    I have been at the redford for almost 3 yrs. I was here before the new management came in, wow what a difference. The leasing office has a wonderful team who treat you like you matter, they hold family friendly activies and always have wonderful event. The property has done a 360. Buildings are updated and maintained now, steps are fixed, gates are working, and security onsite. Pools were open and maintained this year. Reserved parking if youd prefer. If your looking for a place to move, this is a great fine. TELL THEM I SENT YOU 😀

    I have been living here for 8 months now and honestly I love it here and have been enjoying my stay. They have changed so much since we have made this place home and it has been all good. From painting, having community gatherings, keeping the whole complex clean EVERYDAY! I see a lot of comments about maintenance and I’ll have to disagree because they always get the job done for me and always respectful of my home and to myself and my children. Gabby and Maggie at the office are awesome very kind and sweet and will help as much as they can.Security always lives up to their name and are always making sure the land is safe and protected. It’s quiet and everyone has been respectful to each-other thankfully and I pray it stays like that and continues to progress and get better! Kelsey #501A

    I give this a 5 star just because since I moved in and put any request in Alex comes and helps us out. he gets the job done when put in request he has always been very respectful and makes my whole family feel comfortable when he performs a job in my unit I give him a 5 star aswell Thank you for everything and for having a great employee. 😀 and Maggie she is amazing she helped through everything and she is super nice and sweet young lady

    Hello , I moved to the redford well over 6 years ago and Have been through plenty of management teams over the years . So far this management that received I want to say at the beginning of year has done more and made more progress than any other management team we have had . We have round the clock security, they are very interactive with the residents and the children of the complex . They came and renovated several areas . Once they came in and got to work it made the apartment complex much more livable .The maintenance team also answer your work orders in a timely manner . They are very communicative when its to the work they will be doing around the apartments . Keep up the good work .Jeramesha in 1306A.

    I give them a five start for the 24/7 security they have which they do amazing job but this last two months I have issues with fees I am being charged I have called and emailed so many times because I don’t want my rent to be paid late and pay late fees but I haven’t heard anything back and I am getting frustrated because I pay it on time now it went up for fees I don’t even use I need someone to contact me back please.

    I have been living here almost a year, first Maggie and Hogan are the best! Since Hogan has taken over the property has really turned around! Fresh coat of paint, stairs being replaced, security cameras, security guards, and thats just the beginning! Maggie is phenomenal, shes super sweet and attentive, knowledgeable. She always helps with anything i need! Now that things are really shaping up around here we decided to stay an additional year. If your looking for a quiet neighborhood, with an office staff who gets things done, I suggest the Redford.

    Hi i move here’s at the redford apartment in Dec-2022 ,i had a small maintenance issue that’s was taken care of ,The new Manager Mr hogan had done an amazing and beautiful jobs with this property,Ms Mariela is awesome, polite and had great patience with me , the maintenance team are great as well , Mr Alex is very polite and kind, Ms Lyric is just a caring and lovely young lady she always check in on me , the security teams also gives great service, Ms T is very kind, she had help me many’s time .     My mom and I toured the property and I absolutely loved it while I was there. It had a very comforting living environment for my mom and I and Mariela was a very helpful person, she answered all my questions in a timely manner and made me feel secured to move here with my mom and call this home. I really appreciate the time I was there and loved every second of it and will most definitely get the apartment with my mother.

    Thanks so much for the ladies in the office (laura specifically) she has been so helpful throughout my whole move, she asked what I needed and followed through quickly she got my apt ready and got a moved in so quick.. the renovations they did are beautiful!! I love my apt!!! I also referred 2 people can’t wait till those referrals to kick in 🫶🏼

    Very comfortable and amazing spacious apartment for my kids and I! It was tough finding the perfect place but Mariela was a tremendous help with a beautiful personality she help me through it all. I wouldn’t have made this possible if it wasn’t her and her amazing work skills!

    I have lived at the Redford for 3 years now and I haven’t had any issues. Shantell was my leasing agent and still to the day she is the person I deal with. She truly is god sent of your looking to lease. Astrid is great as well. They make sure everything gets done and in a timely fashion. Laura is real nice as well. I just met the asst manager and although I don’t personally know her she has been nice as well. Overall I see a difference in the property.

    I have been here since October. It was a little rocky at first but now it is great. I havent had any issues with other residents or the staff. This property will be on the up and up as long as every one is patient with the changes coming! Ike is amazing he has done everything in his power to make sure I am comfortable and happy! Astrid you are a rockstar! Word of advice: the office loves SNACKS! Bring them some when you come in! Thank you to everyone in the office who has been patient with me as well!

    Ive been here almost 6 months. I cant explain why I have not experienced any of the problems noted in other reviews. The ladies in the office have been nothing but helpful to me and the maintenance guys are pretty freaking quick. Edit: Its been a year and under new management. Although much hasnt changed I have noticed the security to be a lot more visible and hands on. The maintenance is still quick and on their game. ALL the apartments got new bathroom seats and it feels like the office is alot more involved with the residents, which is a VERY good thing. Some residents are involved with a program that cleans the grounds every morning and thats one of the best new things that Ive seen lately.

