We called this place home for almost two years. We’ve nothing but great memories here. If not for the fact that we needed to move to a different part of the country, we would’ve stayed here a while longer. Moving in and out was seamless, and we even got our deposit back in the mail a few weeks ago. The views of the Upper Valley that we had in our unit were amazing:)

The Pointe by far has been one of my favorite place to live! Great staff, Yvette and the pointe maintenance crew are always on top of everything and are only a phone call away. Since moving in I have never had problems with any of the residents or staff members. The views are amazing and couldn’t think of a better place to rent!

I recently submitted a Maintenance Request at The Pointe regarding a plumbing issue. The staff responded;, were professional and courteous when following up. Maintenance responded and repaired the issue within a week. The repair man was courteous and friendly.The staff at The Pointe have been very helpful and professional toward me. I have been living at The Pointe for three years and plan to continue living here.

I have been here for about a month now and it has been incredibly comfortable. The staff is very friendly, they tend to any problems you have quickly, and the price for rent is very fair. The area is also nice and they take care of it very well. I feel at peace here.

Shout out to maintenance man Joe. My AC went out last week during a major heat wave. Joe came right out and tried to fix it 3 times. Finally deemed it unrepairable. So a new HVAC unit was ordered (& those are expensive!) It came on Friday. The office is closed on the weekends but Joe came out on Saturday with his kids (his day off) and installed it so I didnt have to suffer any more hot days without AC. Not many people like that around these days. Thank you Joe, youre an amazing guy, and office staff Raymond and Yvette were also great in helping coordinate things.

Best apartments in El Paso, TXThe area is beautiful, you get one of the most amazing views, close to everything. My fiance and I have only lived here at The Pointe for a couple of months but we absolutely love it, our view is spectacular. my two Boston Terriers love going outside to roll around in the grass. we have definitely utilized the 24/7 gym. there is hardly ever anyone there so we dont worry about being embarrassed. the pool is AMAZING it is always clean and well kept. Maintenance is great, they always get to us within a couple of days or sooner. the whole apartment complex is beautiful. all of the trees, grass and flowers give us a breath of fresh air. everyone around us is super sweet. the management is the best part, always has smiles on their faces as soon as you walk in they are also very helpful and understanding. We love all the grilling areas and the beautiful clubhouse. we have never lived in an apartment that has parties. that shows how important the relationship between the management and tenants is. we love our apartment and cant imagine living anywhere else.

I have just spent the last year living at the Pointe. At the time I moved in new management was also starting. I feel they have done a wonderful job despite being hit with previous plumbing problems beyond their control, quickly followed by the pandemic. They answered any questions, concerns or repairs I needed promptly. I enjoyed the apartment itself and the beautiful setting. I recommend the Pointe and thank the current management for their hard work.

The Pointe Apartments property managers and maintenance staff do a great job. It is noticeable that they all take pride in their work. They are all attentive and personable.My water heater recently stopped working. I notified them of the situation and they were immediately working to resolve the issue. They assessed the situation, identified that I needed a new one, and installed the new equipment very quickly.

I truly loved living in this apartment complex. Once you drive into the complex, its like you are somewhere else outside of El Paso. I loved walking the neighborhood. Maintenance requests were hamdled immediately. The office staff was so helpful with anything I needed. Living here was amazing!

I thought the front office was very polite and helpful during my moving-in, the duration of my lease, and move out. Maintenance was very helpful and when they had to get parts for my central air, they loaned me a window unit for free. They didnt nickel and dime me for wear or tear either!

While my girlfriend and I were going to UTEP, we really needed a place that was affordable and made arrangements for our dogs. We have a small terrier and large pit mix. The staff at The Pointe were helpful and friendly during the entire application process and really worked with me to make it a smooth transition. While we lived there for a year the facility was generally clean. I have no memory of trash or debris out in the parking areas or grass areas and inside my unit I dont think I ever saw bugs. The staff was very responsive if I called or emailed with questions and the location was nice because theres plenty to do in the area. I believe my point of contact most of the time was Alma, she was friendly and knowledgeable and really genuine when she helped us. If you need a starter place or you have dogs, id suggest checking out here.

I lived here for two years and then moved away, after a year I moved back in: I like the location as well as the view. The point Apartments are located in a great area to get in a 3 to 5 mile walk or run, safe and very little traffic: did I mention the view? I think management is terrific.

I have lived in several apartment complexes in El Paso over the years, but would not consider moving to another apartment after my experience at the Pointe. The Pointe would be considered an older apartment complex when compared to some of the new developments in El Paso, but very well maintained.The strength of the Pointe is its support staff. The apartment management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds quickly to even minor issues. I have not had a negative experience here over the past 4 years. I would recommend this apartment highly.I would disagree with those comments suggesting that the Pointe finds creative ways to take money. The rents have not risen greatly from year to year (having lived in the new developments in El Paso, you are not drawn in on a promotional deal by the Pointe and hammered in subsequent years by rent increases). I do not expect many of those posting negative reviews here have much experience with other El Paso apartments, nor spent much time actually living here.

March 1, 2018Why do I like living at the Pointe? Well, it is very peaceful. What do I mean? It is quiet. The Point is not located on some busy boulevard, so there is no traffic noise.Face it; El Paso is located in the desert. So if you like desert landscaping then those other apartments are great. But, at the Pointe you are living in an oasis of green. Yes, there are pine trees, and other trees, flowers, plants and green patches of grass. In the morning or evenings you can set out on your patio in the shade and watch the day begin or end, relaxing in your sanctuary of shade looking out on the upper valley.There is a great family swimming pool. There is a well-equipped gym, exercise room. You can use the clubhouse where you can have free coffee, tea or coco. And did I say the staff is very responsive to your requests.I have been living a Pointe for a little over four years and really enjoy living here. Also, the Pointe is pet friendly so I ask Lucy my ten-year-old pug what she liked about the Pointe and she said she enjoyed taking me for walks around the Pointe everyday.Well as they say seeing believing. So, please stop by. Look around. The staff will be delighted to give you the tour.Brady Pirtle
