who will try to help you as much as they can (of course there are always corporate stuff and contracts but they do their best) and personally I enjoy chatting with them whenever I see them. -

Moved in March 2013 and loving it. May venture to say best apartment complex/ management company Ive worked lived in/ worked with to date. We enjoy the renovations to the property. Our apartment unit has the modern lighting and appliances, but is still decently priced. Location is great, in peaceful Far West area-- perfect for runners! Only downside thus far is fitness facility has been closed since move-in (almost 5 months). Fingers crossed, it will be open next week. Regarding previous poor reviews, I believe management company changed about the same time I moved in. -

I took a tour with Jenna last week and she was very helpful! Unfortunately, the unit I am looking to lease was not available for touring but I got a good sense of what it looks like thru pictures. I did get the chance to tour a different unit which helped with at least seeing some of the characteristics of the units. The community looks very nice, nestled between lots of trees, you almost forget youre that close to downtown! Right off of Mopac which, I am sure, makes it such a convenient location. -

I have been living at The Ridge since January of this year and cannot sing enough of their praises. To move here I broke my lease with a substantial penalty to get out of a neighboring complex that abused me plenty over the course of six months into the 7th level of Hell.Leann, Nina, Stacie, Kiara, William, and Jose have been outstanding! I have timely response to maintenance requests and everyone is always courteous. I have not seen one roach in my apartment and have not had to schedule pest control.The walls are a bit thin, but this is typically not an issue. This is a very well maintained community that is currently going through a renovation. The office team has done their best to shield the residents from disruption.There was an egg hunt for Easter with rent concessions as the top prize, that was totally amazing! I truly feel the team on site cares for the asset and the residents as it shows in what they do. Kudos to off site leadership for empowering everyone to make a difference.If you decide to rent here I would go with an upgraded unit only because the added touches make living here that much more enjoyable! #Ridgelife -

Though my circumstances had changed and I ended up not moving into the Ridge, I felt compelled to write a glowing review of how warm, and welcoming it was to work with Stacie. If my circumstances did not change, I would of moved into The Ridge precisely because Stacie was a reflection to the type of culture and service I am sure I would of received while staying there. I spoke with many leasing managers while on the hunt for an apartment, and Stacies demeanor really made a difference in me narrowing down what establishment to pick. For those other leasing agents out there, the way you make a potential customer feel over the phone and email makes a huge difference! Specially for someone who is coming from out of state. Great place to live. Quiet, reasonable rate, nice amenities, renovated. SOOOOOO much better than ROSCOE properties (specifically Volume 4) where I lived before moving. Also just learned that if you buy a house you can get out of your lease with the Ridge and incur no penalties. Office staff are great and work till 6 M-F and half day Saturday. You wont regret moving to The Ridge. Only drawback so far is that most of the residents are students so there is a lot of coming and going at all hours, but no complaints so far. FYI 2 months notice is common to all apartments in Austin. Also the security deposit is less than half months rent if you have good credit. Maybe all the staff have changed recently but honestly they have gone out of their way to help me. My old place lost my mail on several occasions and the office staff didnt really care (may have been post offices fault but Its never happened at the Ridge) -

Update: Im moving out (bought a place). The AC has been working now for a few months with no problems. They replaced the AC unit. And then that didnt work. David came out at night when the unit wasnt working and measured the voltage and discovered that at night it would get really low. They replaced circuit breakers. That didnt work. They called out an electrician and the whole circuit box got replaced??? (Im not too clear on details for that one). And now it works. The hot water heater went out like a week later but they fixed that next day. So aside from this weird AC issue, everything has been fine (and theyve even done some really nice stuff, like when I moved in the outlets were really old so I got a box of the childproof outlets and they sent someone out to install them). Now back to the original review:For most all other repair requests, their staff is prompt and polite.The issue Im having is, I filed 12 requests to fix my AC last year. Im not technical so I dont know why this would happen, but just at night the AC will stop working. Ive been asleep and woken up super hot only to realize that the AC is blowing hot air into my apartment. Everytime someone comes out during the day and tells me that the AC is working fine. They bounce the machine around or add a little coolant or maybe theyre just asking it politely to hold out a little longer and then itll work for 1-2 more days before crapping out on me again.I started taking videos at night with a temperature gun to show them the problem. And then autumn/winter/spring happened and all was well. Until last week. Stopped working at night again, I logged it with my video camera and temperature gun again. The maintenance guy was awesome and really tried to help me and told me he thought a new unit was needed, but then the work order was closed out and marked as fixed, again with no explanation. It worked last night but I have zero expectation it will continue to work and Im at my wits end and figuring out what I can do from here.If this is still unresolved when I move out, Ill come back and update my review with the apartment # so none of the rest of you reading this get stuck with this lemon. As an eternal optimist, Im hoping if I am persistent and polite this week that theyll solve this once and for all and I will be sure to update with those details as well.I like the open spaces, I like the pool, the gym, how they take packages at the office for you, and as I said the maintenance staff has been great for all other issues. -

We love this place. Totally recommended. We went here after a year renting an overpriced and under-managed place near UT campus, and its so refreshing. The price is great (compared to campus). The location is super awesome : literally across from HEB, great restaurants like Anderson Lane area, close to the Domain for some fancy nightouts and shopping. It also happens to be 5 mins to both of our workplace. So thats a personal win. The front staff is friendly, and willing to help when they can. We got a couple of wrong charges on our bills once or twice, but they fix that real quick.Talking about quick, the MAINTENANCE crew is the highlight of the Ridge. They might as well call themselves the Flash because of how quick they response to all of our requests. Like within the day of or the next day. And after they fix it, you can review or make comment on the app, and they will come back if you are not happy with the result. Example : our freezer items started to thaw a while ago, and we made an urgent request at 8pm. 9pm somebody showed up, checked the fridge, said that its not working, gave us another fridge the next day. And there is more, during the process of moving the fridge, they scraped the kitchen wall, I made a comment, they came back next day and fixed the wall. Every place has its flaws, but this team is ready to fix those flaws.Valet Trash is nice. We thought it was unnecessary until its cold outside and we dont have to walk to the dumpster.We have been living here for 2 years now, and sadly about to move to different city due to school, and I hope our next place is as good as here. I moved in here with my gf, then I proposed to her in this apartment, and now she is my wife. -

The farwest area is by far the best location to live in Austin, everything is near you like HEB, Walmart, and bus stations are very close to where you live. Can’t complain about anything. -

I lived here for 8 months and it was a very nice experience. There is a bus stop nearby that takes you to UT for free (with your UT ID, of course); I took that bus nearly every day. Moreover, the ladies at the office were always friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is a quiet and relatively inexpensive place to live. Also, there is an HEB one block away. -
