I moved in about two months ago to this apartment complex and I have to give them such a high rating due to their staff. Anytime I have had a complaint or issue, it has been addressed and fixed within two days. They have security here to make me feel safe and a 24/7 emergency line if anything goes wrong in the apartment.I did have issues when I first moved in with the occasional german cockroach. Who ever lived in the unit previously had an issue with them. However, once I brought it to their attention that I was having issues- they send out their pest control company the next day. And they did AN AMAZING job. I havent seen a single cockroach since the treatment.When it comes down to it, every apartment will have something go wrong at some point. It is how quickly they attended to the problem and solved the issue I am impressed with.

I’ve been living here for 4 months and never had a problem until recently my stove stopped working but I work out of town so I didn’t know if I would be able to get it fixed if I wasn’t home. Fortunately enough I put in a work order for it and Marvin Santiago came and took care of it within a couple days before I got home. He also was very good at communicating throughout the whole process.

OMG! Hands down the best manger these apartments have! Bianca has always went above and beyond! I love how she puts her heart into working with her residents and taking care of the property! Ever since she has became apartment manager there is order and structure around here!

The Reserve is by far one of the best apartments Ive ever lived at. The staff is very understanding and considerate, Lily and Candy are absolutely amazing. When I put in a work order, I never have to wait more than a day for it to get done. The community is very quiet, never had a problem with noise. I get home extremely late sometimes on the weekend, Ive never been afraid to walk alone at night (especially with the security guard on the property). The only problem I had was the roaches, no matter how many times pest control came or how many times I sprayed they were always there. Also, theres not enough visitor parking so sometimes my guest have no parking. My friends were towed all the time. My side of the apartment always has parkings, so its a shame my guest were never able stay. Aside from that, I would recommend the reserve.

Candy and all of the office staff go above and beyond for all of the tenets. Unfortunately some of the people living here like to throw there big couches and furniture on the side of the dumpster and wonder why they get charged. Or, they break property rules and blame the office for the consequences. We have lived here for years and they always treat us with respect. Work orders are always handled in a reasonable amount of time. This property staff really works hard to make this complex nice and comfortable for all staying here. We absolutely enjoy living here. Thank you Reserve staff for all you do!

I have lived here for over a year and my experience has been exceptional. Candy at the front office was very helpful with the moving process. The maintenance staff is very prompt with all of my request. Nevertheless, it is a very quite community. I have never had issues with neighbors or the surrounding area. My lease will be up soon and I would love to upgrade to a bigger unit. Highly recommend!

My Wife and I Lived Here For 9 years. That should tell you how much We liked living here. In Those 9 years, we never had a complaint. We Loved our Apartment.The Staff, Office workers, Maintenance Men and Cleaning people are the Best. I especially want to talk about the Manager Candy. She is Nice, Friendly and Professional. She will answer in questions and is Always there to help. She is The Best! If I could give more stars, I would.

It is affordable and quiet. Management is very polite and easy to talk to. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed -- safe to walk around at night or taking your pet out for exercise. Security is not an issue here.My apartment is kept clean and so far, havent had any issues with roach or other pest problems both inside and outside on my porch. They keep up with pest control as far as I can tell.Its also easy to get onto Beltway 8 and get to work or go out to eat.

I moved in about 4 years ago, and I like the location, being only 10 minutes from where I work. The management seems competent, despite the turnover over the years. When it rains for a prolonged period of time, the parking lots can get covered with water, as well as the Beltway 8 feeder next to the apartments. The noise from the Beltway is not bothersome, unless your apartment faces that way.My major gripe with the place is the towing policy. About 3 years ago I switched cars and I parked my car at the apartment late that night, so I didnt get a chance to get a parking sticker. The next morning my car was gone. At first I thought it was stolen, but then I called the towing company. Sure enough, they towed my car. I went to the management office and they were not helpful at all. Long story short, $175 to get my car back. Then, one day I got a note threatening to tow my car because my registration was expired. What is up with that? I suspect that the management was conspiring with the towing company, looking for any reason to tow cars, and getting a cut of the action. Since then the management has changed and the towing company has changed, and the threatening notes stopped. Besides this towing fiasco, this apartment complex is family friendly and pet friendly.

My experience here has just been amazing. Staff is the best i had since I started renting. Highly recommended. Very peaceful to. And the dog park just sets it off. 👌 ask for candy in the leasing office she is very helpful and will do everything she can to help you out. This is a must see if you need help or just want to be in peaceful environment.

I enjoy living here. Its been about 1.5 years now. Quiet, good management, responsive maintenance team, nice pool. My main wish is that the drainage system were a little better, the water can get high in certain places when it rains a lot - but usually not real bad.

This year made 2 years we been staying at the Reserve. I love it here!! The only thing i hate is the DOG S***! Other then that the Apartments are great. Staff changes all the time but always smiling faces. Maintenance is fast and always working hard. if your looking for a place in the Spring Branch area The Reserve at City Center North is for you!!!

Where should I started, Sharese Davidson is so professional with excellent customer service. When I told Sharese what I wanted she explained, what they offered. I was so impress with the application process, (it was so fast and easy) and Sharese putting me in the right apartment. And I tell you I really dislike moving Sharese has made to process so easy for me. Oh did I say she also display excellent Attentiveness skills, and that something you don’t see anymore. I like when people cater to my needs. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to go talk to Sharese Davidson at Reserve at City Center North, Sharese will help you like she helped me. One more thing she can se habla español too!

I love this apartment complex easy access to US 290 Katy freeway mall lots of grocery shopping malls stores and so on very beautiful and quiet complex and We live right on the beltway and you do not hear the traffic noise from inside the units and all the tenants are very friendly and polite this place is well worth it and we lived here since March 2018 and planning on living another 5 10 year🙂 and all the staff is very wonderful

I share my experience living here and it is a fairly quiet and safe condominium which I like and motivates the most. Its how fun weekends are with music in the pool, few allow it but it is one of the most entertaining things you have and it is a healthy and economical way to have a good time with our children this summer, thank you
