Moving from another state and being a first-time renter, I wasnt sure what to expect. The staff at Park at Braun Station made everything easy to understand. The maintenance team is quick to respond and very efficient. In over two years of living here, Ive had no issues. I’m now moving to a different unit in the same complex, and that process has also been smooth.I want to thank Darlene and Breanna for their friendliness and for always listening to my concerns. I had high hopes when I moved in, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations.In short, I don’t want to leave Park at Braun until I can buy my own home.

Upon moving in we had a decent bit of issues. The whole place was amazing, looked fantastic, but we didn’t have hot water, a bedroom door, the toilet didn’t flush and the sink wouldn’t drain. I called the next morning from moving in about the hot water and I kid you not, in all seriousness, about 45 seconds later the handyman Charles was at our day and fixed it in about 3 minutes. They had plumbers come the next day which fixed the sink not draining. Although our toilet was our biggest issue (4 people came to snake and plunger the toilet) once I got Charles on the phone he immediantly got me plumbers 20 minutes later that snaked the whole system, and eventually figured out it was just a bad toilet. I cannot stress enough at how kickass Charles the maintenance guy is.

First and foremost, let me preface and state that I’ve only lived in about 3 or 4 different apartments, but The Park at Braun Station is simply on a different level compared to the rest!I love my 1 Bedroom! I walked into the unit for the first time and I just knew. It felt “homey”, it was something that I hadn’t felt in any other apartment complex before.Safety has always been the biggest factor for me when it comes to having a place to call home. This is one of the first complexes where I feel I can trust their mailboxes, and Amazon packages even have their own lockers too!I have met a few of my neighbors so far and they’re so welcoming and nice! It is a very quiet neighborhood and everyone seems to be very adherent to the community policies and guidelines.Anytime I have reached out to the management team, whether it was for something big or small, I always received a response the same day. I’ve yet to not hear back from any concern that I have. These guys definitely know how to manage a property and maintain a phenomenal community in doing so!I’m very glad I discovered The Park at Braun, it’s the first time in a very long time where I almost do not have to worry about anything. Thank you for being so great!!!

Breanna was absolutely thorough on my tour of this lovely community. It doesnt look like a cookie cutter apartment, it has some character. The premises were manicured, gave me a sense of security and comfort. Theres a private gym across the street. A Walmart and HEB less than five minutes away, and almost immediate access to 1604. I toured the Guadalupe and fell in love with it immediately. They have wonderful amenities, including an option to rent a washer and dryer at an extremely reasonable price! I wish they had a garage option, but its still one of the better apartments Ive toured with great affordable prices. I didnt feel like my eyes were being gouged out. My move-in date was pushed back, but I will definitely be back towards the end of the year to check their availability. Shout out to Breanna for being professional, meticulous and customer service oriented. I really appreciated her follow up when I said my move in date had changed. Ill be back soon.

Lived here for over a year ,I cannot say enough GREAT things about this place, the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the people.I regularly saw families walking around at 11am-12am because of how safe this place is.Extra points for an excellent location within walking distance from O.P. Schnabel.For older units the staff and maintenance really take care of you and the layouts are great and prices are fair.The only negative, power outages are frequent in this area for some reason, expect an outage once every 2 weeks for 30 minutes maximum, probably not the apartments fault but definitely a negative.

I ABSOLUTELY love these apartments!! There is not one thing that I would change. I’ve lived in apartments before and not one of them can compare to these. The Park at Braun station has such a beautiful view, amazing, fast, professional and prompt maintenance, the community itself is so calm and friendly, I’ve come to know every staff member and it’s unbelievable how caring they are to their residents. The manager is always on top of things and caring, every single staff member here makes you feel at home. I’ve been here almost a year and I’m definitely renewing. There’s residents who have been here for years and they feel safe and taken care of. I believe one of the biggest things that makes these apartments so special is the staff. You can walk around and they wave at you or even stop to check how you’re doing. It’s always so positive. I HIGHLY recommend these apartments. I have no complaints at all! Love our home♥️

Moved in a little over 3 months ago, and I could not have gotten better service given the circumstances from Covid. The staff was very communicative from choosing the apartment to my move in day. The layout of the apartment is perfect and the gated community makes me feel safe and the community is quiet and laidback. Working from home, I always see the maintenance staff working around the clock making sure the complex is neat and clean. This apartment complex has nice little events Monthly that show appreciation and gives the office staff a chance to get to know their residents which I really admire. Another great factor that I’ve never seen before is the food trucks that come to the apartments, which is great when you don’t know what to make for dinner and also want to support local businesses. This has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived in thus far because the staff is invested in their jobs and you can tell they love what they do. They really do a lot for us as residents and I’d recommend it to anyone.

The 2 bedroom apartments were the perfect, spacious & cozy home for our little family. Staff is friendly, courteous & positively proactive on getting things handled for residents. We enjoyed the resident dinners they would host, as it made the complex feel like a true community. Maintenance was on top of any problem we had in our unit! We also benefited from signing a long term (15 month lease) to get a better rate on rent. Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end!

