I have lived here for almost 6 years! It’s the longest place I’ve lived since moving to Houston. This is by far the best leasing team I’ve ever rented with. My maintenance orders are fixed immediately, the grounds are kept clean, any issues I’ve had have always been taken care of.The apartments themselves are spacious and family friendly.The entire staff is always nice and pleasant even though I know sometimes I am a complete eye roll.If you are looking to move here you will not regret it!

I recently moved to The Pierpont, and I can confidently say that the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The front office staff is amazing helpful, friendly, and always available to assist with any questions or concerns. From my initial tour to moving in, theyve been diligent and quick to address any issues. The complex itself is peaceful and quiet, with respectful residents. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed community.

I want to share my experience @ The Pierpont for 2 yrs. I will say every apt has pros and cons and this location has more pros.Pros:The leasing agents are nice and easy going. I have never had an issue with anyone in the office. Scott is the best!The apartments are big for the price you pay with nice upgrades.It is overall a safe place to live, no car break ins in the 2 yrs I lived there. I felt safe as a female living here.Close to 45 and the toll rds.Quiet on the 4th floor.Cons:The dogs! People literally never pick up behind their dogs, even leaving them on the patio all day and night. Its not just one person that does this. My neighbor lets her dog use the bathroom on the patio as if it were a dog park. Dog pee in the elevator is a normal. Gross!People do not keep the hallways or trash areas clean.Garage is broken often.The area is pretty boring, I would not recommend living here if you have an active social life and/or dont enjoy commuting.Overall the units are big, safe, and the agents are nice. I would rate this apt an 8/10.

Scott Speck was amazing! He accommodated my needs in finding an apartment on very short notice, immediately. He was completely knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me decide on applying for and getting the apartment here. He very thoroughly informed me of every detail pertaining to the guidelines, rules, policies, and various fees involved here. And walked me through all of the perks and amenities in great detail.A great experience during a very difficult time for me.Definitely 5 stars! 🙂👍Update: 5 months living here and am still giving this place a 5 star rating.Scott and the rest of the office staff are wonderful and very attentive to any of my needs and any requests I have had. They go above and beyond to notify and send reminders of any maintenance and/or safety concerns that are being addressed. Charisma and Jason host and organize really amazing events and community get-togethers here. When Im able to attend, they are outstanding community events, actually! They also coordinate the awesome food trucks that are here multiple times during the week, every week. Every neighbor Ive encountered here has been very nice and extremely respectful. I dont have any pets at the moment, but its a very pet friendly community, and that is really cool. Overall Ive had a really wonderful experience living here thus far and this is after living in my own house previously for 8 years before moving here. Adjusting to apartment life again was a thing for me, but it wasnt very difficult at all considering thanks to all of the before mentioned reasons, the great amenities, and the excellent and caring staff here.Great place to live and a very convenient location with roadway access to I45 and Harvey Toll Road.I totally recommend. 🙂

My experience has been good so far! Clean, timely, nice management and maintenance! I love the gym and my guest always love the coffee machines/ameneties! Miss Jessica has been amazing during my move in, any issues or processes here! She’s the best manager in a complex hands down! Always quick responses from staff and kind! Love it here!

I stopped by for a tour at Pierpont today and River was my tour guide. I’ve been on several tours as I’m in search for the right apartment fit for me. River was very, very professional, very knowledgeable as well as informative as he lead me through my tour. Never have I met a young man with such passion for his position as he walked me through the very beautiful floor plans. His expressive nature for his craft was very descriptive and detailed. I was quite impressed with how well he applied himself with such poise. It’s obvious that he loves what he does. He definitely makes The Pierpont Apartments stand out. I think other Leasing Agents could learn a lot from this young man. Thank you River for being such an awesome presence in a world where many are just rushing through. You took the time to know the person that was right in front of you. I really appreciate that. You, River by far have earned more than 5 stars.

Overall great experience during my two years at the Pierpont. First & foremost Jess has always been amazing anytime I needed anything. She is beyond kind & helpful. I feel like new management addressed a lot of the old negative reviews here. I always felt super safe, never had issues with car break ins etc. it was quiet & well kept. I really enjoyed my apartment & all of the amenities here. The gym is the best, it’s two story & has everything you could need. Also Charisma throws the most fun community events. & they have really good food trucks here alll the time. Highly recommend staying here!

Ive spent the last two months residing at Pierpont. Compared to previous places Ive lived, my experience has been superior. With many activities to engage with other tenants and the delicious food trucks, Carisma and her husband do a fantastic job!!! Scott was a huge help throughout my move in; he did an outstanding job with everything, and his attitude is second to none!!!! Whenever I need something, I can reach him right away by email. The nicest complex Ive ever lived in, hands down. Only thing I can say that needs attention is the dog park however its not the staff faults its the tenants that are not cleaning up after their dogs. Everything else is excellent.

Ive been living here for almost 2 months and I can say that I love it here. Ericka made my move in process very easy and other than having issues with my dryer being messed up everything else has been great. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and they did everything they could and got me another dryer they are on top of everything! The office staff is great, they also do alot of events and always have good food trucks in the front. Its peacful and quiet and I loove love my new apartment I feel at home and will definitely renew my lease!