    I will update after 6 months; Ive been in my apartment about 45 days now or a little over and it started off rocky. However, MR. IKE is the head man in charge and when I tell you he gets things handled, he does exactly that. Of course, its new management so give him some time to fix things, DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER! Once he cleans everything out, it will be a whole new place to call home! Im just happy that he has a sense of urgency.

    Shantell was the best . She found me a great apartment with nice spacing and not far from the bus area . Close in proximity to the office so I wouldn’t have to drive all the time . She was very understanding of me as well as the needs of my children . Kept me within my price budget and is always a kind friendly face when I see her . She makes this place worth living .

    Amazing experience ! I first moved here 2 April, 2016 and have loved it ever since. The staff is always friendly and ensured that when I moved from out of state that my apartment expectations and locations were perfect. Maintenance is great too, any issues that I have had were promptly addressed and I was notified that they have been corrected. I also love how pet friendly the complex is, the new dog park is so awesome! Last but not least I have had very little pest issues ( like once) and they took care of it! All things considered this is a great safe place to live and I really love my renovated apartment. Special thanks to Kim and staff!

    Several months into my stay and I am overall happy with my experience. The apartment is conveniently located to my job. I have the largest one bedroom with the fireplace which is nice. Management was helpful. Taylor helped me through the process and was efficient and professional. The whole application and move-in process was painless. Nice affordable apartments with a great special. I got exactly what I expected and paid for.

    Ive been living here for over a year and love it. Its pet friendly and have a wonderful resident service. They offer so many incentives for the residents. Excellent place to raise your family. Secured gates and security always around. Gym is open 24 hours 7 days the pools are open year around except for when they are being cleaned. I highly recommend living here.

    I was very happy with Candy who helped us get in our apartment. They show you the apartment you are going to rent and if you dont like it they will get you in one you like. We only had a few issues but nothing major and everything was resolved. The manager is very nice to us. The only thing is when it rains there is small puddles and gets muddy and not all the pools are open and when I want to go swimming with my kids its not open till late afternoon when says at 10am it should be open. The fitness center is awesome but again it says 24hrs open but closes when office closes. But other then that I like our apartment and the people who work here.

    I like my apartment, the location is perfect from my work. I feel I get fair value for what I pay and the area that the property is located in. I realistically never expected a super luxury property but what I did get was a clean unit, fresh paint, new wood laminate flooring, black appliances, and a nice fenced in patio. The management has made a great effort to make policies that better the property. The gates have bben fixed, they have security guys, they are cleaning up the parking, and ive seen they give notices for trashy patios. People want to complain about policies because they dont want to follow rules and then complain about the same thing the rules are in place for, its ridiculous. Just follow the rules, dont be dirty, and pay ur rent on time. The staff are friendly and helpful. Mr Bernard helped me through the process and was quick and professional. My application was processed in one day and I moved in the next. I will likely renew.

    I currently live here and its quite around the building Im in. They have security guards that walk around so thats a good thing. I wish they were more firm about their animal policies. Residents allow their dogs to run around without a leash and for those along myself who are afraid of dogs has to walk on eggshells hoping a dog dont run up on us. And the owners dont usually pick up their dog poop either so you have to watch your step especially in the grass.

    I’ve been here for a several months now. I’m a single mother of 3 boys. I had trouble getting into other places because of my bad rental history but at the Redford they gave me a second chance and now my boys and I have a roof over our heads. The process was fast and easy and the office staff was very helpful and friendly. I’ve had 0 problems since I moved in. It’s nice and quiet and my boys love it here.

    So…I’ve been here about a year and I can honestly say its a nice place to live. Not luxury but definitely not bottom of the barrel. I never had any major unit issues, nor any with maintenance. The office staff is present and pleasant everytime i go to pay my rent (dnt really have other reasons to see them lol)… a big concern for me is the traffic throughout the neighborhood that are NOT tenants (homeless ppl, lingering guests, etc) not really an issue with the complex, moreso the area in general. Aside from that, this is a cool complex. They also are a second chance community & worked with me quickly upon move in. Being from louisiana, i was grateful they made the app/move in process a breeze. I would definitely recommend this complex.

    I have lived here since May and I love it! Its quiet, the maintenance staff are very reliable, any service issue i request they take care of it within a 48 hour period. Joey who has been very helpful since the moment I first called and walked through the doors has been awesome. He allways has a great attitude, very welcoming with a smile on his face. I feel at home!     I recently went by and looked an apartment because of the $199 sign. The guy in the office I think his name was Henery, he helped my family and was very nice and professional and the process was easy. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process. He even spoke to my aunt in Spanish. Three of my family members moved in and I’m will be moving soon. I definitely recommend Henery or Harry he is thorough and a nice guy to talk to. It’s rare to get good service these days at apartments.

    Where do I start🤔 I lived in Redford for about a year and half. The staff is great and maintenance is always on time. If you are late on ur rent. Management will work with you but youll still get charged late fees. The apartment had lots of roaches. Parking lot floods really bad but doesnt most areas in Houston flood. Overall I give Redford Apartments a 8/10.

    They are really making a difference and responded promptly to my complaints. They were not judgemental and willing to listen with an open ear and make a difference.The area is hard with allot of people affected by covid 19 and they are doing all they can to help and stay proactive in keeping everyone safe. They have good staff and staff that are young and still learning, but if you have a problemas just ley them know and they wont take it personally and do what they can to help resolver the problem.