LOVED living at these apartments! Where do I even begin. Alicia and Travis at the office were always so helpful and understanding. The apartments are quiet and safe due to the gated entrance. Good location near many stores and places to find food. Valet trash service was awesome and timely. Maintenance requests were always completed very quickly and efficiently. Plus the office does monthly events to help get tenants out and build a community. Some examples are dinners, brunches, coffee club, and bingo night. They are also always doing drawings and raffles as gifts to the tenants. The grounds are always kept clean as well. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I’ve lived here for two years, it’s been pretty great. My only issue is that some people don’t pick up after their dog but it hasn’t been has bad as before. The office is always giving notices that call out people, so that’s nice. They’ve called me out before when I was doing trash valet wrong (I didn’t know, honest!). They will always tell you if maintenance will be going in your apartment. The office is very friendly never really had an issue with them. Only twice, once my first year because my a/c broke down and said it couldn’t be fixed because it wasn’t hot enough. I wasn’t happy. But It was only down for 2 days so it wasn’t too bad. The second time was when I wanted to upgrade my apartment to a bigger model, the model I was shown had a downstairs storage closet, but when I moved in there was no storage closet in the model. That was upsetting. I’m not sure what was exchanged when it was confronted, but at the end I stayed in the model I moved into. The no storage closet one. Sad. I am thinking of making plans to move out of these only because I would like to have a balcony and tile flooring, (not a fan of carpet). If these apartments had them they’d had been perfect for me. The closet in the lavaca model is huge, it’s practically another room.

I visited the apartment and was very impressed. The staff was polite and professional. They made me feel welcomed to be on the property. The office was well organized with a great area for the residents to enjoy. Apartment grounds were well maintained and very clean outside. Inside of apartment gave me a homey feeling. They floor layout is nicely situated throughout.

This apartment complex is located halfway between Leon Valley & Helotes. The community is quiet and laidback. The maintenance staff does an excellent job maintaining the property. All of the service requests I’ve submitted were completed in a timely manner. I recently renewed my lease and I’m happy I made the decision to live here.

I lived here with my family, for about a year and a half and would have stayed longer but our family was relocated out of state after a promotion. If you are on the fence about renting here, I would 100% recommend that you do it! I have lived in 3 different luxury communities throughout San Antonio the last 6 years, and this was by far my favorite. You get a beautiful, well laid out apartment at a fair price. The grounds are well maintained. You get all of the amenities. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. It is a quiet complex, with thick walls, so you arent hearing your neighbors. I loved the fact that you only had a few people around you, unlike other complexes with 3-4 floors per building, here you only had one person above you and one far off to your side if you lived on the bottom floor. That is hard to find at most apartment complexes! The Location was also hard to beat with easy access to both 410 AND 1604 and H-E-Bs located in either direction. Op Schnabel Park and the local YMCA was right across the street. But what really makes this a place that I recommend is the staff. Every single person there from the office manager, to the leasing agents, to the maintenance staff, actually cares about your experience as a whole. They work hard to build a strong community, which is evidenced by their monthly events. Their community dinners/brunches were some of the best Id ever been to at any apartment I ever lived in! Arlene, Travis and Alicia work hard for everyone who lives there. They are efficient, friendly and reliable. So If you are considering a new place, dont forget to stop here. Its a gem.-Amber Jones

My family lived at The Park at Braun Station for 3 years. We moved out in September because we bought a house. This is by far the best apartment complex we have ever lived at. It is quiet, clean, very diverse, and we always felt safe. The management office and maintenance staff is amazing. Arlene and Alisha are truly gems. They know all of their residents and you are not just a number here. They go above and beyond for the residents. They always found ways for residents to get to know each other through different activties hosted by the office staff. Before COVID the office hosted coffee clubs, brunches, dinners, Bingo nights for prizes, raffles, and more. They are still trying to incorporate the safest ways to continue engaging the residents. They also have food trucks on the property, often. I am definitely missing this place and Im glad I got the opportunity to live here. I definitely recommend The Park at Braun Station to anyone looking for a great apartment home.

Just put in my move out notice, Im really sad to move. The apartment complex is really quiet, the office staff and maintenance crew are friendly, prompt and professional. Only thing I dont like is the parking, especially at night. As there are no reserved parking spots for residents, its pretty much everyone for themselves. Other than that, this place has been too good to me.

I’ve only lived here for a month but I love it here so far! The apartment is a lot bigger in person than it looks online. It already feels like home. I just had an issue with an employee who refused to learn how to pronounce my name correctly and gave me the wrong keys to me and another resident when we first moved in. It was a minor hiccup compared to how great it feels to live here.

I am very happy I found this place. The layout is great. The property aesthetics are beautiful and the people in the office are friendly, responsive and helpful. Maintenance issues have been resolved very promptly. Make sure you understand and accept the fees when you lease and then again when you move out. I recommend this complex and would definitely rent here again.

Although I had my share of toilet problems (ewwww), and more times than not, there was at least one access gate wide open for non-residents to enter the property, the reason I wouldnt return here is because of the design of the apartments: there are no outdoor patios or balconies. So I had only two windows for my apartment and no outdoor space of my own. Yes, I could have sat at picnic tables or by the pool, but sometimes you just want to be in your own place but outdoors. I guess this type of design is safer, especially for first-floor residents, but I now consider it a deal-breaker. (Sometimes you have to live with a situation a while to recognize its flaws.) There is also no walking trail, so the parking lot is the only option for that kind of exercise. I found the staff quite good but they cant correct the apartment-design flaws and lack of walking trails.

This is such a great place to live and have to say not one thing wrong with the property and I’ve been here for a couple years. I absolutely love that the maintenance team are on top of things and respond quickly. Especially today i put an order in to have something fixed and within minutes like “2 minutes “ it was fixed by Mauy the Maintenance guy. Thanks 😁

This is the first apartment complex I moved into when i left my parents house and when my lease was up i decided to renew my lease and move into a bigger space.. The office staff is usually very friends and able to answer my questions when i have any. whenever i have a clogged toilet/shower or leaking pipe its always fixed within a couple days. the outside is kept nicely and over all a great place to live.

I have lived here for more than a year now and can say it has been pleasant. Great area. The outside areas are taken care of well. Walls not too thick though. I can sometimes hear the people below me, but it isnt a nuisance. Staff has always been courteous to me.
