Well from the beginning it has been nothing but the best. Everyone that works for patriot is friendly, helpful, and caring. My heater recently was not working and someone came within 2 hours and got it fixed.. customer service here is amazing

We moved into these apartments Feb 2023 and have recently moved out due to relocation. I loved our time here at these apartments, yes some neighbors are rude, but most of them are really nice! You will see families going on walks, and when you take your dog out you’re definitely going to meet people that enjoy conversation. I would say the parking is competitive. I always felt like I couldn’t just go to Walmart because people would actually circle around waiting for me to leave so they could steal my spot That annoyed me the most. Out of all the spots that are open.. you can’t just park elsewhere? I do feel that the kids park is nice but no kids really go to the park like that so I it was usually just me and my son playing and having fun. There’s a lot military people here so you may feel more safe. The maintenance people are amazing as well as the landscapers! (But renters, stop thinking it’s their job to clean your dogs poop). The management office can be hard to reach at times, I think their phone operator needs some help. I did like that there weren’t a lot of bugs in the apartment, mostly seen fruit flies and pincher bugs in the summer season. When you take your dog out at night there’s are a lot of roaches outside. Like A LOT. But they stay away from the apartment when you keep up with the bug sprays as needed! :) Hope this helps you find a nice apartment.

After 8 years here at the patriot apartments my water heater gave out. Water every where. I called the office and they responded to the situation within 5 minutes. The maintenance guys were so helpful and replaced the water heater within a couple of hours. Very professional. Thanks Adrian, Jose and Rudy. Kindest people ever!!

I lived in the Patriot Apartments for several years. The office staff were always courteous and willing to help. The maintenance team is awesome. They always quickly showed up and fixed all defeciencies.The grounds were always well maintained, the services were top notch and the buildings well kept. Great place to live!

I had no complaints while a resident of these apartments. I took full advantage of their dog park and 24 hour gym. Office and maintenance staff were always very nice and professional. Whenever issues arose they went about resolving them in a quick an timely manner. Had cool little touches to make residents feel welcome like offering pizza on rent days or having functions for residents.- C. Anderson

I have lived here for nearly a year. The staff in the office are always friendly and professional - they even have pizza on rent day! (I usually pay early, so I dont know if they do this every month.) The maintenance guys are friendly and helpful, and they do a fantastic job keeping the grounds clean and well maintained. The first time I used my dishwasher I noticed a grinding noise as it ran. And when I began to remove the dishes, I noticed a lot of mold growing on the bottom of the dishwasher. I reported it to maintenance. They came to check on it the next day, and installed a new dishwasher as soon as it came in. There was no hassle and they worked to get it taken care of as quickly as possible, and I really appreciated that.

Maintenance was on top things! They would be there next day, and if had emergency maintenance issue they would be there. They were so kind and tried their best to fix all issues. The ladies in the office were great as well when I needed papers printed off they always assisted us whatever we needed. The complex itself was well maintained and kept clean. We had 2 dogs and there was poop stations with bags and trash cans all around.

The Patriot Apartments is a wonderful apartment complex. Quiet, pristine, and in a great location, just off the 375 and US 54, with an amazing view of the mountains. Everything you need is just around the corner, including a Walmart, Lowes, and an AMC. The grounds are well-kept and the apartments are spacious and charming. The front desk staff are very helpful and the maintenance team is always quick to fix any issues. I have no complaints.

Moved in and central heat wasnt working. Stopped at the office on my way out and dropped off a maintenance request. I get back about 45 minutes later, and they were working on it. Unit fixed, and I am sitting comfortably on my sofa!2nd request in mid Feb, 2020. Leaking kitchen faucet and torn master bedroom screen. They were here within a few hours and took care of it. All the staff here is amazing!

My Husband and I moved here from on-post housing. Let me let you know that Phil is amazing. He guided us from the beginning to the end. He is such an amazing consultant, I couldnt ask for a better person for the job he went above and beyond to provided us with a great experience. The apartment size are spacious and comfortable for any family size. They offer military discount which is a plus. The amenities are always well kept and clean. Maintenance crew is on their A-game upon request. The locations is convenient for everyone there lots of stores and restaurants with in walking distance. I highly recommend anyone looking to move to El paso, the patriots is the place to be :)

Been staying here since July 2013 up until now and I have to say that it has been a wonderful experience of living. The staff personnel on board are the best, they are always and willing to provide excellent customer service at anytime. I would like to give thanks as well to the maintenance crews, whenever their is a issue small or big they will see to it being fixed in a timely manner. I have to say this has to be the best stay I have encountered and I would encourage others that you will not find a better place and you will appreciate your home away from home if your just staying here temporary at The Patriot Apartments.

