Alexandria and Sam are sooooo amazing, I’ve been stressing and indecisive about staying or moving. They were nothing but patient with me and helping me to exert all of my options. Especially because I wanted a specific type of apartment in a specific location. Their professionalism granted me the security to go ahead and stay here.

Review for Mr. Derek!Had a leak, put a maintenance ticket in. Not even an hour I think passed by, Mr. Derek was here for it. Super prompt, enthusiastic about making it happen. He was very detailed and thorough about the game plan! A great experience.

I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment with Samantha, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Samantha was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire process enjoyable. She took the time to walk me through the various apartment options, highlighting their features and answering all my questions.The apartments themselves were impressive—well-maintained, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. My daughter and I have recently had the pleasure to tour the apartment complex with the most AMAZING tour guide in the business...aka SAMANTHA. Her knowledge of the grounds and the application process made our experience stress free. We were full of questions and curious of the hows and whys and she was beyond helpful and patient with us making our experience delightful! THANK YOU SAMANTHA for being SO PLEASANT!!!

Deric the maintenance supervisor is amazing I had 3 work orders and 1 hour later he came and fixed all the issues and always checks when he sees me. Great guy to have in the complex

I have lived here for a couple years now. I like that this property is peaceful, quiet, with nice little pool & gym & the neighbors are polite & friendly. It’s close to my parents but only 15mins from the Woodlands where I work & close to Lonestar college as well. Recently the property got an addition to its maintenance team, his name is Derek. He is very intelligent, respectful, professional & what this property needed. I had quite a few things I needed to get fixed that are normal over extended time, a kitchen drawer that needed to be screwed in better, drains that needed a touch up (better than draino) and help moving my appliances so I could clean underneath since I’ve lived here a good amount of time now. A clean home really is a happy home & it made me feel at peace to be able to fix what needed it with Derek’s help of course. Prospectively this property is older so it’s important to know how to navigate that variable as well. But I am content and plan to stay in my cozy little nest I’ve built here.

When there was challenges with my apartment like appliances not working correctly they listened and got it fixed within a day. They communicated quickly on email when we had gate problems and how to get into our apartment. They just kept us in the now and have setup some fun activities to meet our neighbors. Thank you. New Management New Review !!We now have a new management company for the first time in FOREVER!! I have to say I was a bit nervous at first as one can expect - however, they have been VERY GOOD and responsive during the transitioning period - I am a happy resident! I look forward to the amazing customer service to be continued.Long time resident.Im actually quite shocked reading the current reviews that have been posted are all of a negative nature. Yes this apt over the years has had its normal issues as with any apt lol but overall its a great place to live - FYI lease holders sign a flood notice for the area before move in. As to the flooding shown in a review that was for our entire area not just our apts. Several homes in the area were affected as well. It was a widespread weather event Im not sure what or how the apt would be responsible for anything but assistance with repairs afterwards. For me personally the apt managed the repairs necessary in a timely manner and I reside on a lower level unit.My review for Reston is this:Its a great community oriented apt complex. Its large enough to be private if you want but small enough to provide a community environment safe for your kids to play and be kids. Neighbors here BBQ, garden, walk and enjoying sitting out on thier porches, they are quick to return misplaced packags to the rightful owners or offer a nice passing word. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a neighborly style community.Thanks for the read.

I just moved from Redford Park, and for me it was a pleasant experience. The office staff and maintenance were very nice and professional, some of the best I have ever had. Maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner and I never had any problems with my neighbors. The property is older, but they are taking steps to update it. I have lived in many, many apartment complexes, and overall, this has been one of the better experiences I have had.

Three 1 year long leases here and will maybe be back, one reason is the property being so quite. Also the prices were very reasonable. But best of all, is the staff. Very understanding to any situation and go above and beyond to help you any way they can & this includes maintenance. Anytime I had an issue, Id get a knock on the door in less than 15 minutes. If youre looking for great management staff, very prompt response to maintenance issues and a safe place to live, look no further.

I have lived here for about 13 years. It is a great community. I feel safe here. You can walk around the complex and not be afraid. Also, if you have a maintenance request. Often it is taken care of that day. For example recently my AC would not cool. Found out it needed a new motor. It was ordered and replaced. Then the compressor gave out. Apartment maintenance team decided it was time to replace the entire unit. While waiting for that to arrive. They put in a portable AC unit that was on wheels. Could use it in either room. Finally the new Unit arrived. Yeah. This happened during the Covid-19 lockdown. Alfredo still came in and did the work. The finishing touches were done by a contractor team. Who did a real nice job. Then Alfredo did the rest. Both Ralph and Alfredo do a great job. With professionalism and a great attitude. The office team are great and pleasant too. My neighbors start out has neighbors. Later friends and some feel like part of my family. Come and see and be impressed.
