Awesome community and awesome staff members! We came out and supported the San Antonio Neighbors event and everyone was so welcoming. It was a pleasure being able to provide education and support to the residents. Thanks everyone and special thanks to Laura Cuevas for inviting us!

Everything is perfect except 29208 is hoarding and his apartment has very little walk space he got papers stack to ceiling no walking space. I saw it myself and everything fell on him at the time I saw. Im concerned about fire hazard and neighbors say he has bed bugs . Im just concerned that its in healthy for our residents most of stuff is from dumters

To whom it may concern: Ive been living at the Primrose at Mission Hills for the past year and I love it! The management is always friendly and kind and theres so many activities and fun things to do! I have made many friends! The grounds are always well kept and clean....The maintenance workers are very considerate and well mannered and well educated to fix any problem that would arise...The apartments are well kept and bug free...:)Now for my apartment....I love it because even though I have a one bedroom....I have arranged it in a well organized and decorative way...I really like the set up...and enjoy sitting on the balcony with my little dog when the weather is nice...Its also a benefit that we have activities such as the food bank commodities and a lunch every day....and of course the other activities like Bingo...and other fun things we do....and also having the opportunity to grocery shop with the Primrose bus, so we dont have to worry about going to the store when we dont have other transportation, sometimes its fun to just get out and go on a day trip....I hope I havent forgotten anything....I am very happy to be living here....Thank you! Love these apartments! Everyone there is easy to work with and super friendly. Its nice and quiet in the area as well, but not too far from downtown in case you want to have some fun. Its a great location overall and i highly recommend

The staff was very friendly and helpful the lady that help me took her time and explained everything. She gave me all the information that was needed to get the process started. The property was very well maintain and clean. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.

My Sister ,And I Moved To Primrose At Mission Hill On March 4th In 2013. These Cottages AreLike Living In A Home. The Apartments Changed After The Change In Owner And Office Staff. I Was Effected By The Snow 2/14/21. My 4Plex Unit Flooded , No One Was Available For A Week In The Office OrWas Able To Leave A Message.
