    Quiet place to live. Chaos could be all around and my apartment is safe. This is a 55+ community, so you dont have all the screaming disrespectful kids to deal with. If you want to stay to yourself, go for it, if you prefer people, theres Bingo, Fitness room, pool, we have a great gal that coordinates events, Carolina. Everyone is pleasant for the most part. I really love my apartment.

    The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful especially, Sonia. She always go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. The complex itself is amazing and provides a great living experience. Also, the maintenance tech Ray was really professional when handling my maintenance request.

    I been here 8 month and everything seem to be good, I havent had any problems with getting things fix or done, I realize I am not the only person in this complex with maintain issues. So I wait till its my time, we love our apt, its big and roomie. Nice clean complex, friendly people, (some) I would recommend a friend to stay here, now winter hasnt really kick in so I dont know how they will handle the weather or light going off for day. Havent experience that, so far so good.

    The entire staff was very helpful today. From maintenance such as Silvano being fast when it comes to repairs to the office personnel like Sonia and Priscilla being friendly and helpful.

    I moved into The Positano apartments in December and from my experience, everything has been great. I needed accommodations in my apartment for my special needs son, the staff assisted me with my accommodations. Cecilia the assistant manager is so nice and kind, she always goes out of her way to help me. Silvano the Maintenace man always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is okay in my unit and even to finding my misdelivered packages by amazon. Thanks to the management for having a wonderful staff.

    As of right now, everything for the most part is good....I adore my neighbor directly across from me....the grounds ate kept very nice...the only problem at this point no one answering the phone in a timely fashion....they could really just hire some to answer phones, take messages and make sure the word gets out....its not hard, but so necessary.