The experience with the ladies in the office was nothing but exceptional. My agent was Rubi was polite, knowledgeable and super attentive. She helped me through the process and made its painless. I’m so thankful that I was able to move in at a short notice. I’ve been here 2weeks and I’m in love!! My courtyard view is everything in the morning. The property is nice, clean and well maintained. Even the doggy park is clean and my pup loves it.

The apartments have some improvements they need to work on such as residents not cleaning up after their dogs, LITERALLY speeding in the parking garage, and dogs urinating in the elevators. Specifically to my move in, River was incredibly helpful with my move in, work orders and making sure my apartment was up to par for move in. His help was and still is greatly appreciated!

I had heard mixed reviews when I moved here back in 2020 & I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed living here since the day I moved in! There are very few downsides that could be looked over if you understand, for example, you may have a random firealarm check every now & then or you may have a couple hrs of the water in the building being managed. Other than the building being checked and maintained here & there, there’s nothing i can complain about. I love it! The staff is great & the maintenance responds quickly after a request is put it. Definitely my best experience with an apartment complex!2024 UPDATE -I still have nothing but Good to say about my personal experience here at the Pierpoint Going on my 4th year.Cleanliness seems to have picked up, More effort to ensure safety in our community has picked up as well, and the new staff in the office has been nothing but helpful to me since Ive been here!I gotta give a special thanks to Ms. Jessica & anyone over her as theyve all been lenient any time I have to make a Late Rent Payment.

I recently just moved here from Louisiana & I absolutely love my apartment. Very modern, cozy and private. Great amenities and all appliances are up to date. The management team in the front office are completely a breath of fresh air. They are extremely polite and courteous. My leasing agent Ms Lisa is extremely attentive to my needs and she is well trained at her profession! The whole process was a breeze and I was approved within two days to move in. The entire staff were all a pleasure to work with throughout the entire leasing process. Love it here!

I came into the office looking to rent an apartment and I flew all the way out from GA. Lisa Morton made this experience so amazing I really cannot explain. She was so hospitable, and so informative that I will be filling out an application to move into this property l. She really worked with me and gave me an amazing tour and really sold me on the property. Lisa is a true gem there and she made me feel as though I was already home and I cannot wait to be approved and move in!Update: March 2023I have finally moved to into the apartment and I absolutely love it! Lisa is really amazing she worked with me through the whole experience, and right before I was supposed to move in an unexpected event happened and she literally worked with me to make sure my move in was the smoothest process. Emails, phone calls, she was so attentive and made it such a breeze when life was lifeing! I just moved to the area and I feel safe and I really am enjoying my apartment and the property. Everyone in the office is so nice and will get you all of the information you need. Maintenance is nice and the building is quiet and nice! I really appreciate it!

I really like all the ladies and Scott in the office. My move in was SMOOTH, I live on the quiet side facing the courtyard and I love it. My neighbors don’t keep up any noise. I will say that some of the people living here never had nice things. The maintenance people are amazing and are always cleaning but people don’t pick up after pets or have any common sense not to leave trash at the door not in a trash bin. These things cause roaches and rodents. Management is so sweet but the people living here could do a better job and keeping the community clean 💕

I am very happy with the property and the community. Joanna helped me get set up and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very professional and welcoming and has remained helpful. Definitely go and see her!The other staff is just as friendly. The cleaning crews and maintenance staff are some of the nicest people and very good at their jobs. Do the carpets need cleaned? Probably, but its not that bad. Thats a fair trade off for having a fully indoor complex - this isnt a hotel, but its clean enough. The only times I have seen the shared spaces messy/dirty is during/after the holiday weekend when the crews have time off, but that is more an issue of other tenants not picking up after themselves.The dog park is small, but it is usually clean as the cleaning crew picks it up every morning - again more an issue of the tenants, plus Ive never stayed at a complex that will clean up after lazy pet owners so I appreciate that.Security was a big concern for me, but I do feel very safe in this complex. There is a hired police officer/security guard that stays during office hours and walks the property - 50 new cameras were installed - new garage doors that completely seal the entrances - electronic access through garage & unit doors from your phone or a key tag.The only issue Ive had is the back order on the kitchen islands.. I feel like a piece of the apartment is missing and that should be reflected in rent price especially if there isnt an expected date an I need to purchase a table to replace it in the mean time.But, apartment itself is super spacious especially for the price and the the builders did a good job of utilizing the space. Lots of cabinet/drawer space, high ceilings, and nice features.Plus theres an elevator and a garage and I love it.