Excellent manager, Karen and Bonnie, and their staff are very patient and understanding. They went above and beyond to help my mother when my father passed away from covid. They even made it easy for her to sign the least by bringing it to her apartment. I am happy with this staff and feel safe knowing my mother is in good hands with people that care.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns. The grounds are well kept and are in convenient proximity to eateries and markets. The prep was slightly off, but nothing a work order and some tlc cant fix. The suite Im moving into isnt vastly spacious but it is cozy. 4.5 stars based on my personal experience.

If you are looking for a new home in northeast El Paso, come to the Patriot Apartments! The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is second none...very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable I have been here 4 months and I love my apartment. It has plenty of closet space, light, and and kitchen cupboards. Come to The Patriot Apartments soon. The units go quickly!

What I love about this place is its convenience. It is (literally) located right next to the 54 and 375 freeways. There are many eateries to choose from right across the street! McDonalds, Chilis, Taco Bell, El Taco Tote, Apple Bees, Whattaburger, Starbucks - to name a few. Walmart is right across the way as well. If you enjoy the cinemas, like me and my husband, its only a few minutes drive.Stephanie and Phil at the front office are super friendly and professional. I had to move home for a few months, but upon moving back Stephanie was really patient and helpful which resulted in a really smooth transition. Maintenance always takes care of my work orders the same day they are placed - nice and helpful.Being that I am originally from California, my apartment is pretty spacious and nice for the affordable price that I pay. They updated the gym with new equiptment while I was gone so my husband and I go there all the time now. Im glad they are pet friendly (they have a nice dog park, by the way)! The community itself is safe and quiet. As far as getting your security deposit back, theres really nothing much to worry about. Just make sure you take good care of your apartment and clean it throughly when you move out.

I lived in the Patriots Apartments from Feb 1996 to Feb 2004. I got charged for leaving a water bottle on the counter when I moved out. I couldnt get mad, I did leave it. LOL I loved living there, the rent was reasonable, no problems with neighbors, management.

The Patriots apartments is an awesome place to live. I live in San Antonio now n the apartments here are expensive and not nice and old and most of them have horrible reviews. Is a shame that El Paso has better apartments at a better price and much better reviews. I definitely recommend this complex. The pool is awesome and huge. The staff is wonderful as well. It is also a very safe place.

This is my second year here . I decided to renew the lease because I love the 24 hour gym and the amazing area around the complex . Everything is close by from restaurants to any store you need . I love the pool and any dog lovers ? Youll love the doggy park everyone in this complex are dog lovers . I love my apartment .It really feels like home.

I moved here 2 years ago to be closer to a job. The office and maintenance staff has always been courteous and friendly. When there was anything that needed fixing the work order was taken care of the same day. I havent ever had a problem here.

The Patriot apartments have a very nice apartment atmosphere. The rooms are nice and are not as small at I expected,and the trees and grass give the of you not being in a dessert area. Wow coming from San Antonio to here I can say this apartment is on par with the luxury apartment I lived at in Jacksonville, FL. Its very affordable and the management will go above and beyond for their residents. I recommend it if youre looking for a great place to live in El Paso.

I moved here in December 2021 and Ive had two maintenance requests since moving in, one when I first moved in, and one just this last weekend (both minor issues) and they both got taken care of quickly…actually, quicker than I expected. The maintenance man who came to help me yesterday was called Jaime and he told me that he was here to help me with what I needed regarding the maintenance of my apartment. Thank you Mr. Jaime! :)

The staff is tremendous, understanding, attentive and very accessible. The area is comfortable and cozy. Pool and gym always accessible. I always go to Veronica, a tremendous person. It is a good facility to live comfortably and safely. I had bad information and gave a bad review but the staff gave me the right information instantly. They are very attentive.
