    Weve lived here now for about 6 months and love it. They recently made some changes in the office staff that improved their service. The maintenance department is the BEST ever. They repair items very promptly and are the friendliest anywhere.

    We wanted to give the maintenance team a review. These guys are the best! Not only do they get our work orders done quickly, they do it while being friendly and responsive to our questions. We have been here for 6 and have nothing but great things to say!!

    I had a tour with Dillon today and he is just simply awesome. I didn’t end up signing because I need a bit more storage in my own home and the home available didn’t have what I needed to check that box, but my experience with my tour was so great that I’ll be happily sending any friends looking for an apartment in the area their way! The property is beautifully maintained, and Dillon knew everyone’s names by heart. 10/10 for his customer service as he clearly takes pride in his job at the Plaza!

    I had a great experience here. The property is very well maintained and great location to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Im a light sleeper and my apartment was VERY quiet. Assistant Yudith and her manager are top notch professionals who do an amazing job. I stayed here temporarily while I was looking to purchase a house and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again if necessary.

    We’ve officially been here a month and so far so good. We love it here! Neighbors are friendly, grounds are always well kept, hallways smells great and are clean. Some neighbors have a hard time following instructions in the trash room but that’s expected, right? Not a big deal as of now. The Management/leasing team has literally the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Any issues? They’re on it and it’s fixed within 24 hours. I hope the management/leasing team never changes or become bought out like other complexes.

    I’ve been truly blown away! The property is so beautiful and very well kept. We just moved in and everything went so smooth. Kevin took care of us and made sure we were all ready to move in. My apartment was beautifully touched up and I can not get enough of the natural lighting. The neighbors have been so nice and welcoming. I’m so happy we choose this to be our new home and look forward to making new memories here. I applaud the property management and all staff here.

    I moved here in July 2020 and I have absolutely loved my experience! The property is very well managed and maintained. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, always available to help as needed. The maintenance crew are superb at keeping the building clean, safe, and beautiful! I have never seen so much as even a spider in my apartment. It puts my heart at rest knowing I can be at ease and feel safe at the plaza!I have been a vendor at the local Frisco Square events and have worked with them in a professional capacity as well. Jordan and Dylan have shown themselves to be thoroughly supportive, kind and considerate! They work hard to create community events and find things to celebrate every month. I genuinely love living here and working with them! I would highly recommend The Plaza to people who are looking for a safe, clean, beautiful, and friendly place to live.

    We love it here but we did notice ever since Kelsey and Kevin left, the community activities stopped. Every month, they would host something for the residents to enjoy. We looked forward to those since we don’t have many amenities. Please bring those back.

    The Plaza is the place to be! The apartments are SO quiet. The staff is mega friendly and put on wonderful events for the residents! Its my favorite apartment that Ive ever lived at! Jordan and Dillion are truly amazing! The amenities are clean and inviting. The apartments are in the heart of Frisco and you can walk to five restaurants and the soccer stadium; everywhere else is within a 5 minutes drive. I could not be happier with my choice to live at the Plaza!

    The Plaza in Frisco Square! What a place to be. Staff is always very helpful and Maintenance Team is always keeping the apartment looking good. The Plaza has everything you need from comfortable apartments, to local food, and events right at your door step. You can relax at the pool and just hang out on your balcony. I love the Plaza!

    Toured the Plaza apartments this past weekend and had an amazing experience, the room itself had everything we were looking for and the amenities were great - especially the pool area and balconies on each floor. The location was also a big plus, very comfortable and safe with a bunch of stores/restaurants within walking distance. Dillion was extremely helpful and personable throughout the tour, making us (first-time apartment buyers) feel comfortable through the whole process. Out of all of the apartments we toured in the area, this one definitely blew us away.

    To start, I love the location. I have lived here for almost 10 years and it is my favorite apartment I’ve lived in. The location is ideal and the area is beautiful. The staff is absolutely nothing but friendly. Including the maintenance! The apartments are built like homes so they are quiet and sturdy! I am so excited for my next ten years here!

