Im so happy and grateful I found The Paxton.. Time was running out for me to find a place and as soon I walked in I knew this was it. Cassandra was very nice and helpful throughout the process. The upgraded units are so nice and spacious at unbeatable prices! Maria was a sweetheart and nice to work with too. I feel as though I was meant to be here and Im so happy everything worked out. Looking forward to making this my new home

Ive lived here 3 years, wonderful property. The office staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help you! Very clean and safe, there is on site security. Maintenance crew the BEST, when I say they come out ASAP, rather the office is open or closed, they respond. Did I mention the activities the office hold for the residents? I know how important reviews are so I decided to leave mine ⬇️:1. Getting into the apartment was a smooth and professional experience for me. I paid what they asked and my apartment was ready on said date they said it would be.2. First time renting I never knew of these apartments. Come to find out these apartments use to be HOOD. I can’t tell now; The new management has improved the property ALOT. Even the residents I meet could testify The apartments are not new or luxury but the one I’m in is decent. ( a studio vibe apartment ) I’m content3. I haven’t had any pest problems ( as of now ) the issues I had that needed maintenance was fix in about 1-4 days after making them aware which is pretty fast to me.5. We are constantly updated about property changes and warnings and I love that. It’s quiet at night no ghettoness and they have patrol on property which is a + being a mother and a woman.6. We make payments online which is convenientThe downside so far for me is that our guest have to pay $4 to park ????? I think that’s absurd and there needs to be a better way with that.I been here officially a month ! Will keep you all updated 🩷3MONTH UPDATEIt’s been about 3 months and I’ve only seen 2 small baby roaches 😂; however pest control came and I haven’t seen another yet.If trash is left on the property they charge us an extra $100 which is annoying but I understand it keeps people kids from littering and management helps pick things up so I get it 😭 it doesn’t happen often I think this was my first month getting charge extraWe Still have to pay $4 for parking with EVERY GUEST ! Paying to have visitors is still very crazy as I pay rent here already. Like dang we can’t get anything free these days 😭. However, it does keep dead cars off the lot and people who just taking up space. Unfortunately, this may be the reason I probably not renew but I’ll see it’s not a deal breaker honestly but it’s weird and can be frustrating lol.. especially if someone is wanting to stay with me for consecutive days 😫‼️

Overall process was smooth, and customer service was superior. Please go see Cassandra, she’s the best! She stayed in communication throughout the whole process and more than willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend The Paxton Apartments. I love my new apartment plus it’s been very quiet and peaceful. They also left snacks in my apartment which was a nice welcoming! Thanks again Cassandra for all your help!!!

Its my first time getting an apartment, I had alot of trouble getting an apartment until I found the paxton apartments, the staff has been nothing but nice and helpful I couldn’t believe it 😁they answer all 100 questions I asked when I called about 10 times a day back to back and they were so nicee and welcoming no matter what silly question i asked 😅 they made the process so smooth and easy I recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come here you wont regret it ! 😁 thank you cassandra, maria ,yolanda and everyone yall have been so kind and helpful ! 🫶🏻😁

I’ve been here for 7/8 years and it’s been a rocky road but new management and new building improvements are up to date now and Yolanda at the front office is very understanding and will work with you. The new front desk employees have great attitudes. They’re very nice! The tenants and neighbors are friendly & neighborly. ❤️

So let me tell you about my apartments this morning, I was on my way out to take my son to school. And I was like the people in the office theirs cars was there this morning, bright and early at 7 something in the morning. So I was like whats going on so on my way to the gate to leave out of my apartments, Why my manager and her associates are sitting at the gate, giving all of the People that live in her apartments.Some breakfast, they just put a big smile on my face and I just love , Love my apartments and the people in the office

I want to give my honest review, I love my place it is a quiet community. I love that residents only get access to the gate app makes it feel like a safe community! Overall the staff is great made it fast and easy for me. You want to lease here ask for Kaira one great leasing agent. Also has a dog park for your furry friends and a kids park for all the babies.

I went in for a floor plan tour thinking that if everything looked good, the ensuing process would allow me to move in in a couple of business day. I ended up leaving the office that day all ready to move in, keys in hand. They’re offering all sorts of deals and discounts, and the service was exquisite. In particular, Junisha was incredibly helpful and made the whole application and moving in process a breeze. I definitely couldn’t ask for anything more from an apartment complex.

Junisha was the most professional person that I have dealt with in a very long time. She was patient. She walked with me in 105 degree Texas heat to show me the apartment building. She stayed with me after her manager left to help me with my verification.I was struggling with the technology and she told me exactly what to do. I recommend she be promoted to manager.

Tania treated me with great empathy, she was interested in giving me the help I needed and guiding me all the way until the process was finished...How much I love the property that they have a security surveillance and patrol system. In addition, all public spaces are always kept clean because they have designated personnel for these functions. The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. And if that were not enough, its location is strategically close to several important road arteries that connect with other towns...
