These staff work hard to make things work and succeed so they pass all the tests with flying colors. Awesome quality with customer satisfaction and at least they can get you in faster to have a place to live compared to places like Wedgewood Apartments that never have anything available. If you want some hope, come here to get a place reliably and assuredly and still get nice maintenance service too. Ask for Alex or Irene and enjoy the journey.

The service was professionally completed and all concerns were addressed.Bad:Due to the inability of the thermostat to self-regulate to a temperature setting (72°), this may reoccur during the winter season.Timelines. Outstanding!!!! For a maintenance request to be requested and completed in the same day was amazing. The categorizing of the request indicating potential water damage was definitely factored into expediting the completion of the maintenance request. I definitely appreciate the efforts that management has put in improving community services.This is my response to a maintenance service feedback request.Requested: 8 JUL 2024Complete: 3 AUG 2024Good:The maintenance service order was complete in less than a month (A sheetrock patch).Bad:Poor clean-up. Sheetrock residue left is various areas (shower and floor).Timelines. This maintenance service took nearly a month to complete. Staff is always great… Water has been a little challenging but I know work is getting done to correct issue. Most concern are with other tenants who may not be following rules with pets , not putting trash in a dumpster that is not full, look raving nail in parking lot after working on cars, or doing in or out of wrong gates despite signs.

I chose this property because it is central to all the happenings in El Paso. It’s down the street from the mall and the Fountains, and very close to the freeway, the loop, and Fort Bliss. Downtown is about 15-20 minutes away, and it’s approximately 45 minutes to Las Cruces. The property is gated, well-maintained, and away from the hustle and bustle. For a single family or service members considering living outside of post, this property is definitely worth considering.I moved into the property at the end of 2019. Although there have been some changes, one thing that has remained consistent is how the staff tries their very best to take care of the tenants. During the grueling summer months in El Paso, the maintenance team is always going up and down the roof and tries to resolve issues within 24 hours. The office staff is consistently busy, but they never brush you off. I was stressed moving here from California, and the service member move-in special really helped. When I was moving out, they made it clear, based on my orders, that they might or might not be able to help with the early lease termination. They are transparent, with no surprises or bait-and-switch tactics. Despite any potential issues, they always try to do their best to help, which makes a big difference.The only downside I can mention about this property is some of the tenants. There are issues such as dumping trash, not picking up after their pets, and leaving broken-down cars in parking spots. Some tenants drive too fast in the parking lot. If you look at reviews of other apartments, you will see similar complaints. However, the team at Phoenix actively tries to make the property better. All in all, the people here are friendly, the management and maintenance teams are supportive, and the property is conveniently located near almost everything in El Paso.

The staff here are super receptive and diligent. Living here is great! I would only say the only downfall are the units don’t have many options for light in the room you need to get lamps for bedrooms there’s no light or fan. But other than that it’s great.

The Phoenix apartment has been a wonderful experience for me in the these past 7years that I have been living here. I was greeted with a warm welcome and was assisted with all of my needs immediately. I live in a two bedroom room apartment and needed it immediately in which the staff at the leasing office assisted me with getting me what I needed as well as assisting me with the utility hook up and other needs for the apartment. The complex has a professional appearance, its very peaceful and you and your family would enjoy the comfort of the extra amenities such as the pool, basket ball courts, gym, and most of all the professional management. They are always so helpful with everything and they treat their residents with the upmost respect while making their living needs suitable. They have incorporated excellent upgrades within my apartment and the maintenance team have been wonderful as they always fix deficiencies right way after they are called into the leasing office. I am very pleased with my stay here and will recommend this complex to others.

Ive been here since May of 2016, moved into three different apartments from 2-3 bd. Theyve been okay. No bug or pest problems. Maintenance is very responsive. I have had my ac unit break more than one occasion in the previous apartment unit but they replaced it with a new one. Hoping this current unit has a good ac 🤞Ill find out this summer. I only find it a little bit of a nuisance that the water has to be shut off every now and then for repair. But I understand that this is a large apartment complex thats been around for quite a while so these things happen. The price is reasonable. Ive lived in worse apartments where maintenance wasnt as responsive and the manager seemed to be unreasonable when it came down to paying for damages after moving out. Here at the Phoenix the staff and manager have been great and reasonable when it comes down to paying for damages after moving out of an apartment unit. Also the community is quiet and polite. And its very clean all the time the maintenance and landscaping people do a great job at that I appreciate it.

I lived here for a year and a month. Loveddd it. Quiet, nobody steals packages , maintenance was always on time. Also, I did not experience any bugs in my apartment except for a week straight when other people was not cleaning their apartments. Other then that, no bugs! I highly recommend this complex, its amazing.

1) It took a whole week to fix it because the parts had to be ordered. Why not just buy them in Home Depot/Lowes? I had water wasting the whole week!! that is unacceptable for a me, a green-minded person.2) Water supply in the kitchen sink is not as standard. I have the cold water on the left side, and hot water on the right side. This is confusing, is not the standard and not what I had before the fix.

I believe that The Phoenix Apartments are the best apartments ever!!! They give exceptional customer service from management to maintenance by always being on top of things and always greeting every person as they enter making them feel welcomed. The apartments are always clean, the noise level is low, and they are an affordable apartment with washer and dryer hook ups. The pool area is always well maintained and one of its best features. The best place to live in!!!