    One of the best experiences I have had living in an apartment. Management is very responsive to any needs that may arise. The residents are nice and also willing to help out their neighbors. Quiet community even though the building is in the middle of the square.

    My husband and I relocated to this GEM over a year ago from Illinois and it has been the best move ever!! The area and building is awesome. We were skeptical about moving into an apartment community at first, but the management staff quicky changed that the first day. They are all truly top notch! We absolutely love the fact that if there are any issues one call to the office and Dillion is on top of it!!! Literally there have been times before I could end the call maintenance was at the door knocking. I also love the follow up on service requests which is a big thing for me. Yes we love it so much we just renewed our lease!!!

    Just rented an apartment at the Plaza long distance. Dillion was instrumental in my decision to choose to live at the Plaza and is a great asset to the company! Over several months Dillion has diligently kept in touch and apprised me of new listings that he thought would fit my specifications. Both he and Jordan have gone above and beyond to help me find my perfect new home. Their enthusiasm, and genuine kindness is such a rarity in apartment leasing today. Many other agencies that I contacted rarely answered the phone and ignored messages requesting information or assistance especially since I was an out of town client. The fact that Dillion made me feel that I am already a cherished resident speaks volumes about the Plaza and their dedication to customer service. I’m so excited to move in!     I just signed a lease with Dillion Ordiway, a sales representative for The Plaza at Frisco Square Apartments. Dillion was a breath of fresh air. I have been looking and visiting multiple apartment complexes in the area and Dillion was by far, the most professional, detailed and proactive sales representative compared to all other properties I viewed. Dillion was confident with his information, thorough, considerate, proactive in sharing details about the property, as well as surrounding businesses in the area. Dillion easily answered all my questions and also provided suggestions for the needs of my dogs.Dillion made me feel I was joining a residential community of friends and not just a ‘move-in’ to meet a quota. Even after I signed my contract, Dillion noted aesthetic items that would improve my living space and he proactively had maintenance add/complete prior to my move-in date.My experience has/is outstanding working with Dillion and his personality was the icing on the cake. Dillon is truly a gem and I feel like I will be calling him my friend.

    I loved living here! The management was always very helpful and super sweet when I went to the office. Its so quiet (except when soccer games were going on), the area is super walkable and has great restaurants, and it looks incredible during the holidays. I will miss the staff and my unit, but I have since moved to downtown Dallas. The one drawback? Events at least once a month in the square block off some streets. It never bothered me, but I am sure not everyone would be OK with it.

    Best Apartment I have ever lived in.Great location,close to everything.Good for just walking around for exercise.Office Staff and Maintenance team ,just wonderful.It is very quiet ,and Residents are very friendly.I have had no major issues at all.Highly recommend.Have been here 6years plus.Remains the Top choice in the Frisco Square area.You will not be disappointed.Recent upgrades to Hallways,and new Parking Gate,beautiful!

    It all begins in the office located right next door to my apartment. Its the place where youll find Christie and James the managers at this place I call HOME. Theres some real teamwork going on there and Im grateful that I can comment about the place where I never thought I could have. Its quiet here and the residents are mature and caring about the place they also call home.This place has style ... its sparkling clean everywhere ( inside and out ) . Youll always see Bernardo and Juan making repairs, cleaning, and maintaining the halls and elevators. The swimming pool has the LUXURIOUS LOOK with the lovely flowers and new patio furniture.Youll notice that the management team keeps their eyes open as they observe the manners that residents have with their pets. They encourage a clean up after your pooch and monitor behaviors carefully. The newsletter offers resident social gatherings and up dated information.Wouldnt you love to live in an apartment at THE PLAZA AT FRISCO SQUARE?? We are right in the middle of beautiful, colorful stores and we have places which are inviting to people of all ages. Its Christmas around here all year long . Yes, The Plaza at Frisco Square is a place youd feel honored to live in. Visit the office and meet up with Christie and James.... youll love their welcoming smiles.