I have to admit when I first drove up I was confused about getting to the office. When I entered the office I had a great feeling because of the staff. Sarah took great care of me . She showed me around the the complex and then to an apartment that mine would look like. I had such a good experience that I knew this was going to be my new home. The next day I met Susan the property manager and she was awesome. I am so excited to move in. The staff goes out of their was to help you and make you feel like family! Ive been a resident at the Pierpont for seven months now. It is one of the most pleasant experiences I had at a residence. The staff is always available for whatever questions or situations I have, and when theyre not, they make the time always to get back to me. The previous apartment I rented from took over a week to answer maintenance requests.The most extended maintenance request for me at the Pierpont is two days. I enjoy living in this beautiful residency. The location right off the hardy is perfect for commutes to the Woodlands or Houston.The new gentleman that a leasing agent is truly the best. I was locked out of my apartment & thankfully, he came to the office early. I was afraid I would have to call maintenance, which on weekends charges $75 for lockouts. He was able to unlock my door. Thank you, my guy!!

I love my apartment! The move-in was easy and staff was great. I already feel at home. Both the office staff and the evening concierge are very nice. Since the apartments are down long hallways, I was a little concerned there might be a lot of noise but I find that my apartment is very quiet even though Im very close to the parking garage. Although I dont typically use amenities, the gym and pool look very nice. I do wish the dog park were a little bigger though since I have a big dog.

I totally loved the events that were conducted at Pierpont for the residents. Kudos to the event coordinator Charisma Gutierrez. She does an amazing job organizing events up to perfection and ultimately brings neighbors together which is the main objective. Being a new resident at Pierpont and also new to the city, she ensured that we had a comfortable stay even if it was for a short duration. Going forward, I would definitely recommend the residents to not miss any of her events as it is the perfect opportunity to network and get to know your neighbors.

I then came in the second time and submitted my application with someone who was assisting the management team because Joanna was off that day. I had ended up calling several times and stopping in during the application process and before move in to ask several questions. Joanna assisted me with great patience, professionalism, and knowledge through the entire application process. On my Move-In Day, Joanna came in on her day off and personally oversaw my move-in, made sure I had everything I needed and also personally delivered my Valet Trash Can because I didnt have one. Joanna was really great, professional, and patient with me through all of the different processes; on top of that, Joanna Continues to assist me with amazing knowledge, professionalism, patience, and a Big Smile! I want to give a thank you to you and the staff for the efforts you all have put toward improving our community. I moved to the complex in August of 2020, just before the new management took over. It didn’t take long to notice a difference.The addition of security, I hope, will bring some peace of mind to the residents. Also, you all have be able to get all the doors operating, invite food trucks, landscape and are attempting to hold pet owners accountable, among other things.When I first arrived to the complex, there was an alarming amount of times that I would see roaches and other pest in the hallways and in my apartment. New management and your staff have also done a great job addressing this issue.

The apartment and the ladys of the front office are absolutely incredible. I couldnt ask for anything more. The downside, because nothing is without flaw, are the hallway carpets, they need to be replaced. The leg press machine in the gym needs fixing. And the clubhouse should extended back to 24hr status, instead of office hours only. These very inconsequential items to be honest, just presenting a complete picture. I do overall highly recommend this property.

I moved here from Austin. I really like the design and the way it is built. The staff is friendly and efficient. They address my concerns in a timely fashion. When I looked at the overall crime rate for the whole region this area had the lowest. Event hough there have been break ins when I looked at the surrounding areas and other options they had the same problems if not worse. The assistant manager Cecily, always goes out of her way to make sure your concerns are addressed.

I’ve lived at the pierpont for about 5 months now and it’s been great. Very quiet with the exception of the hardy traffic, but I knew that when I chose this unit. The office staff has been great. Any maintenance issues I’ve had were handled in a timely manner. My only cons I can think of is the nightly security officers driving in the parking garage will not move over and let you go around them when they are driving at a snails pace looking at parking permits. Really irritating after a long day at work and you have to wait behind them all the way to the 4th floor.

So at first I had no issue with the complex. Then as I start easing into the complex, you start to realize management just wants your money and does not care about your quality of life. After 4-5 cars had their wheels stolen and cars left on the ground (several thousand $$ in missing wheels and damaged suspension) we receive an email that basically states to just call the cops and get insurance. They mention nothing about hiring additional security or even getting cameras to see all people coming and leaving the parking garage. If you care about your car, your safety, or your peace of mind, this isn’t the complex for you. The sad part is this is about the 4th separate incident in about a year in regards to car theft and destruction and they’re only plan of action is to “get insurance and call the cops”. Not to mention the place is roach infested no matter how many times you get pest control to come (even though you pay for it every month). Can’t wait to move out.Update: community manager addressed some good points after enough people raised concerns and they’re hiring 7 day security and getting more access gates as well as license plate scanners. Hoping this leads to some positive results! raising from 1 Star to 4.

My wife and I fell in love with this place the second we toured. Hannah was super welcoming, and somehow sold us on moving all the way to Spring from Dallas 6 months earlier than we originally planned. We just moved in last week and we LOVE our new home. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that on move in day we felt very lost and almost left in the dark. I think we showed up with the movers during lunch time, so the front seemed a little short staffed. The whole process felt rushed and we had tons of questions that were answered with, “well when you moved in I said...” or, “on the move in packet it says...”. Regardless of all the confusion during move in, we still love the pierpont. Thank you for providing our DREAM APARTMENT!