Great apartment complex. No absurd issues so far and i have lived here for four months. Some maintenance issues at the beginning of our move in but they were taken care of in a reasonable time. Front office is very helpful. Great rates for the area. Grounds are regularly cleaned and well taken care of and have yet to see any pest issues.

Management is amazing! Bonnie and Frank will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Only thing I disliked were our neighbor, blasting music at 7am, leaving junk in breezeway and constantly smoking in breezeway.. I complained about him but nothing ever changed. Other thank that it was a pleasant experience.

I love the apartments . Loved the staff . It wasn’t until we were out of the military and moved home that the problem started . Two years later we find out the put an eviction on our credit . We were never evicted . Our orders changed . My husband went from active duty to active reserves and he had to report to his new unit by dec 28 . We cleaned the apartment but didn’t raise the hood of the stove . They paid someone to clean it and charged us $150 , we were unable to pay due to no jobs . We paid it in full in April of that year . Yet they reported to our credit that they evicted us . How messed up is that ?

The Phoenix apartments was are first place we called home I remember being pregnant struggling to find a place my mom told me about these apartments since we lived her when I was little and had told me to give a shot I’m sooo glad I did from the very first moment I walked in I was greeted to the girls up in the front they were always so nice and friendly. My husband and I have been here for two years the maintenance is always on point when it comes to fixing anything that’s broken it’s sad to say this will be the last year living at these apartments:( they treated us like family

We started off at one of their sister apartments on the Westside of El Paso and while helping our family member with her application process they went above and beyond to give us helpful advice and options with all the issues we had at another apartment complex. We then decided to make the switch and since that day we have never been happier! They made sure that the apartment was well inspected and ready to go before we moved in. We saw this process not only when my family member moved in but us as well. We currently reside in a 3 bedroom apartment. The walls are well insulated because we never hear our neighbors and the apartment is super spacious. On top of all that the maintenance department is on point ! They take every repair with the same sense of urgency and make sure to do the job ight. They have a wonderful front staff that is always there to answer any question and verify that we are satisfied with the apartments. Best decision we made even if it does add 15 minutes to our commute.

The property is always super clean and well treated and it is thanks :D to the people that works in the apartments which are SUPER welcoming and sweet, they treat you super politely and repair things as possible and quickly as they can. Karen and Esley are always super attentive to everything you ask them, they are also super polite and efficient in their job. They patiently listen to all what you say to them and they are very nice to people even when some people, sometimes do not deserve that treat.

I love love love this place. The staff work really hard and keep everything nice and clean. They all have awesome attitudes and are always very helpful! They go out of the way just to make you feel special. The appartments are nice and if you have anything break the staff will be there shortly after you put in a work order. I love bringing my baby to the pool and the playground. I feel realy safe here. Its quiet and peaceful. If your looking for appartments I definitely recommend these. They work well with military also. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else!

I usually do not write reviews but I want to take the time to do it because of the exceptional service I have received from Karen Gutierrez, leasing agent of The Phoenix Apartments. Since the first time I went to ask for information about these apartments back in 2014, I was friendly welcomed by Karen and her service was so professional and helpful that I was able to move in a couple of days. Every month that I go and pay the rent, she always greets you with a smile and treats you with the outmost respect. In the last month, I had some issues in my apartment and Karen saved the day one more time! I was able to relocate into a new apartment. Thanks to her positive attitude and reliable work this transition was done right and efficiently. I am happy to live here since it is conveniently located across where I work, EPCC Valle Verde, and the layouts of both apartments are spacious and well distributed. Most importantly, I feel blessed that Karen went the extra mile and did her best to made me feel at home again!

A 5 Star Because Thats The Only Stars i Have , If i had 10 stars it would have been the 10 stars. The Phoenix apartments, property is always clean management is always on top of everything , you live comfortable, they provide everything you need most if it i should say . If you have any problems, you need help you have questions the management team is really really good on taking care of everything. Karen was my number one. Prices are NOT bad at all you the washer and dryer on property , work out room. We are so close to Cielo Vista Mall not only the mall but the fountains

Ive lived in these apartments for quite some time now and I speak highly and with the utmost respect for the staff in the leasing office as well as the maintenance. They have tended to our needs and wants, even upgraded several items in the apartment upon renewing our most recent lease. Compared to other local apartment complexes, I strongly think Phoenix give you the best for you buck and the locale in El Paso gives you about 5-10 from anything you can ask for. Very military friendly and I see a lot of college kids from EPCC Valle Verde Campus live here as well. If I had to make any comments on the apartment alone, I would say the tile floor needs to be upgraded seeing how it is outdated and the security gates can be a bit of problem depending on where you live in the apartment complex, but it really doesnt take away anything of what the Phoenix Apartments has to offer! Highly recommended!!

I lived there for 2 years before PCSing and enjoyed my stay. The terms of the rent were very straightforward and mgmt was always reasonable. Obviously, these are not luxury apts, but for the price and for a single guy, it truly was the perfect deal for me. I had no issues with the neighbors either. I also got back most of my deposit back which is rare I feel. Thank you, Phoenix.

I have been living in the Phoenix apartment since October 2018 to date, I have not had a single problem, when things in the apartment have to be repaired, the young maintenance supervisor is very friendly and helpful, the girls in the office also explained the problem to him and he helped me, thanks to the maintenance guy, the supervisor, for his help. 😊

I am very happy here. But every time the contract renewal comes up it scares me because the rent increase goes up and up. And we are now people over 79 years old and 75 and with the economy like this I dont know what is going to happen to us.
